Womb Healing

The Forgotten Key to Emotional, Physical & Soul Freedom

Let me begin by saying something that may sound strange, but stay with me…

The most unhealed space within us might be the one we never thought about ie. our womb.

Whether you are a woman, a man, or someone who doesn’t identify with either…

We carry within us an energetic womb space … a place where life begins, where emotional imprints are seeded, and where stories of trauma, abandonment, shame, and rejection quietly live on.

And if left unhealed, these stories echo as…

Relationship failures

Fertility struggles

Hormonal disorders

Feeling unwanted or unsafe

Chronic body pain

Generational trauma

Emotional numbness or over-sensitivity…

So What Is Womb Healing, Really?

Womb healing is not just a “women’s therapy.” It’s a deep inner process that clears what our body still remembers, even when our mind doesn’t.

It’s where we travel back to…

  • The moment we are in our mother’s womb
  • The ancestral wounds passed down to us
  • The emotional pain we never got to express.i
  • The moments our body absorbed fear, shame, or grief

And we release, reparent, and rewire. Gently. Soulfully…

Why EVERYONE Needs Womb Healing at Least Once in Life

Because we are all born through a womb. And whatever that womb was feeling …

pain, fear, rejection, confusion everything got recorded into us.

No matter how successful, spiritual, or strong we become… Unhealed womb memories will keep showing up until they are loved and released.

Real Stories of Real Healing – From My Practice at DecodingBrainz - here heart meets the soul

Each of these people came with different symptoms. But they all left lighter, freer, and deeply transformed…

( These are real stories of real clients with name changed to honour their privacy…)

Ritika, 35 – PCOD & Body Shame

“I always felt like something was wrong with my body. I had painful cysts, irregular cycles, and shame around being a woman.”

In her sessions , she met the moment her mother found out she was pregnant and felt disappointed. She released that memory, cried like a child, and said,

“I finally feel like I was meant to be here.” Her periods normalized in just 3 months. She now works as a body-positive educator.

Sneha, 41 – Repeated Miscarriages

Sneha had 3 miscarriages. Medical tests were all “normal.” But her womb held grief from a past-life abortion and ancestral guilt. When she forgave herself and honored those lost babies, she conceived naturally within 6 months. Today she sings to her daughter every night.

Aman, 36 – Anxiety & Unsafe in Love

Aman always felt panicked in close relationships. In his womb healing, he saw his mother’s fear and stress during pregnancy. His body had absorbed it. After releasing that energy, he said:

" For the first time, I feel safe being loved." He’s now engaged and thriving emotionally.

Neha, 51 – Chronic Fibroids

Neha had been silenced all her life. Never expressed anger. Always “pleasing.”

Her womb carried repressed rage and unspoken pain. In her session, she spoke aloud for the first time:

This is my sacred space. I decide what I hold here.

Her fibroid pain reduced drastically in 3 sessions…and today she’s a boundary coach for other women.

Aditi, 35 – No Sense of Belonging

Aditi had a strange feeling that she didn’t belong… not in her family, not in her body. In regression, she visited her birth memory. The room was cold, medical, and she felt completely unwanted. We healed that moment, filled it with safety, touch, and love. She started dancing again after 20 years and calls it “coming home to my soul.”

Gayatri, 62 – Shame Around Womanhood

Gayatri had decades of silence, shame, and guilt around her sexuality and body. In her womb healing, she met her 16-year-old self, wept, and said

“I’m sorry I judged you. I’m here now.”

She left with a soft glow, and said,

“I finally feel whole. Like I belong to myself.”

Nikhil, 42 – Business Blocks & Self-Doubt

Nikhil didn’t come for “womb healing.” He came for chronic career blocks. But in deep trance, he went back to being in the womb where his mother constantly worried about money. That imprint ran his life:

No matter how hard I work, it’s not enough.”

After clearing that, he signed 3 new clients in 15-20 days.

It’s like the weight just lifted off my chest,” he said.

Here’s What People Say About Womb Healing at DecodingBrainz:

" Supriti ma’am didn’t just hold space, she held my soul. I’ve done years of therapy , but nothing touched me this deep." — Neha

“My relationship with my body changed completely. I’m softer with myself. I feel alive again.” — Aditi

“It’s not just therapy. It’s a spiritual awakening. I don’t know what magic happens in those sessions, but I’ve never felt so safe and seen.” — Gayatri

Thanks a lot Supritee for putting such great expereinces in the forum, I have been taking my clients to the womb. I used it to ask clients to know their thoughts and the soul purpose for the present life. Somehow none of my cleints so far expressed such distressing thoughts. Only one client had mentioned that she was not happy getting born as ‘people are very mean here’. One client had gone to previous life time when she died immediately after getting born. In present life also, she was in incubator for one and half months and said that she wanted to live this time. May be I did not show great emapthy or theme ws not right. I have learnt from your post how to help the cleints by womb healing. Thanks a lot for this post.

This could be the groundbreaking research on infertility treatments my blessed @kobrakulsh our IVF expert Dr @vandu switched to PLR to treat her patients with successful cases

One clarification Supree, can we refer to this as In-Utro or Pre-Natal or Peri-Natal healing through PLR instead of “Womb healing”? As it’s much more explicit?
Womb healing in itself is done through psychosomatic bridge right?

