Job conditions,travel,functions,health, energy all are affected if food is neglected. This leads to low energy,frustration.Feels guilty after over eating a meal sometimes.
CASE HISTORY OF THE CLIENT:
āRā comes from a very good background in terms of education,social status and recognition.Has a loving family.He is mostly practical in his approach towards life.He is religious but not spiritual.He had a great childhood.Father being in administrative services gave all that he could provide in best possible way.His mother loved him very much.Being the youngermost he was pampered a lot in childhood.
Was known as a true sports person in college. He participated in adventurous sports like mountaineering.He actively took part in state level
Swimming competitions,riding ,golfing,badminton, squash,cricket etc;etc .Had no major stress issues in the early years of his life .He was pretty satisfied.
At 31 he suddenly developed a medical condition which is termed as diabeties.
He lost weight, and was put under medical category that affected his career and growth .And this was definetly a setback to himā¦
He is now living with feeling of a burdon of disease despite of being regularly excercising and maintaining a healthy life style from the begining .

Was there something genuinely lying underneath which he was unaware of?
He had heard of karma and its cycle,but he never thought about it so deeply
Why was he deprived of eating to his hearts content.He felt ,as if ,its a food deprival punishment for life .Despite of being born into a very well to do family with no such dirth why food was such a decisive factor for his survival?
WHAT DID THE CLIENT WANT TO KNOW?
The client wanted to know the root cause of this feeling of burdon of a disease he was diagnosed with at a young age .Why me also was his constant complaint.
AT first the client wanted to relax his mind and did not seem to believe in something like a past life regression therapy.But the happy moments memories recollection process convinced him to explore more with a hope that may be he can find a reason for his current sufferings from the past.He was all set to go ahead .Excitment was well reflected through his eyes.

C: I had decided for a sudden visit
Prision guards were not informed
there were some people imprisoned.They had not commited any crime.They were innocent

C: My informers
T:were these innocent people put in the prison recently
C:No,they were there for last 15 yearsā¦(client gives a very sad n frustrated look)

C:No
T:Why were they put in the prison
C:My minister had forced them to pay very high taxes and because they failed to pay in time,they were kept here in such pathetic conditions.

C:Their families were exploited and made to suffer alot.

C: I am walking on a stony path which is well carpeted

C: itās a huge room

My children have come to meet me

T: how do you feel now
C: I feel so happy,I am always happy when my family is around
We spend a lot of quality time together
T:You can just look around and tell me about the activities happening there
C: My informers have come and they have told me about some conspiracyā¦.
T: what is that ,can you elaborate
C: One of my ministers have been involved in torturing the villagers by asking them to pay huge taxes which is wrong.They are poor and cannot afford that. My wife also wants me to look into this matter and check it personally
(this indicates strongly that the reasons for his present life issues may have a link with this prison episode as he is coming back to the this again here)
I visit the village and see this wrong practice before my own eyes
T:Do the villagers know that you were presnt there while this wrong act of cruelity was happening?
C:No,I had gone there like an ordinary man.My identity as a king had to be kept as a secret

C: I go to the prision and as the door opens I see men crying in painā¦ asking for justice
I can see many people there
All looking so helpless
T: So what action do you take
C: I give orders to release them immediately
T: Thatās a very good thing you have done.

Do they know that you were unaware of all that happened to them for all these 15 years?
And this matter was never brought to your notice and your minister was the main culprit?
C: I donāt have courage to face them and tell them that their king was misguided by his own minister. That their was kept in dark or was easily manipulated .He was a careless administrator.His decisions were taken by othersā¦.
I just give orders for their release and go back quietlyā¦
T: Can you tell me how many were imprisioned
C:looks very sadā¦

50 or 60 of them
they lost their precious years
Some lost their family members due to lack of food and water
They died in pathetic conditions
Some were newly wed
They lost their love
Some lost the lovely moments with their kidsā¦their family
T:So how do you feel now
C:I am responsible for all this
This should not have happened
They were innocent
They were poor
And they expected justice from their king
T: yes I can understand that

C: I am sitting and talking to the villagers

T:How are they reacting to your visit
C: They have to welcome me since I am their king I had started going and taking interest in their welfare and checking if they were being looked after wellā¦
I never told them that I didnāt do the wrong to them intentionallyā¦

