Case History :

Urvi is working in a multi national company. She lives in a nuclear family with her husband and daughter in Delhi. She has unexplained anger and irritation issues since her teenage. She developed scales and itchy dry patches on her scalp, near her ears, face, elbow, trunk and knees. She has also developed rashes . She mentioned that in 2011 she was taking some medicines that she is not sure of ( steroids or something ). She developed itchy patches first on the right side of the scalp. It triggers when she gets angry and irritated about something. It started spreading with time . It was close to her ears and elbows. Itching on ears and elbows were still in control but not the scalp. It was more itchy .

Sometimes blood oozes out. When she gets angry or irritated her hands automatically go to her scalp. If there is unwanted nagging it irritates her and makes her angry. Also, when her mother assigns some work and wants her to leave the task at hand and complete the given work first she gets irritated and angry.

She started noticing this issue with her mother when she was 15-16 years old or may be before that. Her mother has been nagging her from quite a long time. She feels anger on her scalp.

She would like to feel calm so that she would understand how to balance her feelings. She wouldn’t get angry on small things. So her anger, itching and irritation would not aggravate. She doesn’t know how to balance peace in her mind. According to her all the time there is some irritation and tension that’s why she has itchy patches.

Last time irritation aggravated in September - November 2011 when she met her husband for the first time. In the beginning, she was feeling nice after meeting him but after sometime she noticed that he was calling her frequently, even when she was in the office. She was getting irritated by the frequent calling. She was never used to it. He was calling her every half hour in the office. She was not able to concentrate on her work. She was feeling irritated.

After history taking I was hopeful that she could benefit from PLRT. I discussed the process with her and she agreed. I assured her that although she would be under hypnosis she would have the power and the free will to opt out at anytime during the process if she felt so.

I assured her the oath of confidentiality that whatever transpires during the sessions would stay between us. She consented.

Session I

We started with Dave Elman and continued with Progressive Relaxation, the Paradise of peace - the Garden. I decided to take her to a happy memory.

At the age of 6
Her happiest childhood memory is playing outside with her cousins at her granny’s house. Her granny had a big house in Delhi and a huge backyard. She remembers that they are playing " Cops and robbers", She was the cop. (There was a big smile on her face). After sometime they started playing on the swing, then slide, and then jumping on the trampoline. (She squealed like a little girl). I will never get to experience theses memories again because our granny passed away in 2000 and I don’t talk to my cousins anymore. I am glad that I have these special memories to think back of. These memories make me happy. I am thankful that I had cousins my age to play with while growing up.

Session II

I decided to start with the current life starting from September - November 2011

T : Take a slow deep breath, in through your nose, and exhale through your
mouth . Keep inhaling and exhaling. And now as you exhale go back into
the time of September 2011, when you first met your husband and he is
calling you every half an hour. Take a slow deep breath in back in time in
September 2011. What’s happening ?
C : There is lot of work in the office.
My entire face is itching . Lot of irritation on my face.
T : Feel the irritation.
C : Ear is also itching.
T : What is here near your ear?
C : Anger! I talk so much on the phone. I have lot of shoulder pain as I am
holding the receiver for long time.
T : What is the reason your husband is calling you again and again ?
C : Just to keep check on me what I am doing. Had food or not . How much
work is pending. When I am coming back from the office. Sometimes it is
irritating. I started developing headache.
T : Can you show on which part you had headache ?
( Client has shown on the left side of forehead above left eye ).
Feel this headache If it becomes worse then what does this headache say ?
C : Inform your actions.
T : What does it mean ?
C : When you are coming to the office inform me. I feel embarrassed and
insulted.
T : Can you say more about it ?
C : Our relationship was new . Without informing me he was coming to my
office. There is pain in my wrist. Too much pain.
T : What is stored over here in your wrist?
C : Anger. I am helpless I can’t do anything for this.
T : Where did you store this helplessness in your body ?
C : Legs
T : Allow yourself to feel this helplessness in your leg in time even before this
current life . Have you felt this helplessness in your legs ? Go back in the
time now even before this life, When you first experience this helplessness
in your legs ? When I count from 1 to 3 you will find yourself in another place,
another time, another life in regards to the helplessness in your legs .

 When you are in this other place , another time , another life, I want you to 
 slowly look around , see what you can see, feel what you can feel, smell 
 anything, notice where you are, notice what kind of clothes are you wearing 
 and notice whether you are wearing anything on your feet.
 
 So 1 , 2 , 3 now ( Snapping fingers )

 Take your time.

