Client Preparation

Questions:

  1. Do we need to prepare the client in any way before the PLRT session? Are there any specific things that we need to tell them?
  2. If during the session, the therapist asks the client to visualize a ball of light, but the client says that she can’t see the light. What would be the most appropriate direction to give to the client, after that ?
  3. At this point, I find it difficult to take a client through 5 hours of session, leave alone two consecutive days. What can I do to prepare myself? How should I go about?

Ans for the 1st Q…

Yes, a little preparation certainly helps in great way . Like asking them to wear comfortable clothes, eat light, and come with an open mind. Asking them not to worry about “doing it right”, also their mind will show them what they need.

Tell them that they may see, feel, hear, or simply know …and all these forms of experience are valid.

Ans to 2nd Q…

*Client not being able to visualize light is perfectly fine. They don’t have to “see” it.

Guide them to just imagine it, sense it, or feel its warmth…whatever feels easy.as their subconscious will understand even if they don’t see clearly.

Ans to 3rd Q…

See… healing takes time. Sometimes it flows for a few hours, sometimes longer. Guide your client at a pace they feel natural.

Naina Kala you just need to relax and allow the process to flow…there should not be any pressure to force anything.

You must build the capacity gradually by starting with short regressions and increasing the duration over practice.

Maintaining personal and spiritual/meditative practices to strengthen focus and using a structured flow.

( 15 stage as told by Dr. Venu )

Also taking sufficient rest, grounding and hydrating yourself.

Remember it’s not about clocking 5 hours; it’s about holding steady and compassionate presence

Dear Naina, warm welcome to the family!

I’m happy to address your queries based on my understanding. Our beloved father has simplified things for us. Here are some key points:

  1. Client orientation: The attachment is below. Please share it with clients at least
5 days before the session and ensure they follow the rules diligently.

2-Client Orientation.pdf (330.1 KB)

  1. Visualization: If clients struggle to imagine a ball of light, you can suggest alternatives like sunlight, moonlight, healing energy, healing bath etc.

  2. Patience is crucial. Your sadhana will cultivate patience. Initially, it might feel tiring, but with time, even 16 hours may seem less.

Wish you all the best!

Love and Regards
