Dr. Venu
,
Reading and revisiting this post, I truly felt how beautifully timed wisdom can be. It seems the two years you invested in learning, unlearning, and deep inner work have earned all of us the privilege of finally absorbing this with the depth it deserves.
I sincerely urge every one of us in our Amaranthian family to read it mindfully.
Venu Sir, your articulation reflects not just knowledge, but lived understanding.
Regarding the
“Tension in shoulders, fists clenching,”
I would like to add from my therapeutic observations that the neck muscles and abdominal muscles are two major areas where I consistently notice tremendous amounts of stress getting locked in.
These regions often hold unexpressed fear, control, survival responses, and suppressed emotions, making them crucial indicators during deep regression work.
I sincerely want to express my heartfelt gratitude to you for writing such a beautiful, profound, and grounded book. It is not merely informative, it is reassuring, clarifying, and deeply respectful of the subconscious processes we witness every day in our therapy rooms. Works like yours quietly strengthen our faith in this work and give language to what many of us experience but struggle to articulate.
With deep respect and gratitude ![]()
Beautifully expressed
Thank you, dear Parvathy. You are absolutely right — this wisdom comes straight from the treasure called ‘Why Me’. ![]()
