Case History
Kaivalya’s journey began at a very young age, inspired by dreams in which he found himself in Shiv Lok. From that moment, he became deeply contemplative. He began experiencing visions of Lord Shiva, other deities, and spiritual masters who guided him along his path. At the age of 14, he met his Guru and felt a profound sense of devotion and connection.
Though he faced challenges on his spiritual journey, he persevered through his love for God and unwavering determination. He followed the path of devotion and knowledge, ultimately realizing the Self.
Kaivalya often feels completely alone, as if he has no one in this world except Lord Shiva and Maa Bhagwati. Since childhood, he has felt unable to blend into the world around him. He feels fundamentally different from others, as though this is not his true home. He finds peace in reading about Lord Shiva, learning about him, worshipping him, visiting temples, and having darshan. It feels natural to constantly think about Lord Shiva. He experiences immense joy when seeing his idol, and tears flow continuously when he contemplates him. It feels as though Shiva and Maa Bhagwati are his true parents.
Kaivalya has sensed a healing energy in his hands since childhood. People naturally feel lighter after speaking with him. As a child, whenever someone was in pain, simply placing his hand on them would bring significant relief. Yet, he has always felt a deep sense of solitude, as though this world is not his true place. His real home lies elsewhere.
Kaivalya possesses a strong sense of purpose, inner peace, compassion, and connection to higher realms. He remains open to learning, growing, and evolving both personally and spiritually. He is from Australia, a businessman, and a successful healer.
After taking his history, I felt hopeful that he could benefit from Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT). Kaivalya is familiar with the process, so I proceeded with his sessions.
I assured him of complete confidentiality that whatever transpired during the sessions would remain strictly between us. He gave his consent.
Kaivalya’s Journey: Session II
Date: 7th July 2025
Duration: 8.5 hours
(Dave Elman Induction, Progressive Relaxation, Staircase, Garden Visualization, Cliff, Boxes, Tunnel of Light, Affect Bridge, and Past Life Regression).
Past Life I
Therapist: What do you see?
Client: There is divine light here. A huge Shivling surrounded by radiant energy. The light is so bright that it dazzles my eyes. A faint, blurred shadow of Lord Shiva is present, but his form appears as a Shivling. The same form in which we worship him on Earth. I’m unable to see his face clearly; it’s more like a shadow, and that is what I’m perceiving.
It feels as though this place is the energy center of the entire universe. The whole cosmos draws its energy from here. Nandi Ji, whom we know and worship, is present in the form of pure energy. A manifestation of Maa Bhagwati is also here. Lord Shiva and Maa Bhagwati are the same. The energy of Shiv and Shakti is unified and visible together.
There are many other souls like me, followers of Lord Shiva. Servants of Ganpati Ji, those who work alongside him, are all around me. We feel that we’ve been assigned certain tasks, acts of service, which we used to perform together. These tasks must be done with love and devotion.
However, many of us, especially I have made mistakes two or three times. The feeling that should have been present while performing these tasks was lacking. I should have carried them out with deeper devotion and sincerity. Lord Shiva is lovingly explaining this to me, but something in my mind; perhaps distractions, caused me to falter. I made a mistake.
Lord Shiva’s advice was to work with dedication towards whatever has been entrusted to me. When I didn’t understand this, he explained it to me many times in his way. But when I still failed to grasp it, he sent me to Earth. It felt as though I was commanded to go to Earth to gain wisdom, embody the spirit of service and learning, and serve the world with commitment. That was the message I received.
Past Life II
Client: I feel my soul being drawn towards a womb, and eventually, I find myself in my mother’s womb. After that, I see myself in another life, in Nashik (Maharashtra).
Therapist: What time is this?
Client: This is the 12th century.
I was born into a poor family. My parents don’t have enough money to educate me, so I’m sent to a Gurukul. That’s where I met my Guru for the first time. When I meet him, tears stream down my face. I don’t know why. It feels as though I’ve met him before. (Client cries)
I spend my life there as a Sanyasi. The ashram is located outside the village, and people are taught the Vedas.
At the age of 16, I returned home and got married. After marriage, I had a son and worked as a landlord. I am a highly respected figure in the village. I have wealth and servants. But my heart is drawn to Sadhana. I long to live the life of a Sanyasi. I do not enjoy being a landlord.
