A teenaged, calm girl with lots of social understanding but who always feels that she can’t trust anybody, including her mother, in some matters, is unable to express things and always needs someone to keep her work ahead. She is not shy but more hesitant for no reason.
IMR: Right hand for positive response and left hand for negative response
Session: 3 Hrs and 50 min
It started with the most recent happy moment in life (in the week/month), then a happy memory, then she was roaming around college classes and friends around her, but she never disclosed her secrets, always doubtful. Then she went to a happy childhood memory when she was near one year old and she was about to walk for the first time. As she got attracted to candy, the first time she tried to walk, she walked. And Mother and Father are so happy clapping for her (current lifetime). Then she got that candy, and after two and a half hours of relaxation and Dav Elman and a ball of light and then a garden, where she told about the flower color, which is purple. Then slipped into the life span where it is angry at the scientist who is polluting the air, earth, water, deep ocean, and temple.
C: The scientists are polluting nature………
I am feeling polluted, having too much grudge on the fellow scientist…he is polluting…everything, the rivers, the ocean and the sea…pause… I am feeling very bad; (facial expression changes) they are not trustworthy; they are destroying…long pause and stress in face…
T: What are you able to see, feel, or hear…?
C: stressed and annoyed face and pause… then
T: Can you explain how you are feeling?
C: Polluted….
T: Polluted in the sense
C: Polluted air and water?
C: I am inside the sea…

T: Did you say Chandrawali?
C: Yes, Rani of Shri Krishna… deep inside a temple-like structure. Deep and dark, it’s a temple.
T: What does the temple look like?
C: It is drowned in water. Very deep.
T: How deep is it?
C: No idea.
T: But you went in. So, what exactly do you look like?
C: Mature.
T: Can you tell me about yourself? Something?
C: Scuba dive dress. Wearing a technological helmet

C: Some sort of technological things, like. Lots of machines (the client is explaining how machines help to reach down deep).
T: Okay. How are you able to come down this deep…?
C: Lots of machines helped us come down.
T: Did you go inside the temple?
C: I am floating inside the rooms of temple (dark and deep)
C: It is the house of fish all around.
T: Okay. What else were you able to see?
C: Beautiful. Motifs are beautiful (amazing expressions are awesome)
T: What kind of work is this?
C: Precise work. For two to three minutes, she was appreciating the wonderful work done on the temple.
T: Precise work, right?
C: Sound travels.
T: Yes, sound travels. What do you see in this temple? Can you tell me something about it?
C: I can.
T: I am listening…
C: Rooms are there in a line. In the dark room, lots of beautiful fish are there.
T: Say again.
C: Sound travels.
C: Beautiful, precise work, of Krishna’s lifetime
T: Are you not feeling scared inside as it is so dark and deep in the ocean?
C: Why should I be scared? It’s part of my work (I love mysterious places to visit). The drowned temple was visible, and rooms were full of fish and darkness.
T: How is the place?
C: It’s a drowned place (temple)… drowned… Dwarka Nagari
T: How did you go in?
C: wearing a technological helmet and a scuba diving dress, with the help of machines.
C: Inside the temple is a house of fish, all water. All over, fish are there…

C: It is totally packed and covered properly.
C: Jewel box, a big-sized trunk, is silver oxide design and old (lord Krishna’s wife). She told a detailed description of the box, like how it looks from outside and the motives on the upper side of the box, then inside the box red velvet cloths was beautifully fitted, though inside the water was long, but still inside the jewel box, not a single jewel got impacted; it’s beautiful handcrafted jewelry, somewhat.

C: I got the best archaeologist award, and this lab is in the awarded land only.

and emerged peacefully; however, having body pain at the same time and feeling fresh also at the same time, she started searching for the Chandravali and Krishna’s drawn Dwarika.
Discussion:
After emerging, she said that she has done lots of archaeological research with her team on Dwarka and on Krishna in Dwarka; she got awarded by the Govt. of India. All the jewels were kept in her lab, which is given by the govt. of India. Only a few portions of the jewels were given for dating; the remaining is there itself.
I asked about that: when you went inside the room, you never felt scared of the unknown/unpredictability. She said it’s part of their job, and she loves to go to these lonely places and research alone. When I asked about the address where the lab is located, do you remember? Why this should be said to you… (Therepist)?
client started searted searching about the pictures of the drowned Dwarka temple and she said that I saw it in real life; it was really wonderful, even the open rooms she described.
I thought of conducting one more session. However, she is telling me she has a heavy headache many times. Is it okay because the dose was incomplete, so she was feeling a headache?
Recommendations:
• Get a good sleep
• Hydrate yourself for the whole day.
• Don’t expose yourself the whole day. outside the house.
• And start meditating at least for 5 minutes a day.
• Trataka for 1 or 2 minutes to improve the focus
Response:
That night, she slept for 13-14 hours.
Relaxed, but at night, she complained about a headache….
After one week, she said that nowadays she can recollect everything easily, whatever she is studying
But she doesn’t want to go for another session.
