Like they say âDevil star what the angel dreadâ, I had the hubris of being able to solve anything which I brought into PLRT in the form of SRT.
It got easy and was comparatively fast but hurt me as a therapist in ways I couldnât have imagined.

I completely agree with you, Pa. Knowing about these things is fine, but getting involved in them is something else.
Last week I watched a series called âŕ¤ŕ¤Żâ(Bhay) based on true story, streaming in Amazon Prime. The story is about Gaurav Tiwari, the Indian paranormal investigator. The police reported his death in 2016 as a suicide, but many believe it might have been influenced by negative forces. If you get a chance, do watch it, as it really helps us understand why it is better to stay away from such energies. Itâs just not worth taking that risk.

Honestly it feels less like advice and more like a protective blessing.
What you shared about that phase of trying to âsolve everythingâ really resonates. I think many of us come into this work with this confidence, and only later realise that some paths demand humility, boundaries and surrender and not heroism.
Hearing this from someone who has walked through it makes it sink in much deeper.
The way you hold all of us, like a mother watching over her children is always felt.
Your reminder to choose safety over ego is invaluable.

Knowing about these things and actually getting involved in them are two very different worlds and your point hits home.
Curiosity is natural, but some energies really arenât worth the cost they demand.
Iâve heard about Bhay and Gaurav Tiwariâs story⌠itâs such a strong reminder of why boundaries, humility, and safety are non-negotiable in our work.
Awareness is enough; we donât need to step into everything to understand it.