I begin my Sadhana under the guidance of my Guru. I receive many spiritual attainments. Guruji is strict. He teaches me how to sit for long periods in the meditation. He scolds me whenever I move. He is teaching me in Shri Vidya, Samadhi, Ultimate Wisdom (Param Gyan), empathy, and love.
I think about teaching these things to my son as well. But in that life, I couldn’t give him the attention he deserved. (Client cries) I remained deeply immersed in Sadhana and left my son alone with my wife and brother.
In that life, I practiced the Sadhana of the Ten Mahavidya’s, Shiva Sadhana, and Bhairav Sadhana. As I grew older, I reached the age of 60 and passed away. I left my body without ever teaching Sadhana to my son. This saddens me deeply. I wanted to share so much of what I had learned, but I couldn’t. (Client cries)
I carry a wish in my heart: if only I could meet Lord Shiva again.
Life Between Lives (LBL)
I am in a higher dimension. This is Shiv Lok. This is my true home. Shiv Ji is within me, and I am within him. I feel that I am no longer what I once was; there is only Lord Shiva. It is peaceful, a divine experience. What exists is only Lord Shiva.
There are only souls here, no physical bodies. Everyone is joyful, peaceful, and meditating. Each being is a pure soul. The light here is yellow, blue, and white. There is no sun, yet everything is illuminated. There is no ground, yet everyone is sitting, and even walking, in this subtle realm.
Therapist: Do you miss your family here?
Client: No, I don’t feel anything like that here. I don’t feel any attachment. It’s like self-realization. There is love everywhere—unconditional love. I felt this the last time I was in Shiv Lok. There is only positivity.
The message I’m receiving is: “Keep practicing Sadhana. Never give up. The more you do it, the better. There is no end to it. Keep doing it. Help others. Whatever you learn, share that knowledge. This is the most important thing in spirituality.” I remember my Guru taught me the same.
Past Life III
Therapist: What do you see? Where are you?
Client: I am in Rajasthan. I am a prince.
Therapist: Okay! Look around yourself. What is happening?
Client: My mother died when I was three years old. I have one brother and two sisters.
Therapist: I’m sorry to hear that your mother passed away. What’s your name?
Client: My name is Sharad.
Therapist: What are you wearing? How do you look?
Client: I’m wearing a crown studded with gems. I’m in the royal court.
Therapist: Who else is present in the court?
Client: There are many kings.
Therapist: What is the purpose of having so many kings gathered?
Client: A meeting is taking place. They’re discussing matters concerning the public and planning a fair. Decisions are being made. I’m just listening. I’m not part of the discussion.
Therapist: What are the reasons preventing you from participating?
Client: I’m not interested in politics. I want to become a Sadhak of Lord Shiva, but no one supports me. People don’t openly oppose me, but there’s silent resistance.
Therapist: “I can understand.” What experiences and insights led you to explore a spiritual path?
Client: Years passed. Even at a young age, I felt lonely. No one understood me. I didn’t have my mother’s support.
Therapist: Take a slow deep breath. Does your mother resemble anyone in your current life?
Client: Yes, she is my elder sister in this life.
Therapist: Is there anyone else from this life in your present lifetime?
Client: The sage (Guru) from the court is my Guru in this birth. He wears saffron robe and has a beard and moustache. When I see him, I feel love, devotion, respect, dependence, and even disillusionment. I feel a very strong connection. He continues to guide me. My father is also present in this life. My younger sister from that life is now my cousin.
Therapist: What does your palace look like?
Client: The palace is made of gold. There’s a large Shiv temple nearby. Whenever I visit it, I feel a deep desire to immerse myself in worship and serve Lord Shiva. But as a prince, I’m not allowed to perform Shiv Abhishek. So I arranged for the Abhishek (Anointing) to be done using an elephant’s trunk to pour water. That’s how I offered my devotion.
Therapist: After anointing Lord Shiva, what do you do?
Client: I tour the entire city. Everyone is dressed in traditional Rajasthani attire.
Therapist: Allow yourself to move ahead with the count of 1 to 3 and see, what are your thoughts now?
Client: While living in the palace, one thought always occupies my mind. I must become a Sanyasi and dedicate myself to Sadhana. My Guruji continues to teach me. He has given me initiation and spiritual education. He taught me mantra chanting and deep spiritual knowledge. My interest in spirituality keeps growing. I want to know more about Guruji, but he tells me to study deeply what I’ve already been taught. Only through that will I begin to understand him.
