Eg. Ira enters IS via breathing & imagery.
TT – (Therapeutic Trance)
The safe, focused state used during regression.
Eg.Ira is relaxed but aware during trance(tt)
IM / SC – (Inner Mind / Subconscious)
The deeper store of memories (past lives, childhood, karmic patterns).
Eg.Ira’s IM shows her river images during trance.
IMR – (Ideomotor Response)
Subconscious yes/no signals via small movement.
Use a clear system for eg. right finger = YES, left finger = NO.
Eg. When asked if she’s reached the root life, Ira lifts her right finger for “yes.”

Taking the client to a specific age in their current life (e.g., “taking the client to the time when she was 6 ) to find the origin of the problem.
Eg. Ira regresses to age 6 and recalls being shoved near a deep pool, which created the panic that later connected to past-life themes.
SE – (Significant Event)
A turning point in the lifetime being accessed (could be in the AR memory or a past life).
Eg. Ira remembers being thrown into the river as a child in a past life — an SE that amplified her fear.
KMF – (Key Moment Flow)
Jump straight to the most important scenes
Eg. Ira goes directly to the drowning scene.
CMF – (Classic Moment Flow)
Move through the whole lifetime chronologically (childhood->Adulthood->Death)
Eg. Ira watches her fisherwoman life from start to finish.
KS – (Key Scene)
The exact scene holding the core trauma.
Eg. The fall from the boat into the river is Ira’s KS.
AE – (Abreaction Episode )/ EC – (Emotional Catharsis)
Intense emotional release and relief as trauma processes.

Change the meaning of the memory, install a healing belief.
Eg. Ira reframes drowning as a completed lesson, she now feels safe near water.
