HISTORY:
Shrinika is the eldest daughter and had one younger sister. She basically was playful, but timid from childhood. She was an average student. As a child she was happy and did not worry much about anything. Her father met with an accident, was bedridden for 6 months and passed away when she was in her 12th Grade. She did a professional course Physical Assistant and started working in hospitals. She grew more confident and courageous because of the struggles she faced in her working environment due to internal issues. She had a fear of snakes and vivid dreams of snakes from childhood and as she grew older, these dreams started recurring most days and she would wake up in fear. She wanted to find the reason for this fear which was decided as the theme.
THEME: To find out the cause of repeated snake dreams
PAIN LEVEL:
Before Session: 10 (fear)
Post Session: 3 (fear reduced)
Day 1(Nov 5 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon)
I started the process from stage 1 till stage 9. I told her about the PLRT process and about hypnotherapy assuring her that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis.
She was a very jovial person and was very much interested to find out an answer to her unending dreams.
I assured her that I will not be having any control over her mind and she herself will be in full control and only express what she wishes to expose. Assured her that whatever she tells me will be kept a secret.
Checked the hypnosis score, eye roll test and VAK. Asked for her pain levels and took note of it.
Day 1- Session 2 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Played the Great Bell Chant, did the Dave Elman and progressive relaxation, ball of healing light, staircase and garden step by step. I guided her to recall happy memories and she was also able to experience in-utero to a little extent, could only feel darkness all.
During happy memories client recalled playing with her neighborhood friends and visiting a beach in Chennai with her cousins. Could not reach in-utero.
She was brought back into the garden and emerged following the usual technique of counting from 1 to 10.
Day 2 Nov 6
Session 1: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
I felt that Shrinika was even more eager to discover about her fear. She told that she had a good sleep the night before.
We started the session with prayers to Masters and also favorite Gods. I then proceeded with Dave Elman, progressive relaxation, took her to the garden and from there asked her to climb uphill with guidance. IMR was used in between to confirm. She was able to walk uphill without difficulty. REFRAMING of current life was done taking her to the cliff. All her bad memories collected and put into the bigger box going back until childhood. Also REFRAMING of future fears were done and put into the smaller box. Both boxes were pushed from the clifftop. We took a small break.
Session 2 (4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
Session started with Dave Elman, Progressive relaxation (a shorter version), took her to the garden and led her to a temple, requesting her to go into any of the three doors she which will help her with her sense of fear
She just had a glance of she and her current life sister living in a small house somewhere in Tamil Nadu near a temple of God (Karupparayan) believed to be of guarding and protection.
She found her and her sister dressed in half saree. She told that she and her sister had developed an enemity from then on as her sister tried to burn her down because the boy she loved, loved our client Shrinika.
Learnings from that life: She said that she got cleared about why there is a sort of enemity between she and her sister and decided to maintain a smooth relationship from her side.
She again swiftly went into a life as a sadhu, which brought answers to our theme.

[T]: <= This is what therapist has said
[C]: I am walking on the road.
[T]: Where do you think you are?
[C]: I feel it is a village, but do not know the name of it.
[T]: What do you see?
[C]: I find myself in a white kurti sort of tops and a white dhoti.
[T]: Can you go to your house?
[C]: I do not have a house, I sleep under a tree.
[T]: Is there anybody else with you?
[C]: No, I live alone.
[T]: What else do you recall?
[C]: I see myself as a temple priest, deeply devoted to the Hindu deity Lord Shiva and following Shaivism. I lived within the temple, performed daily pooja, practiced meditation, and wore a white dhoti, rudraksha, and vibhuti on my forehead. I was a male, with no hair. I had no parents, and no close relationships—my only companion was God. I often slept under a tree and lived a life of solitude and spiritual discipline.
Although I was a priest, I consumed the flesh of other living beings such as birds and fish, which made me feel deep guilt. Over time, the loneliness became overwhelming. I was unmarried and longed for a soul companion in a future life.
[T]: Can you go to any significant moment?
[C]: Feeling unable to continue living in isolation, I chose to enter the garbha graha—a hidden chamber beneath the temple believed to be protected by serpents guarding sacred ornaments and gems. Despite warnings, I went down into the darkness, where I was bitten by a serpent and died. I feel that a part of my soul is stuck in there.
The client was then brought back into the garden and emerged out with an ascending count from 1 to 10. She slowly emerged out and expressed her happiness of having got an answer to her fears and hope to getting relieved of these dreams.
Recommendations: The client was advised to take good rest at least for a day. She was asked to drink plenty of water.
When asked for feedback about the therapy session. In her words,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the Past Life Regression Therapy session. The experience was deeply meaningful and transformative for me. During the session, I was able to connect with profound insights about my soul’s journey, my strong spiritual connection with Lord Shiva, and the karmic patterns carried across lifetimes.
Most importantly, the session helped me release a long-standing fear of snakes that I had experienced since childhood. Since the therapy, I feel calmer, lighter, and relieved, and the recurring snake dreams have completely stopped. This has brought me great peace and emotional balance.
I am truly thankful for the care, guidance, and healing energy you provided throughout the session. I would also like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to experience this therapy, which has had a very positive impact on my well-being.
Thank you once again for helping me release fear and move forward with clarity and relief.
