Can Past Life Regression Therapy Work On Serial Killers?

As per my understanding, the people who @kobrakulsh has interviewed or did PLR, does not even have any characters of a serial killers. They were first victims and latter due to helplessness, they might tried to injure the other or to made an effort to put an end to their own suffering.

Real Serial killers will not have remorse and I believe they share their story of killing people and how they fantasises.

In fact Psycho killers have a way to manipulate us, if we were interviewing them. Which was originally reported by first psychologist in FBI who introduced criminal psychology in FBI. There are many cases.

In order to bypass this they have to be in semi sedative mode and do the regression, however when they realize their self it can lead to other characteristic. Because their subconscious and conscious are both one inside the other or inter linked.

There are many documentaries and shows about serial killers based on actual crimes. Yes, they don’t have remorse and they actually plan and kill in a certain way to relive the fantasy over and over and revisit the sites. There are so much more to their behavioural aspects. It’s a deep study and must be approached with caution.

This is a very thought-provoking reflection, Supritee Ji. Thank you for sharing your experiences from Tihar.

What touched me most was your ability to look beyond the crime and see the wounded human being behind it. It also made me reflect on the importance of staying curious in PLRT. We may have our own interpretations, but perhaps our role is simply to create a safe space and allow the client’s inner process to reveal what needs to be seen.

Your post also reminded me that understanding the wounds behind someone’s actions does not take away their responsibility—it simply allows us to see the human story more completely.

A very profound perspective. Thank you for sharing. :folded_hands:

Thank you so much, Satish Ji. :folded_hands: Your words truly touched me.

My experiences with people who have committed serious crimes taught me something I carry with me even today that understanding someone’s wounds doesn’t mean justifying their actions.

As therapists, sometimes our greatest wisdom is simply to stay curious, listen without judgement and allow the person’s inner world to unfold.

Every real session teach me that behind even the darkest behaviour, there is often a human story we may never have imagined. And yet, responsibility for one’s actions remains.

Grateful to you :folded_hands:

This. Perfectly articulated!
