Fear of big vehicles

Mr.K, M, 58, 6/10, 2/5, V (7) A (5), feeling unsafe on the road, 8/10, 5/10

Day 1 History taking
Client said he is currently in a peaceful phase of life, having come out of a dark and regretful period during Covid 19. Although not yet where he wants to be financially, he feels hopeful about the next seven years. His focus now is on stabilizing his business, strengthening investments, and building a secure future for his family.

Client shared that for the past 15–17 years, he has been struggling with a persistent and unexplained fear of driving and riding, particularly on highways. Despite once enjoying riding big bikes, this fear has gradually limited his freedom and confidence. He now feels ready to explore the root of this fear and resolve it through therapy. Client expressed that his spiritual connection has helped him through many difficult times. Prayer and divine support have guided him back to himself during low phases. While he enjoys his social lifestyle, including drinking, he is becoming more mindful about seeking balance and self-discipline moving forward. His inner voice remains strong, and he’s committed to listening to it as part of his growth journey.

After a childhood memory client went straight to past life, refer details below

Day 2 Past Life

The client accessed a past life that began with a vision of thick clouds of smoke, resembling the aftermath of an explosion. There was a sense of struggle, darkness, and unease, though the exact situation was unclear. As the scene unfolded, the client described wearing solid ankle-strap shoes, a long white shirt, and holding a long metal object possibly a tool or weapon. He identified himself as a man around 40 years old, with tan skin, shoulder-length unkempt hair, and medieval or Viking-like attire.

He found himself emerging from a cave, a place he said he visited to be alone. Inside the cave, he saw a young boy, whom he recognized as his nephew from his current life. This moment triggered a reflection on his tendency to emotionally shut down and isolate, questioning whether the origin of this behavior stems from this lifetime.

The client sensed that danger was present outside the cave, and although he could not see others, he felt responsible for their safety — especially the boy. He shared that he and a few others were in leadership roles, tasked with protecting people from an unknown external threat, possibly involving ships arriving to take them away. While uncertain of the era, the presence of sailing ships and his impression placed it around the 17th century.

The past life ended with a fall from a cliff, which the client clarified was accidental — not a suicide — caused by being too close to the edge.

Last Breath

As the client accessed the moments before his past life ended, he described feeling angry and deeply disappointed, although the exact cause of the anger wasn’t immediately clear. With deeper reflection, he realized the emotion stemmed from failing to protect or save others some people had fallen sick and died, while others may have been caught. There was a strong sense of responsibility and failure, accompanied by the painful belief that no one was left.

He clarified that the anger wasn’t directed at himself but at the situation, which felt unjust and beyond his control. When asked whether any part of this emotional state carried forward into his current life, the client identified a lingering feeling of helplessness.

He connected this to specific events in his current life, particularly the death of his father, where he felt powerless to support his grieving mother, and also during what he referred to as “the three dark years” a difficult and emotionally heavy period.

After-Transition

Following the moment of death in the past life, the client described feeling light and free of all emotion. As he entered the review phase, he reflected that the purpose of that life had not been fulfilled, expressing a sense of failure and feeling “lousy” about it.

When invited to receive any message or lesson from that life, the client clearly heard:
“Never feel helpless.”

Though it appeared simple, the therapist encouraged deeper reflection. After a moment of silence, the client began to smile, suggesting that the message had resonated deeply and meaningfully within him — not just as words, but as a powerful internal truth.

Loving Being

At the start of this session, you received a profound divine message:

“You have tried, again and again and you will continue to try. But when the weight becomes too much, when you feel like you are failing, know that I am here. Let Me try. Surrender. You were never meant to carry it all alone. With humility, come to Me — and I will wait for you, always. There is no shame in letting go. There is only love in returning to Me.”

This opened the door to deeper work around your core theme of feeling unsafe on the road.

You began linking this fear to a personal experience that took place about one to two years after becoming a father, where you had driven under the influence of alcohol. Although no accident occurred, that moment left behind a lasting sense of guilt and emotional discomfort, which may have been the origin point of your fear.

As the session unfolded, you were guided to explore deeper emotional roots. You recalled the sudden death of your father, who was hit by a bus when you were just 17. This experience resurfaced as a powerful layer of unresolved grief and helplessness — possibly part of the emotional energy carried into this life.

Reflecting on these insights, you received a simple but impactful message:

“If you carry too much, you break.”

When asked what you could do differently, you responded:

“Ask God to help carry it.”

This response reflected your growing understanding of surrender and divine support, connecting back to the earlier message.

Later in the session, you became emotional while reflecting on how, throughout your life, divine grace had made things easier for you, even during times of disconnection or disbelief. You acknowledged that while others may struggle more, your own journey seems to be supported in subtle but powerful ways. Yet, you also recognized a tendency to take this grace for granted, and a desire to deepen your appreciation and connection.