C : It is 1864
T : How do you know it is 1864 ?
C : The number just flashed.
T: And what happens next?
C : There is war scene. Oh ! There is irritation all over my body . I just want to
scratch the entire body. Feeling anxiety.
( She was scratching her body )
I am feeling the same headache as I see the war scene.
T : Take a slow deep breath and exhale slowly and see where are you when you
are seeing this war scene.
C : It looks like a desert. It is Arizona , United States.
T : Are you a male ?
C : Yes
T : Look at your feet . What are you wearing on your feet ?
C : Brown boots like a soldier.
T : What kind of clothes are you wearing?
C : Dressed in the attire of a soldier.
T : Take a slow deep breath . Breathe in the body of this soldier.
C : I have a leg pain. As I have not got up from many days . I am in the same
position sitting there.
T : Feel yourself in the same position that you have not got up from that
position from many days . Feel yourself in that position which position you
are talking about.
C : I am in kneeling down position. I am feeling itching all over my body .
Feeling irritated.
( Scratching entire body. Very restless ).
T : What is the cause of so much of irritation ?
C : I am irritated with the higher authority people.
T : What do you mean by this?
C : They are not taking any decision to end the war.
T : Any idea what kind of war is it?
C : I am at the border of Arizona. Some decision needs to be taken by the
higher authority but they are not taking.
T : How are you feeling at the time?
C : Very frustrated and irritated. We have everything available to protect the
country but the orders were not getting passed. They were passing the days
and days like this. And we were sitting in the same position waiting for the
orders to come.
T : What orders were these for which you are waiting for ?
C : Whether we have to attack or defend. From 10-12 days in the same position
waiting for the orders which were not passed. My ears, face, scalp
everywhere I want to scratch.
( She was continuously scratching ).
T : What happen to your leg ?
C : Somebody hit me.
T : Who hit you ?
C : The person who attacked me.
T : How come he reached you ?
C : ( Long pause )
T : Go slowly and see how did the enemy reach you ?
C : I see a big troop is coming. Put the bars on my body.
T : Are you alone or with your troop ?
C : I am with the troop. The enemy is coming from the front.
T : Then what happens ?
C : I exhausted my bullets.
T : How ?
C : We have got very limited ammunition. Very limited…
T : Why have you got very limited ammunition ?
C : We didn’t expect they will come from that side.
T : Then what happens ?
C : We have lot of hand fights instead of gun fights.
T : Do they have good amount of ammunition?
C : No, they haven’t.
T : So what was the reason they preferred hand fights ?
C : We went into the hand fights.
T: Then what happens ?
C : A soldier hits me on my left leg. I became powerless, not able to fight back.
My entire leg is paining.
T : What happens next when he hits you ?
C : I fell down.
T : How do you fall down ? On your face or knees ?
C : Knees
T : Then what happens ?
C : I was still fighting. Entire body weight on the right leg. Left leg is broken. A
person shoots a bullet above my left eye.
T : Feel the pain above your left eye.
C : It is unbearable. I am dying.
T : What’s your last going thoughts ?
C : I couldn’t save myself.
T : So what was irritating about it ?
C : My leg got broken because of that I couldn’t save myself.
T : Slowly go and see if you could make any decision ? Bullet hits you, leg is
broken, you are irritated. Any other dying thoughts ?
C : In fact I don’t know what I am thinking. There is intense pain in my left leg.
T : So did any part of your consciousness leave the body as you are hit by a
bullet here ? How much percentage of the consciousness left the body ?
C : 60 % . I am still fighting today.
T : Take a slow deep breath in and it is over. Float above that scene in that
lifetime . Look up and you will see the light of the higher self, The light of the
higher self is the healing light. It has all the knowledge of your past , present
and future lifetime. So gradually just drift up and merge into this light. And
as you drift up and merge into this light find out the year of your death into
that lifetime ?
C : 1890
T : What was your name in that lifetime ?
C : Jack ( Sneezes twice )
T : So was this a karmic life or was there choice in this lifetime ?
C : Karmic life ( Sneezes )
T : So this karmic life that means the issues which you are facing today anger,
irritation, helplessness comes from a different lifetime . So how many
lifetimes you have to see to resolve these issues. Number will flash to you ?
C : 1
T : What was the lesson you have to learn from that lifetime ?
C : The lesson is acceptance of authority.
T : Being a karmic life there was no choice. Go to the earliest memory of that
lifetime Jack and get an idea about your parents ? 3…2…1 ( snapping fingers ) .
Are you able to feel that ?
C : ( Coughs ) I am feeling cold.
T : What is the reason you are feeling cold all of a sudden?
C : Parents were always cold towards me.
T : How old are you when you first time feel this coldness?