Therapist: Alright! Allow yourself to move ahead with the count of 1 to 3 and see, What happens next?
Client: I’m getting married, but I’m not ready. I had an argument with my father about it. Our relationship isn’t very good. He wants me to participate in state affairs, but I want to pursue Sadhana and spirituality.
Therapist: “I understand how you feel,” Allow yourself to move ahead with the count of 1 to 3, and at 3 can you tell me, what happens next? What happens after marriage?
Client: I have a son. My wife is the same as in my current life.
Therapist: Wonderful! You are prince in Rajasthan. You aren’t interested in state affairs. You want to pursue Sadhana and spirituality. You are married and have a son. You feel a very strong connection with your Guru ji. Allow yourself to move ahead with the count of 1 to 3, and see, what’s your age now? Does your wife know about your spiritual inclinations?
Client: Now I’m 40 years old. My inclination towards spirituality has grown stronger. I’ve shared this with my wife. She’s around 30, and our son is 14.
Therapist: How does your wife respond? Does she support you?
Client: Yes, today I’m leaving my home. My wife knows I have no interest in married life or the kingdom. My heart is in Sadhana. She understands and helps me leave. She doesn’t feel much pain or suffering.
Therapist: You left your family for spiritual growth and Sadhana. Take a slow deep breath and allow yourself to move ahead and see, where are you?
Client: I’m learning to worship Maa Kali, performing rituals, chanting mantras, and using them in my Guru’s ashram. Here, I meet my son from a previous life. He’s a disciple like me.
Therapist: Great! How do you feel upon seeing him?
Client: Very emotional. We both recognized each other. I hug him. It feels like I’m seeing him after a very long time. (Client cries in affection)
Therapist: Allow yourself to move ahead with the count of 1 to 3, and see, were you able to teach him what you wanted to?
Client: Yes, I’m teaching him. I feel very happy and content. I call him Guru Bhai.
Therapist: Wonderful! Allow yourself to move ahead in time with the count of 1 to 3. At 3, tell me what happens next?
Client: I’m going for darshan of all the Jyotirlingas and Shaktipeeths.
Therapist: Amazing! Allow yourself to move ahead and see, have you visited all the Jyotirlingas and Shaktipeeths? What are your feelings?
Client: Yes, I feel enlightened. I’ve performed Yagya (Sacred fire ritual), Havan, and Tapasya there. Near the Somnath temple, I meditated on the sea beach. (Client describes his experiences)
Therapist: Beautiful! Where are you now?
Client: I’m going on the Char Dham pilgrimage. (Client describes) I’m heading towards the Himalayas. I want to perform Shiva’s Sadhana there.
Therapist: Great! Allow yourself to move ahead in time and see, where are you? Are you at any particular place in the Himalayas?
Client: Yes, I’ve reached a deep and elevated region of the Himalayas where no one usually comes. There is a small cave here. Inside, there’s just enough space to sit and meditate.
Therapist: Is this an ideal place for meditation?
Client: Yes, it’s a very peaceful place with high vibrations. Many invisible saints are meditating here inside the cave; some are outside.
Therapist: What kind of Sadhana are you doing?
Client: I’m practicing Sadhana using Shiva-Shakti mantras. I’m creating a Samput (a method where a particular mantra is recited before and after each verse of a sacred text to enhance its spiritual effect). I begin with one mantra, insert another in between, and then repeat the first mantra, forming a complete and powerful combination. In this practice, I’ve combined a Vishnu mantra with the Panchakshari Shiv mantra.
Garud Ji is guiding me. He has been communicating with me telepathically since I was six. His energy is always present with me, even in this current life. At first, I couldn’t believe it.
Therapist: So you feel his energy! What size do you see, Garud Ji?
Client: He is enormous. Garud Ji is taking me towards Mount Kailash.
Therapist: Garud Ji is taking you to Kailash! What do you see upon reaching there?
Client: Shiv Ji is seated in a meditative posture, in the Samadhi. Nandi Ji is also present. Nandi Ji communicates telepathically, saying, “You don’t have much time.” I see the Ganas around, and there is a lot of divine security. When I look up, I see Shiv Ji, his form is as tall as a three-storied building. We’re only allowed to look at his feet, not above. I see him in a radiant blue. Nandi Ji is beside him.
