Day 2( Session 3)
Dave Elman, progressive relaxation, staircase
C- The stairs led to a palace. A princess in golden dress is walking towards basement. She sat there on mud, looking beautiful in golden Egyptian dress.
T- try to look closely in her eyes and try to feel her presence. Does she resemble anyone in Aditi’s life?
C- She is my mother asking everyone to sit there. Everyone has to live here, she said.
She is now taking me to stairs into the palace. She is a very strong lady, now giving instructions to soldiers to be strong and ready.
T- How do you feel?
C- I have to handle and take care of everyone.
[She is carrying a sense of responsibility towards everyone. She is carrying it since lifetimes.]
T- What would you like to convey to your beloved mother as her daughter in this lifetime?
C- That she is not alone in this, we are all her soldiers and here to support her always.
T- Good. How do you feel now?
C- Peaceful..
T- Allow yourself to experience this feeling of peace and give me a sign when you are ready to proceed further.
After sometime, the client eventually described herself moving towards some soothing white light which eventually spread all around her.
T- Walk through the light and see where it leads you to.
C- I see myself at a garden.
T- Walk through the garden allow your awareness to feel presence of anyone else around you.
C- There is a male figure sitting over there. He is talking about brain power and health. The person is happy. He is saying that life ko ऐसे hi जीना चाहिए without stress and overthinking.
जो हो रहा है होने दो | Go with the flow.
I am only listening to him. I am neither happy nor sad.
He said Relax, don’t focus much on these things. But I am not ok.
He replied- अपने आप को heal करो , meditation करो | अपने आप को याद दिलाओ ,you can do it.
silence…
Heard a sound

Later client explained that she has got clarity and feeling quite relieved and has got a path to follow. her pain level reduced to 3.
Now after a month she is mentally and physically in a much healthy and happy state.

very well my blessed Dr. Sunita

excellent pic, based on what you have provided, good session.

Hope SMTs were used frequently.

Next time the clients say their pain level is not zero, we can ask them, what could possibly bring this down to zero or a one… and maybe conduct a session for the same.

Good job,

Thank you Venu sir :folded_hands: for giving your precious time to this case study…yes SMTs were used and we were planning a session later but it could not happen yet due to time and location concerns.

I like this brief format. Is this the format Do we have to present our cases in future? I am asking this because during the training Venu Ji was mentioning about submitting the cases in a brief format.

What stayed with me in this case was the shift in the location of responsibility.

Aditi enters the session trying to hold together her brothers, her mother, her family—and even her own fertility concerns. The regression repeatedly mirrors this identity of “I have to take care of everyone.” But the most striking moment for me was when the message finally turns inward:

“अपने आप को heal करो… आप खुद अच्छे से रहोगे तो आस पास सब ठीक हो जायेगा।”

For me, this is more than a comforting message. It represents a possible movement from over-responsibility to self-responsibility.

What I found especially interesting was the contrast: she initially wants to fix everything around her, but the guidance she receives is essentially “focus on yourself.” Even the unfinished attempt to connect with her younger brother ends with the same message—focus on yourself.

The month-later outcome makes this even more meaningful: she reports being mentally and physically healthier and happier, with pain reducing from 10 to 3 after the session.

For me, the deeper learning is:
“I must fix everyone” → “I must heal myself” → “I can support without carrying everything.”
