What a deeply moving and insightful case, Monesh ji
What stayed with me most was how the entire session gradually converged on “Helplessness” as the underlying emotional theme. From “I felt left behind” to the experiences of abandonment, fear and loss, the same thread seems to have appeared in different forms throughout the client’s journey.
The eventual realisation of “Attachment with helplessness” and then the shift towards “I am not responsible for everything” felt particularly significant.
And perhaps the most profound insight was:
“हम अपने आपको ही भगवान समझ लेते हैं.”
From helplessness to surrender, trust and simply doing one’s duty — that felt like the real resolution of the session.
I also appreciated how you allowed the subconscious to lead the process rather than forcing the expected protocol. The final integration with the younger selves was a beautiful way of bringing the strength and wisdom of the experience back into the present life.