Therapist: How does Nandi Ji appear?
Client: He is half human.
Therapist: Is he human from above or below?
Client: From below, he appears human.
Therapist: Did you communicate with Shiv Ji, or were you simply having his darshan?
Client: Yes, we communicated telepathically. He is pleased with me.
Therapist: What happens next?
Client: He gave me a flower.
Therapist: Shiv Ji gave you a flower! What is it like?
Client: It is white.
Therapist: What happens after that?
Client: I arrive at a place that is invisible to ordinary people. It’s a secret realm, not accessible to everyone.
Therapist: How do people communicate there?
Client: Everyone communicates telepathically. All are engaged in penance. I see Gods here. Thousands of Rishis, Munis, Sadhak, Siddhas, and Yogis. Everyone is immersed in meditation.
Therapist: You mentioned that this place isn’t visible to ordinary people. What must one do to reach it?
Client: One must cross a certain level of spiritual evolution or receive the blessings of a Guru. I had Garud Ji’s blessings that’s why he brought me here.
Therapist: What else do you see?
Client: I hear different kinds of divine tunes. The sound of Om Naad resonates continuously.
Therapist: Beautiful! Can you describe this place further? What is it like?
Client: It’s a snowy, pristine realm. Everything appears pure. You don’t need to strain your eyes to see anything. Everything is clear. There’s immense goodwill here, as if everyone is united in purpose. All beings share a similar feeling and are deeply engaged in meditation. If they need to communicate, they do so telepathically.
There’s a device shaped like an arrow that can stop the rain. Indra Ji is present here, and Sage Narad keeps coming and going.
Therapist: Amazing! Does Indra Ji appear the same as we know him?
Client: Indra Ji is seated on the white elephant Airavat. As we know, he has a short temper, but here he appears calm and gentle by nature. It feels like a family.
Therapist: In what form did you see Narad Ji?
Client: Narad Muni looks very old, like a deeply respected elder in society. He carries the aura of someone who keeps records like an accountant of souls. He is telling a Rishi how many years of Sadhana he has completed. There is a slight error in the calculation, and he is correcting it.
Therapist: Alright! You mentioned that people here can stop the rain using certain devices. Do they also have a way to make it rain when needed?
Client: Yes, they do. They take water from a clay pot (Kamandal), throw it upward, and chant something. That causes rain to fall. Hanuman Ji is also present here.
Therapist: What does Hanuman Ji look like?
Client: He is white. His entire body is covered in white hair. His eyes are closed, and he is chanting the name of Ram.
Therapist: Great! Can you tell me more about this place and what else do you see?
Client: When I look at any Rishi, I can see their entire life. And when they look at me, they can see my entire birth and life story. Without speaking, people here can know each other’s complete history. Like who they are, where they’ve come from, what they’ve done, how much Sadhana they’ve performed. Everything is known just by looking. Indra Ji is visible again.
Therapist: Amazing! What else do you see?
Client: It feels like a University. Seekers are given knowledge about different spiritual methods. Those who are interested can practice them, pursue their Sadhana, and receive education.
Therapist: What is this place called?
Client: Shambhala! Also known as Gyan Ganj or Siddheshwar.
Therapist: Shambhala!
Client: Yes, I realized it gradually, because I can see people’s lives, their futures, everything. I saw people causing rain. The sound of Om Naad resonates constantly. There’s a deep sense of unity here. Everyone is progressing spiritually together. Just by looking at someone, you can know how many years of penance they’ve done and how many more are needed. Everything is transparent. After coming here, I began to understand my life’s purpose.
Therapist: Mystical! Allow yourself to move ahead with the count of 1 to 3, and see, how many years do you do penance here?
Client: Four years. After that, I entered Samadhi.
Therapist: Where do you leave your body? What is your age?
Client: I am leaving my body at Kailash. While leaving, I am chanting the mantra I had created; a combination of Vishnu and Shiva mantra. A sage had given me that mantra, and Garuda Ji guided me. I am 45 years old.
Therapist: What is your final thought at the time of Samadhi?
Client: My last thought is to become one with love and unite with God.
Therapist: That’s a beautiful and profound sentiment. May your journey be filled with love and divine connection. Gratitude! What are you feeling now? Look at your body.
Client: After that, everything becomes void. I can’t feel anything. When I look at my body, I feel nothing.
Therapist: What lessons did you learn?
