History -
What does she like?
She likes rivers. She loves to make rangolis. She loves to draw. She likes meditation. She loves to cook.
Childhood to adulthood -
She had a religious atmosphere in her house. It was very peaceful. She had 4 brothers and one sister. Her relationship with her siblings was good at that time also, and even today they share a good bond. Relationship with her parents was good. She used to participate in singing and acting. She had a good relationship with her friends. She is in touch with one of them even today.
She got married by the age of 20. She had a bad relationship with her sister-in-law. Husband was supportive; he used to tell her to give it back to them. Her sister-in-law and elder brother-in-law used to mock her a lot, but she kept her patience. Within a span of 5 years, she had 2 kids, 2 daughters. After five years of marriage, her elder brother-in-law kicked them out of the house. Her younger brother-in-law took them into their house, but his wife was not happy, so the client was not comfortable there. So they left that house and made their own house of tin (patra). There they had their third daughter. Husband forced for a son, so she had a boy.
Financial problems-
Husband started his business; for that she had put all her jewelry, even her mangalsutra, for the loan. She used to go to other houses to make chapatis.
Financial problems started improving; other people started helping them in the form of small loans. Husband was very supportive, caring, and loving. He was like her best friend. She had lots of friends. She has lovely memories of her neighbors; ladies used to chat in the afternoon, all of them were loving and caring. She was very happy while talking about them. Gradually she built her life with so many hardships. Throughout her life, she faced lots of financial issues. Elder daughter got married. Then the second daughter got married, but she was divorced after 3 years of marriage. She got into depression for 1½ years. Second daughter remarried her colleague.
During the COVID period, her husband passed away. She went into severe depression and anxiety for 2½ years. One day, while browsing on YouTube, she saw some video of meditation, started doing it, and felt better. Now she feels strong. All her kids are working and earning very well. She happily lives alone. Some time back, her face got paralyzed, but she got rid of it with the help of physiotherapy, strong willpower, and mental power. She is worried about the marriage of her daughter, who is 37 years old. Though her daughter likes someone, she doesn’t approve of him.
Both of us had some food, and the client took some rest for 20 mins.
Session - 2
Start time - 1:45 pm
End time - 3:30 pm
Trance music was played. Prayer was done. Client came up with two themes:
- Worry
- Purpose of life
Considering her pain level, we chose the theme “worry.”
Progressive, Dev Alman, stairs visualization was done. Then, being kinesthetic and auditory, she was seeing less but feeling and hearing a lot when she was exploring the garden. But suddenly she started having visuals.
T - What comes to your awareness?
C - I am in the garden. I have worn white clothes like a fairy. I have a crown on my head. I have flowers in my hand. I don’t know if I am running or flying.
(This portion I could have explored more)
T - What else comes to your awareness?
C - There are so many multicolored birds.
T - What is your age?
C - I am 35 years old.
T - You may recall some happy moments of your life.
C - I am 10 years old. We are having a picnic in a garden. There are lots of friends; we are jumping ropes. I am buying some sweets from a famous sweet shop, and the shopkeeper gave me 2 sweets for free.
After that, the client wanted to emerge.
She was happy.

Did the checklist, trance music, prayer, Dev Alman, progressive, and the stairs. She was in complete trance. During the session, several times she was guided to correct her breath.
T - What comes to your awareness, aunty?
C - My parents love me. My parents are doing a play, and songs are being played. They are dressing me up like SHANKAR JI. I am 7–8 years old. I am a girl. “If you go towards God, you will get money.” (some message)
T - Who is telling you this, aunty?
C - Just heard.
Then she saw herself 14–15 years old, same life.
C - I am wearing a skirt. My parents are jogis. They are playing chipli (it’s like lezim; it is played when we sing bhajans!). There is a bag made of cloth. There is no tension at all. I am happy that I am able to help my parents. I felt a snake around my neck.
T - There is a newspaper; you may find the year.
C - Not able to.
No problem.
T - You may hear someone calling your name.
C - Not able to.
T - You may go to the next significant event of this time, aunty.