Do share your modus operandi for this case please Sneha, 41 – Repeated Miscarriages

Sneha had 3 miscarriages. Medical tests were all “normal.” But her womb held grief from a past-life abortion and ancestral guilt. When she forgave herself and honored those lost babies, she conceived naturally within 6 months. Today she sings to her daughter every night.

Thanks @kobrakulsh , for sharing all collecive experiences and show us the importance of woumb healing… although we all therapists do in-Utro experience but you took it to another level and made this part very important. Next time if I found any distressful situation in in-Utro or Pre-Natal memories I will definitely try to focus on healing it with more intensity…

[ Do share your modus operandi for this case please Sneha, 41 – Repeated Miscarriages…]

Sneha came after more than 3 miscarriages, in all investigations no medical cause was identified.

She complained fear of pregnancy, grief and deep sense of something wrong with her womb.

In my healing process I guided her into deep relaxation and used Psychosomatic bridge to guide her to place her awareness on womb in which she reported heaviness, darkness and grief… to go back to the root memory where her womb first learned to hold grief instead of life.

She saw herself in a past lifetime as a young girl who was forced to undergo an abortion. She remembered the shame, guilt, and the belief of not deserving to be a mother.

She also sensed the pain of her grandmothers who lost children in early infancy. This unresolved grief had been unconsciously passed down epigenetically into her womb-space.

She was then gently guided to acknowledge that unborn soul, to apologize and forgive herself.

Then a sacred imagery space of a white lotus opening inside her womb was created by me as a therapist, signifying purity, forgiveness, and release.

She was then guided to place each of her miscarried babies symbolically in a cradle of light, surrounding them with love instead of grief… She sang to them, she prayed for them. The energy shifted from loss to honoring.

Suggestions were given to imagine her uterus as a temple of creation, washed with golden light, soft, warm, and welcoming. The womb was re-coded with the affirmation that she is safe and she can hold life with love and joy.

She offered gratitude to her grandmother and all women in her lineage, releasing their sorrow. She visualized a line of women blessing her womb, breaking the cycle of miscarriage

After the sessions, ( it took couple of sessions for her to feel the healing ) Sneha reported lightness in her lower belly, as if a knot had opened. She began a daily ritual of placing her hands on her womb, singing to her future baby and affirming,

“I welcome you with love.”

Within 4.5 months, she conceived naturally without any medical intervention. This time, the pregnancy sustained beautifully

What I have been able to understand till now is that Womb Healing unlike a purely symbolic “psychosomatic bridge,” in PLR accesses the cellular memory of the uterus…the imprints of grief, rejection, trauma, abortions, stillbirths, and even ancestral pain that a woman unconsciously carries.

In In-utero we guide a client back to their own time in the mother’s womb.

Pre- natal/Peri-natal broadly covers influences around conception, pregnancy, and birth.

Womb healing is the actual energetic recalibration of the uterus, restoring its safety, receptivity, and nurturing essence and can heal the uterus at a psychosomatic and cellular level, allowing it to become receptive again for healthy conception and holding of life.

In womb healing we use imagery and energy-based metaphors (e.g., White Lotus, Golden Light, Temple) as it focus on clearing trauma, grief and ancestral memory stored in the uterus.

Where as in-utero / Pre-natal healing is regression focused where a client re-experiences their own time in the mother’s womb and heals imprints from maternal emotions, rejection, or stress.

And peri-natal healing is birth imprint focused where a client relives the birth process, releases cellular-level imprints of separation, struggle, or survival fears.

Thank you so much for sharing this  Arvind Khare ji. I believe every client’s journey is unique, and the way you’ve held space for them already shows deep compassion… Womb healing isn’t about doing it “right,” but about being present with love and you’re already doing that so beautifully…

Your words mean a lot. Womb Healing truly is a sacred journey where science and soul meet. And yes… release, reparent, and rewire is the essence. It’s never forceful, always gentle…with compassion and love.

Recent research in psychoneuroimmunology and epigenetics shows us something very profound that our body holds memories of old wounds. Unresolved trauma, grief, and even ancestral pain can quietly affect a woman’s ability to conceive.
Through PLR, we have a way to lovingly reach these hidden memories. By using gentle methods like the psychosomatic bridge, symbolic imagery, regression, and healing visualization, a women can release what the womb has been carrying silently for years. And when these imprints are finally acknowledged and released, the womb is no longer just a biological space, but becomes a temple of renewal…, open to creation, free from the weight of old pain…it transforms …it is no longer weighed down by the past, but becomes a space of purity, light and new beginnings…

Yes, Dr. Venu, even I truly feel that by integrating PLR-based womb healing along with the advances of reproductive medicine, we may be standing at the threshold of a real breakthrough in addressing unexplained infertility and recurrent miscarriages.

Dear Supritee,

Thank you for adding such amazing client outcomes to the valuable resources of this Blessed Forum. I would look forward to reading some of the session transcripts as to understand how to approach such cases and what kind of suggestions to employ as PLR therapist to bring endogenic learnings to the client .
Further I would request if you could share how to schedule these womb healings within the two days PLR process ? The recommended session break ups would help us all to gain from your shared experience.

Best Wishes and Regards

Monesh