But I was a king and their security was my responsibility
You know the guilt was so much in meā¦
I thought That If I cannot bring back their lost time atleast I can take care of their futureā¦
T: Thatās a nice way to console them and make their lives better.
C; Yes, but what they lost seems irreplaceableā¦
T; now Iam going to count from 3 to 1 and at 1 you will visit your death scene
The last moment of that life

C: I was 75yrs old
C: I was in a big hall sitting on a chairā¦
Golden chair ā¦.I think I am dead
T:How did you die
C:It was a sudden death
I died sitting there

What was your dying thought
Can you share that with me?
C: It was a sudden death .I could not take the stress .I was responsible for the pain and injustice done to innocent families. It became a huge burdon on meā¦for my life
I died due to that stressful thought
T: What was the lesson from that life
C : (Disidentification)Value life .life is given to us for a reason.it always teaches us something ,We learn and move ahead
each one of us has come here for some reason some aimā¦
Our present action decides how we will live tomorrow,
We should hold a responsiblity towards it
and value it .Our present actions decide our future
I was a fearless,brave ruler and was known for my strong personality.I had everything,fame,luxury,physical strength,power and money
But I missed on one of my most important duties towards my peopleā¦protecting themā¦
.I was loved by my people for being kindhearted but my focus on my family,my fame, my king size life made me blind.
I should have been vigilant and taken interest in the welfare of my people.I was their head and they were my responsibility.
I should have been alert and taken advice from my trustworthies while appointing people for sensitive jobs apart from winning over the enemies and spreading my wings
I excelled in outside world and failed as an insider
I failed as a king
I should have visited common people,looked after them
I was responsible for ruining their livesā¦
I should have valued their lives
T: But you were unaware of the bad intentions of your minister
C;Yes ā¦
And when I realized this I released all of themā¦
T:Yes,you took a correct action on realizing your mistake

T: ok now can you tell me what is that you have got from that past life into this life

A guilt and shameā¦
Jaise karoge waisa bharoge(As you sow ,so shall you reap).I was guilty of my deed.Though I released them but never gathered courage to express how sad I felt for them. I was ashamed of my self.I never asked for forgiveness. I did not have courage for that .They cursed me to suffer and miss what they were deprived ofā¦
I deprived their families from food .They suffered physical weakness, were so helpless and in this life I suffer from this disease that makes me feel so deprived and weak at timesā¦
Its like a burdon on meā¦
T: how this understanding help u connect with the reason from the past to the present feeling of a constant burdon of disease in this life?
C:I deprived them of food which is the basic necessity for survival and now I am being deprived of having it ā¦I feel very sad when I have so many restrictions on my eating.(connecting the action and reaction)
I failed in my responsibility towards my peopleā¦.
T;So now you have understood and accepted that our life is valuable and the quality of our present life is determined by the actions from our past.

T:You have also understood the value of being responsible towards the role in life. whatever role we are assigned in life has a great significance .Its impact has a direct relation to self and the people we are connected with
C:yes I understand now

C:I understand clearly that every action of responsibility must be taken under the guidance of wisdom and true knowledge.
T: what is that wisdom for you from that life
C: wisdom of power, Value and responsibility( in a firm and confident tone)

T: alright so now as you have understood and realised the learning about karma and its reaction and also got a wisdom about understanding the values of ones responsibilities towards life, I will be now guiding you to come back to a complete sense of awareness .As I count from 1 to 10 at 10 you will be fully awake and alert.And the client was brought back by counting up from 1 to10.
Integration and closure
ā¢ Initially the client did not believe in past life and the healing therapies.He had approached the therapist for a mind relaxation only .But after the happy moment session he developed a great interest in it and agreed to proceed further for the 3rd session.
The client died in the past life due to a constant stress that generated from a huge feeling of guilt and shame.It was a guilt of destroying the lives of some people in his realm and the shame of being so irresponsible and neglegant as a king. He was cursed by the people and their families.This further destroyed his peace of mind till the last moment of his life.He took this guilt as a huge burdon in that life also. And this feeling of burden of a huge guilt and stress got transferred to this life as well. All this remained dormant till the right time for realization and learning came . Depriving people from food in the past resulted in restricting him to have food to his hearts content in this life.
ā¢ He felt extremely relaxed and peaceful after the session.