C : 10 years. My left knee pains.
T : What are you holding in your left knee ?
C : The coldness of my parents.
T : Do you have any siblings ?
C : Yes, a brother and two sisters.
T : Are they cold with other siblings or with you only ?
C : With me only
T : What is the reason they are cold to you ?
C : I am unwanted.
T : Can you explain more about why you are unwanted ?
C : Mother doesn’t want me. She tried to abort me. I am feeling irritated . My
back is itching . ( Scratches her back ).
T : What is the reason your mother doesn’t want you ?
C : She has three kids already.
T : Go to next memory , how you become a soldier ?
C : I left my house when I was 15-16 years old .
T : Then what do you do there ?
C : I joined military camp for the training and started working there.
T : What about marriage ?
C : I am unmarried.
T : Any particular reason for being unmarried ?
C : Being a soldier I am not able to give time to my family.
T : So you took training and then you had the first war then you had a second
war and you didn’t survive the second war, you died.
C : I fought many minor wars too.
T : How many minor wars you fought in your entire tenure of the soldier life ?
C : 15 -20 minor wars.
T : What about the place where you are staying that has so many wars ?
C : It is the most unsafe place. It is deserted and lot of heat. Dryness on the
face.
T : Take a slow deep breath and exhale . Come to the light of the higher self
and look down . What happen to your body after you died ?
C : It is normal.
T : Do you remember 60 % consciousness left your body. So go back and
retrieve 60 % of consciousness back into the body as you fall down on your
knees . And then experience death completely for one last time.
C : I didn’t remove the bullets from the brain.
T : So as I count from 1 to 3 this bullet will come out of your head . 1…2…3…out.
Now how are feeling ?
C : Relaxed. Knee pain is there.
T : Reconstruct the knee in the light of the higher self . Inhale deeply and
exhale slowly. ( Client was scratching her scalp ) What is happening into
your scalp ?
C : Red patches are itching a lot.
T : Release the red patches of the head . Heal your scalp. Inhale clean ,clear
light of energy and exhale redness of the scalp. Feel your scalp is healed,
rejuvenated , completely free of the dry patches. How are you feeling now ?
C : Much better.
T : If you have to describe an emotion , what will you describe ?
C : Calm
T : And this is what you wanted.
C : I have pain in the knees .
T : Inhale and exhale . Release all the anger and pain . Keep on releasing. Inhale
clean , clear light energy and exhale the anger. When you are done let me
know.
C : Done
T : How are you feeling now ?
C : Good . My eyes are irritating.
T : Release the irritation.
C : Feeling good
(I decided affect bridge then garden to bring the client back in her
consciousness)
T : The lesson you have learnt and as you said you need to see one more past
life . We will do that at a later time and now as I count from 1 to 5 feel
yourself in this room and come back in time to this lifetime. This lifetime the
date be 24th August 2024. Feel yourself lying on this couch as you exhale
embracing the lesson of acceptance of authority from that lifetime. So start
coming up with 1 , feeling fine, fresh and relaxed, coming up higher with 2,
with all the bodies and personalities of yourself Urvi, integrated with physical
body, further up with 3, with no pain or discomfort whatsoever, higher up with
4, feeling fully integrated and eyes open wide awake at 5. 1,2,3,4,5 eyes open
wide awake with a smile on your face.
T : How are feeling now ?
C : Much calmness
T : So how are you going to deal with authority in this lifetime ?
C : Relaxing and learning to control nerves, Concentrating on the positive side,
dissociating fear and anxiety with symbols of authority. Trust the guidance
and also being aware of body language.
T : So bring them with calmness. Thank you for the session. Now may be you
will respond differently to authority and deal with the situation in much more
better way.
C : Thank you !
Stages 12 to 15 completed successfully.
Client was satisfied and happy. She was calm. On 24th August she was going back to Delhi so we decided to do the next session after 15th September.

The client’s scratching the scalp was a true sign of the need for PLRT…how deftly it was handled and the client left feeling satisfied…that’s the pudding we enjoy seeing…

Very well-Done Archana!

My Learnings:
1.Locked and stuck emotions, if not released takes their place in some body organ and the diseases starts arriving in our life. So, releasing stuck emotions is most important.
2.If we don’t heal ourselves (releasing of negative emotions) in this lifetime then we will carry them life after life. So, healing must be as basic as eating food and the best way is Meditation.

Humble Suggestions:

  1. Avoid using WHY questions as it may alert the conscious mind.
    2.Explaining the client her past life connections and giving her suggestions would be cherry of this sweet cake!!

The client was able to ADDRESS HER PAIN LEVEL…this is commendable. You went to the explore the recesses of her mind and she was able to come up with answer to her queries…great work!
