Hi Everyone. Today I was reading about Annual Solar Eclipse to be on 21st June this year. Along with it there was a set of instructions of do’s and don’t’s during the eclipse period, such as not to eat or drink even water, the food getting contaminated, not to use washroom or take a shower, do not step out to see the eclipse, do not sleep during eclipse etc. etc. Also, it was followed by the harmful effects of not adhereing to these instructions.
At my mother’s place they follow many rituals regarding the eclipse as to not eat during the eclipse and not use precooked food later either, puja during the eclipse, cleaning bathing after the eclipse and then cooking afresh, etc whereas I personally do not do much about it.
Thus, I was curious to know what you feel about it and what all do you people follow ?