C - I am getting married.
T - You may tell your age, aunty.
C - 20 years old. Behind the temple, there is a boy. He is a priest. He is wearing a dress like Saint Tukaram. He is like a guru. He is devoted to God. People come to him to share their problems. We don’t have food problems.
T - What comes to your awareness, aunty?
C - I am around 25 years old. I have a 6-month-old son.
C - Now my son is 12 years old; he takes care of us.
T - You may look into his eyes, whom he resembles in this life.
C - He is the son of my younger brother.
T - What comes to your awareness, aunty?
C - I am around 50 years of age. My son is grown up. He sells pumpkins. We have lots of trees. He doesn’t ask for money; whatever people give, he takes. I am very happy. I have a big house. Everyone is happy. My son is sitting by me.
T - Aunty, you may go now to the time of your death.
C - I am 75 years old. I have worn a Navbari sari (in Maharashtra this type of sari is worn). It is pink and green. I gave money to my son, and I fell down. My son is the only one there.
T - What comes to your awareness, aunty?
C - There is a ladder and golden light.
T - What could you learn from this life, aunty?
C - Whatever you do honestly, just immerse yourself into it. Work very hard and be very honest.
T - What was your life purpose, aunty?
C - Be in debt of God. Be good to everyone. Work till your last breath. Take care of people.
Session - 4
Date - 3.4.26
Start time - 3 pm
End time - 5:15 pm
Prayer, trance music, progressive, Dev Alman, stairs
C - I am feeling like my body is moving upwards (her sukhma sharir was moving upwards; actually during the session, 3–4 times she felt that elevated state).
T - What comes to your awareness, aunty?
C - I am a girl, wearing a brown skirt and blouse.
T - How old are you, aunty?
C - I am 13 or 14 years old. I have lots of goats. I have a whip. When I used that whip, there was a cat, and the poor thing got hurt. The cat is crying. I am feeling very bad.
Then she slipped to another significant event of her life without any instruction.
C - There is a lady who had worn a yellow saree. Her husband looks just like Sai Baba, but his hair is white. I asked, I am scared, then he took some water, chanted some mantra, and told me to drink it.
T - Please convey my pranam to both of them.
T - What comes to your awareness, aunty?
C - I am preparing tea on an old stove. My one hand is not working. How am I going to prepare tea with one hand only? I wanted to give them tea at least before they sleep. I am giving them tea in a very old cup.
T - What comes to your awareness, aunty?
C - It’s a very old village. There are lots of goats; lots of squirrels are there. They are all over my body. I prayed to Lord Ram; they went away. I am feeding the squirrels.
C - I am feeling that you are speaking only for me. I am feeling very nice. Again and again, I am going upwards.
(She felt the presence of Sai Baba; we did pranam.)
C - How will I live alone? Baba told, “Everything will be alright. Don’t get scared.” There is golden light like the sun rays. I am taking lots of goats.
T - What are you feeling, aunty?
C - I am getting this belief that I am not alone. I am within everything, and everything is within me. (During the relaxation, this thought of oneness was explained to her again and again.) I don’t want to worry about anything now.
She was happy
. She was feeling very relaxed. She was very confident.
My learnings:
- I didn’t ask the time or the name.
- I didn’t make the effect bridge.
- Did not ask many questions (she was talking in the flow).
- There were places I could have explored more.
Feedback from the client:
She said, I am very happy, don’t feel anxious anymore. She doesn’t worry about almost anything. Regarding her daughter’s marriage and some other issues, I counseled her. She said whenever those thoughts come to her mind, she hears my voice only. Whenever she feels a bit lonely, my voice guides her (I think she is a very sweet lady. I was so privileged to have such a humble client). She said during relaxation, she felt that someone else was speaking through me. She had back pain; that pain immediately after the session was gone. She had shoulder pain also, which she forgot to mention; that pain was almost gone when I asked about the feedback. About her daughter’s marriage also, we talked, and she got a different perspective on the situation.
She kept thanking me a lot on that day and the day when I called for the feedback.
She is such a humble person; need to learn this from her.
