I have been listening to healing frequencies for a long time, and I’ve often felt how deeply they shift emotions and energy. It made me wonder could these frequencies also add value to PLRT, alongside the soothing music we usually use?
Certain tones are said to guide the mind into deeper states, help release emotional blockages, and support healing. If aligned with the stages of regression, they might create a more profound experience. For example:
Perhaps weaving frequencies into our sessions could open new possibilities for clients, helping them go deeper, heal faster, and carry the vibrations beyond the session.
It’s just a thought I felt inspired to share… maybe this could be one of the ways PLRT continues to evolve🌱.
@gunjangaur0905 of course! Sound healing is based on the principle that everything in our body is vibration. When stress and trauma creates disharmony in the body, specific sounds and frequencies help the system to get back on track. These vibrations bypass the conscious mind and calm the nervous system and help release the stress. With the help of sound healing our body is able to align chakras, enhance awareness and stay in its natural rhythm. There are lots of research on this and it’s a tried and tested approach. Music/sound is the universal language.
