Chakras and PLRT 🔮

:one: Root Chakra (Muladhara)

Past-life fear, insecurity, or survival struggles often show up here memories of poverty, abandonment, or sudden death.

:herb: Affirmation: “Across lifetimes, I am safe, grounded, and protected.”

:two: Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana)

Guilt, shame, or blocked creativity may reflect karmic patterns of betrayal, abuse, or misuse of sexuality.

:herb: Affirmation: “I allow my emotions and creativity to flow freely.”

:three: Solar Plexus (Manipura)

Low self-worth or power struggles may come from lifetimes of oppression, slavery, or misuse of authority.

:herb: Affirmation: “I reclaim my power with balance and integrity.”

:four: Heart Chakra (Anahata)

Fear of love, grief, or rejection may carry the imprint of karmic heartbreak, loss of loved ones, or betrayal.

:herb: Affirmation: “I forgive across lifetimes and open fully to love.”

:five: Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

Difficulty expressing truth often links to lifetimes of silencing, punishment for honesty, or vows of silence.

:herb: Affirmation: “I now speak my truth fearlessly and with compassion.”

:six: Third Eye (Ajna)

Confusion or blocked intuition may arise from misuse of psychic gifts, persecution for spiritual wisdom, or denial of insight.

:herb: Affirmation: “I trust my inner wisdom through all lifetimes.”

:seven: Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

Disconnection from the divine may trace back to lifetimes of spiritual exile, misuse of faith, or rigid dogmas.

:herb: Affirmation: “I am eternally connected to Source and divine guidance.”

PLRT Insight: When these affirmations are repeated in trance, they don’t just heal present wounds, they dissolve karmic patterns stored in the chakras across lifetimes.

Very Well written…

My learning in recent years and insight from my first PLR case is that in the end it’s all about Aatma and Parmatma … everything else takes a back seat at that time …Just as in Samadhi !!

My heartfelt Thanks Dr. Gunjan for this post.

As a Heartfulness meditation trainer, I know the power of subtle suggestions. This post is an eye opener for me from PLRT perspective.

The gentle words from the therapist help the person feel safe and relaxed. From the start, just by listening kindly, healing begins. In every stage of PLRT, healing grows quietly and naturally, like a flower opening. Peace and comfort fill each moment, helping the heart and mind find rest. I’ll be more careful hereafter with each of my words as it has impact even on our chakras as well.
