Presenting Concern (Verbatim)

“Peace of mind.”

History & Psychosocial Impressions (from intake)

Initially hesitant to disclose. After ~60 minutes of rapport-building, the following themes emerged: persistent “unknown stress,” emotional detachment, and overwhelm, likely linked to relationship trauma; father’s death in adolescence; death of a childhood friend in a road accident for which he felt blamed and guilty; frequent comparisons in childhood; a stressed single mother who disciplined harshly; failing 7th grade with mental/physical punishment; limited teacher support; father once shot in the shoulder related to hawala activity; long-standing helplessness; regret over leaving family for studies when they needed him; stressors from working with unskilled laborers and eventual closure of properties due to HR issues.

Emotion wheel: Fear/terror of the unknown; Anger with societal systems that force people to become something they don’t want to.
Aim: Peace of mind.

Pre-Induction Education & Consent

The client believed hypnosis could be used to “make him do unethical things.” This was addressed directly: hypnosis was framed as focused attention with preserved agency; he remains aware and in control throughout. He resonated with the principle, “what you resist, persists,” acknowledging long-term emotional suppression had worsened distress. Consent obtained.

Methods (Overview)

  • Inductions & Deepeners: Progressive relaxation; cosmic awareness; ball of light; healing garden; tunnel of light.
  • Bridging: Affect bridge for isomorphic patterns.
  • Safety Anchors: Reassurance, resource installation, Garden of Healing; Pyramid/Guides imagery.
  • Special Technique: In Utero (to address father-related imprints).
  • Monitoring: IMR, abreactions (REM), micro-movements, breathing.

SESSION 1 — 24 Aug 2025 (Approx. 2:00 PM–6:30 PM)

Process: Progressive relaxation → Cosmic awareness → Ball of light → Garden of healing → Tunnel of light → Significant event targeting.
Initial response: Client reported only darkness, with visible forehead tension. Reassurance of safety/control provided. Minutes later, he perceived a “sudden burst of very bright white light,” described post-emergence as relaxing and peaceful.
Abreactions: Rapid Eye Movement noted; diaphragmatic breathing slowed; occasional head movements; lip flickering (processing).

Integration & Client’s Post-Session Reflections (Verbatim summary)

After integration, the client shared that he “was so unaware” that PLRT “exists and works.” He recognised a prior ego around reading news/books and “knowing the world,” and felt his perception had shifted-“I am a fragment of the Divine Mother.” He felt increased love and compassion. At his hotel, when staff reported an AC fire, he calmly told them to call a technician; previously, such events would trigger panic and failure-stress. He reported feeling empowered to change his life with “the blessings of the Lord,” despite earlier identifying as an atheist. He expressed greater love for family/staff and a new understanding: “We are here to evolve through experiences; don’t worry too much.”

Therapist guidance provided: Suggested spiritual reading, daily meditation (IDANIM app), circadian reset (wake early; he typically slept until 11–12 AM), nutrition because he was eating from a restaurant for many days, hydration because he used to stay in his room all the day and drink 1-2 l of waters only, and two days of rest (per Master Venu’s protocol). A heartfelt message was received from him three days later.

Outcomes

  • Primary aim met: Marked subjective peace of mind; pain reduced 7 to 1.
  • Emotional processing: Release of relationship-grief material; restoration of father-linked security via In Utero.
  • Cognitive shift: Misconception about hypnosis replaced by an agency-based understanding; acceptance over suppression.
  • Behavioral shift: Greater calm in real-world stressor (AC incident); improved affect regulation; intention to adopt meditation/sleep hygiene.
  • Spiritual integration: Experience of safety/guidance (Garden, Pyramid, white light) internalised as resources.

Therapist Reflections

  • Spontaneous emergences after engrams likely reflected the client’s autonomic discharge pattern—his system sought brief orientation after each emotional peak. Allowing this rhythm (rather than resisting) preserved trust and deepened processing.
  • Long pauses were productive: head sway, lip flickers, and REM signalled active integration despite minimal speech.
  • Boundaries & choice were critical in intimacy-themed content (client declined exploration); honouring consent safeguarded the alliance and still yielded downstream gains.

Ethical/Clinical Notes

  • Client identity anonymised, explicit consent for educational publication obtained.
  • PLRT was adjunctive, not a replacement for medical care. Client instructed to continue BP medications and follow up with testing as advised by his doctor.
  • Cultural/spiritual language used as client-congruent metaphors for safety and meaning.
