A little personal milestone I wanted to share…

Dear Venu Sir and my respected colleagues,

I’ve been meaning to share this here for a while and somehow kept wondering how to put it into words.
My book,
The Healing You Were Waiting For,
is finally out.

For me, this isn’t just about publishing a book. It feels like putting together years of listening to people’s stories, sitting with their pain, their questions, their patterns and also reflecting on my own understanding of healing along the way.
The book explores something I think many of us encounter in our work:
Why do we keep responding in the same way, even when we consciously want to change?
It looks at emotional patterns, past experiences, relationships, inner-child work, subconscious responses, emotional exhaustion and ultimately, the possibility of understanding ourselves with a little more compassion.

The thought at the heart of the book is very simple:
You are not broken. You are responding.”

I am especially grateful to share this journey here because Amarantos and the learning I’ve received from Venu Sir:folded_hands: and all of you have been an important part of my own journey as a therapist.

It would mean a lot to me if you picked up a copy, read it whenever you find the time and shared your honest thoughts with me. And if something in the book resonates with you, an honest Amazon review would be deeply appreciated.
The Healing You Were Waiting For

And please feel free to share it with anyone you feel may connect with these reflections.
Because we never really know whose hands a book may reach and perhaps someone somewhere is waiting for exactly these words to begin looking at themselves differently.

With gratitude and lots of warmth,
Dr. Supritee Kulshreshtha