The session concluded with another divine reminder:

“He will never let you go. You have had nothing to fear. You will have nothing to fear.”

You described this message as “very interesting,” and it served as a reassuring truth — an invitation to move forward with trust, surrender, and a renewed spiritual alignment in both your healing and daily life.

Day 3 Past Life

In this session, the client accessed a past life as a young boy around 12–13 years old, wearing slippers and simple clothes, standing in an open area near a railway track. A train approached rapidly, and although it initially seemed far away, it suddenly appeared and passed over him. The boy lay under the train, facing upward, feeling helpless and confused, with no time to react. There was no intent of harm, just innocent curiosity.

When asked what the vision wished to convey, the client received the message:

“Try to avoid anything head-on.”

This message extended beyond the past life incident. The client reflected that in current life situations — particularly during conflict or arguments they often try to mediate but end up feeling judged, misunderstood, or emotionally harmed, despite good intentions. This pattern mirrors the boy’s past life: stepping in with openness but unknowingly creating trouble.

The session revealed that the client’s present-day fear of being unsafe on the road, especially around large vehicles like buses or trucks, is emotionally linked to the past life trauma. The intensity of fear today reflects the emotional imprint of lying powerless beneath a moving train a symbol of being overwhelmed by forces beyond control.

As the client connected with the emotional weight of that moment, they identified where the fear is stored — in the left side of the chest and shoulder an area that tightens during fear in current life. When guided to release the stored energy, the client expressed readiness to let it go. After release, they reported feeling lighter and less tight in the body, though still uncertain about complete confidence.

This session marked a significant step in connecting past trauma with current emotional responses, especially around road safety. Recognizing the origin of the fear allowed the client to begin transforming it from a place of awareness, rather than suppression.

Loving Being
In this part of the session, the client connected with a loving presence or inner knowing — a subtle but powerful awareness that gently conveyed:

“You are neglecting your health.”

Upon reflection, the client acknowledged that his lifestyle habits — particularly tobacco use and social drinking were not the healthiest. Although alcohol is sometimes part of his business and social routine, he recognized that letting go of tobacco and reducing alcohol would be important steps forward.

When guided to visualize the future, the client was shown two possibilities:

  • If he continued smoking : he saw himself as physically weak, coughing excessively, and feeling unhappy with that version of himself.
  • If he quit : he saw an unusually strong and healthy self at age 74 — something rare and inspiring. This visualization left him feeling uplifted and motivated.

Upon exploring his smoking habit more deeply, the client admitted that most of the time, it’s driven by routine, not craving. Out of ten cigarettes, only about four are tied to actual desire — the rest are habitual. He also noted that after the first or second cigarette, there’s no real satisfaction or effect — calling it “a waste of time.”

With clarity and conviction, the client made a firm decision to quit smoking by 7th July 2025. He was then invited to reconnect with the Divine Soul experienced in earlier sessions and ask for its support.

The inner message that came through was powerful:

“I have to hold on tight to this entity. I have to keep it close.”

This realization helped shift the perspective — quitting smoking felt small compared to what’s possible. The client described the process as simple, saying:

“There are a lot more possibilities. This is very easy. I just have to do it consistently. I don’t have to worry about it.”

When asked how he felt after making this decision, the client said:

“Hopeful.”

When offered continued support through follow-up from the therapist, the client accepted with sincerity:

“Yes. I hope I don’t disappoint you.”

This session marked a turning point — not just a behavioural shift, but a deeper spiritual and emotional alignment toward healing, discipline, and self-trust.

Integration
• Begin integrating the connection between your past life experiences and current fears, especially your feelings of being unsafe around large vehicles, observe how this shows up in daily life (e.g., driving, confrontation).
• Reflect on the recurring pattern of good intentions leading to negative outcomes, and explore where in your current life this continues to affect your emotional well-being or relationships.
• Take time to honour the emotional release that happened through recognizing the helplessness and lack of control from your past life and early memories trust that you are not that powerless child anymore.
Closure
• You’ve come full circle from early life fears and confusion, through past life trauma, to a place of clarity, intention, and commitment (e.g., your decision to quit smoking by 7th July 2025).
• You’ve recognized that the origin of some emotional patterns lies in past-life experiences, and that you have the power now to shift and not repeat those cycles.
• Your ability to receive messages from the Divine and reflect deeply shows your inner wisdom and readiness to grow beyond pain or self-sabotage.
• The inner child (the curious boy on the train track) no longer needs to carry guilt or fear
• You have opened up emotionally and spiritually during these sessions, that alone is a sign of trust in yourself and the healing process.
Recommendation
• Stay consistent with your decision to quit smoking by 7th July 2025, revisit the empowering words and guidance you received during the session whenever doubt arises.
• Reconnect with the Divine Soul through meditation, prayer, or silence let it become your daily anchor during moments of stress or craving.
• Consider journaling regularly.
I recorded a simple audio for the client to listen to regularly as support for quitting smoking.
