C: loneliness and grief

T: What do you need to experience to let go of this loneliness and grief?

C: It’s like I’ve been missing for more than a thousand years or something.

C: Seems like I lost my wife. And after that, I just started conquering one place of land to the other.

This seems to the mental state of all those valorous kings we celebrate so much… look at the massacres Napoleon was cause to.

C: She was my school friend. She also betrayed me. (ISOMORPHISM)

C: I was just very happy. Like my lifetime was very sad, very sad. It’s as if I remembered what I was sent to earth for and I didn’t think about it. I just wasted this. And I was hoping that maybe I’ll get to reunite with my wife. Never happened.

C: Same, loneliness, a bit of guilt and not to trust people.

Final Integration

There were several revelations during the PLR.

• K found the reason behind her fear of deep waters. She committed suicide by jumping in a lake in one of her births. Her unconscious mind remembers this memory and tries to protect her by lot letting her dip her head into the water.
• K struggles to trust people, when she trusts, people leave her and go for no reason. She carried a deep belief to not trust people from a lifetime, as a dear friend stabbed her for her position.
• K clearly understood why she is being attracted to men similar to Karan. K and Karan were partners in several births and their story was incomplete in all the births. This was a life lesson her soul had agreed for. It was also a lesson for her to learn, too much of anything is not good, even if it is kindness.
• Love yourself more. Self-love is the answer.

Updates after a year of PLR.

• K is pursuing an intense course. As part of the course, she has to travel to countries (traveling was the guidance she received during the PLR as well)
• K is super confident about her fees and she charges what she feels right
• K told me, I am over Karan, that chapter is closed. Since she is happy in her life and not bothered about Karan I did not dig it further.