Client: “You are not limited to this body, to this mind, or to this reality. You are a limitless ocean of Consciousness, imbued with infinite potential. You are existence itself.”
Therapist: “That’s a beautiful and empowering way to look at things. Thank you for sharing that perspective.” What does that mean to you? How does this perspective align with your current understanding of yourself and the world?
Client: Our souls are infinite, beautiful elements that don’t get enough value in the modern world. But in reality, they are the most important thing we possess and must be protected. The world has no existence apart from you. To realize this as absolutely true is liberation.
Therapist: Were your last rites performed? What happened to your body?
Client: My body remained in the cave.
Therapist: Sorry to hear that. Allow yourself to go further with the count of 1 to 3 and see what is happening to your body.
Client: Some great saints who are passing by see my body. There is a lake nearby. They are immersing whatever bones and remains are left.
My soul was divided into nine parts; each assigned a task at Shambhala. In my next birth, all parts will reunite to fulfil the responsibility of saving Earth.
(Client shared that Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT) was destined. After the first session, all parts of his soul were united.)
Future Life Progression (FLP)
The client entered directly into a future life and began describing it.
Client: Many portals have been prepared. It took a full year to create them. These portals are embedded in trees located in parks near Gurudwaras, temples, mosques, and churches. Souls are to be released through these portals. This used to happen until we changed the rules. First, the blind devotees are to be released they have to be taken to the next time dimension.
I know there is a lot of work. Those who enter Shambhala often find no one there. That’s because all of us are already here, working. We have to complete the cleansing before moving forward. The next target is the people involved in wrong spiritual practices. They trap innocent souls, and in doing so, become trapped themselves. The path of wrong practices is dangerous. Souls can remain stuck for thousands of years. So, it should not be followed blindly. Siddhis (spiritual powers) come naturally, but we don’t know how to use them. We must ask for them with humility.
Whenever there is an untimely death, there is a designated time for liberation. No one can transcend before that time. Many are misled by wrong practitioners. These souls chose that path because their deaths were delayed unnaturally. Their lifespans were extended, and to bring closure and purification, masters from the Galactic Universe descend. They perform internal cleansing. Physical tests hold no meaning here.
I’m speaking about the entire globe. Mother Earth is not the only one. Many portals are opening simultaneously in different locations. All parts of my soul are now within me. I am complete.
Time is short. Natural calamities and disasters will occur. Some parts of Earth will be destroyed, but most will be saved. The plant kingdom will play a key role in preservation.
Shambhala will be protected. The area is enclosed within the energies of Mantra, which will shield it. Half the space will be given to devotees of Lord Shiva, and the other half to the wrong practitioners. They will be told it’s an anonymous or neutral place, but in truth, it will be the real Shambhala.
Destruction will begin soon. Trees and plants will protect themselves. Our task is to save the animals.
Those who have awakened, who have begun to understand, must act now. There is no time left. If humans simply learn to be human, that will be enough.
We must conserve water, drink it abundantly, eat healthily, meditate, perform Sadhana, and practice Samadhi. Most Gurus have already transitioned to other dimensions. Disciples will guide the spiritual community, but their approach will align with what we accept. For example, if someone feels anger, they may be guided to hug a tree. Such practices will become more common.
(After deep breathing, I gently guided the client to open his eyes.)
(Completed stages 1 to 15)
The client felt calm, relaxed, and deeply satisfied. He expressed that many questions were answered. He realized he could continue his Sadhana at home and fulfill his soul’s purpose. He felt joy knowing his family members are spiritually aligned and recognized his devotion to Lord Shiva, his connection with Garud Ji, and his Guru.
Integration and Closure: Kaivalya recognized his Guru Ji as a spiritual guide not just in this life, but across lifetimes. An eternal bond between Guru and disciple was affirmed. Just as Krishna and other deities orchestrate recurring Guru-disciple relationships to facilitate spiritual evolution, this connection was seen as divinely guided.
The Guru, through Diksha (initiation), establishes an eternal link, and through Shiksha (instruction), offers guidance in this life. Scriptures often depict such recurring connections. Past life recognition can lead to a profound sense of familiarity and intuitive connection with spiritual masters.
“Spirituality is a personal journey. It’s not about adhering to a specific set of beliefs or practices, but about cultivating a deeper understanding of oneself and the world. See the light in others and treat them as if that’s all you see.”
