(This case is not completely done by 15 stage PLR process. It’s done by my own style. I request everyone to follow the complete 15 stage PLR process.)
Date : October 22nd 2024.
Session 3, 12 : 30 pm to 2 pm.
The session started with Dave Elman, progressive relaxation, the ball of light, and followed the garden.
T - Look all around ? And concentrate on all your 3 senses ? What are you aware of ?
C - What are my 3 senses ?
T - Visuals, auditory, and thoughts. Pray to your spirit guides to appear. What are you aware of ?
C - Ganesha with mooshak, sitting next to me. He is wearing a white dress. I am wearing a long white gown. I look the same as now. He is telling me, “You are on the right path. You need to stop thinking negatively.”
I actually believe that I am the strongest. I can do anything that I want. (After Inner Child Healing and PLR sessions, the client`s confidence and self belief are increased.)
T - Take his blessings and convey my pranam. And ask him how to lead your future life ? And what is your purpose of this life ?
C - He is telling, “My purpose is to help people. Stop caring about the peoples nonsense. Whatever they do wrong, he will punish them. I shouldnt think of revenge. Beyond anything, I should help people to the best of my capacity.”
T - Ask him, “How can you become like god ?”
C - He is saying, “You are already a god.”
T - How do you realize that ?
C - By speaking the truth. And leaving them behind those who don`t accept it. Not by controlling people. But, by serving them and seeking their support only to serve others.
T - Why do you get angry ?
C - I expect everything to be perfect, everything to be the way I wanted to be, even if it is a little bit tilted, then I feel like burning everything. I want to kill myself. Because I can`t make them perfect. I feel everything is not in my control.
T - What did you understand ? And what did you learn after Inner Child Healing, PLR, and meeting Ganesha ?
C - Even gods cant control everything. Even they have to pay for what they did. And in human life, nothing can be perfect. And I need to accept everything as its. Even Ganesha suffered, and Krishna suffered. Things were not perfect for them. Because they were kind and forgiving, and they supported other people. They didnt seek revenge. They realized their power. I should care only about the things that are important. I should stop seeking revenge. I need to forgive. And leave everything to Ganesha. He will always be there with me. I dont need his help. I just need his protection. I believe him. I will surrender to him.
T - What all are there in that garden ?
C - Ganesha left. Its a field of white tulips and roses. There is a lake. And its very clean. Nice breeze. There are mountains. And a big tree. I am alone.
T - How are you feeling there ?
C - Peace, and I feel everything is perfect. The sky is blue. The sun is setting, its orange, pink and blue. No insects. No mosquitos. Its like a place for me. I feel like running around. Lay down on the grass. Dip my feet in the water. I want to study there. I want to focus. And forget everything else that stops me.
I used to feel like, I cant do it. or I dont want to do it. I used to feel lazy. But, here I am not feeling lazy. I can do anything. And I can create everything.
T - Now visualize yourself reading a book, dipping your legs in that water. What are you reading ?
C - I am reading Neuro science. The water is helping me to remember and understand, and its keeping me cool and calm. And a white Dow bird is giving me the company. I am asking, "You are very nice. Why are you here." Its telling me, “I am here to accompany you and to make sure that you are fine.”
Actually, I dont like birds. But, here with this birds company, I am feeling happy. I am not alone. I have support.
T - Now, you can manifest whatever you want. And you can create your own world.
C - I am at Stanford University. I am a doctor. I have a PHD. in Neuro Science. I work as a neuro scientist and data scientist. I help doctors with the consultation. and I help people with cases to think clearly to get better. I am very strong. Everyone knows me for my knowledge, for my hard work, and for my kindness. Politics are not bothering me. Not because I understand politics. But, because I am smarter than that. And I get paid very well.
T - How old are you there ?
C - I am 29 years old. I have a nice house. I am married and have twin babies. My husband supports me. He is very smart.
T - Look into your husband`s face and eyes ? Can you recognize him ?
C - Yes, he is my boyfriend.
T - Which year is it ?
C - 2031-32.
T - Go ahead and see how your old age will be.
C - I am 50 years old. Happy. My kids are gone to build their own life. I live in the US/Finland. My parents are proud of me. They are old. I am preparing food.
(The client got emotional.)
My parents don`t care that I troubled them. Because of me, they have to be in stress. I came out stronger with everything.
T - Talk to them ? Convey whatever you like to ?
C - I am sorry, I made you feel bad. Thank you for believing in me. You always did the best for me. You made me more powerful…
T - How is your house ?
C - Its a beautiful house. Very big. Interiors are white. Yellow sofa. My father is sleeping on the sofa. My mom is watching TV. Its a big and nice TV. Everything is clean.
T - What are your feelings now after witnessing these all.
C - I am satisfied. I am not insecure anymore. I am not guilty anymore. I am not under confident anymore. I know my power now. I can focus. I am very creative. I know how to get things done. I don`t want revenge anymore. I just want to fulfill my purpose.
T - Now, go to the end of this life and watch it from the distance ? What is happening ?
C - I am 80 years old. I am in my death bed. I am not in pain. My full family is here. I am relieved. I reached the same garden. Me and Ganesha are on the swing. We are talking. We were playing games.
T - Touch his feet and take his blessings. And also convey my pranam. Say thanks and feel gratitude. What is he telling you now ?
C - He is telling, “I told you.” So, I told him, “I believed you.” He is proud of me.
T - Where is that place ? Who else is there ?
C - It`s a different dimension. No one is here, only me, Ganesha, and the mooshak.
T - What did you learn from this life ?
C - Need to believe the strength and purity of my soul. I learned how to forgive. Because the universe, cosmic powers, and Ganesha are there to balance everything. I feel that after this life, I don`t have to take birth again. I will get to be with Ganesha and roam with him. And follow him to see how other people are doing. And how can I help them.
T - Ask Ganesha. Are there any messages for the society ?
C - Many end up killing themselves. Because they are selfish. Only those who believe in helping others in the best possible way and choose the right path they will get satisfied and happy, and they will not see the end of the world. They will be peaceful after the lives.
By always having the best intentions. By believing inner self. By knowing the true power. And not doing bad karma by holding grudges, hatred, and anger. Being kind. And only focusing on what needs to be done to make other people better, healthy, and happy, everyone can achieve me.
The client`s father wanted me to suggest the following suggestions to the client in the trance state. So, I called him inside the studio and asked him to suggest her directly.
T - Now, your father wants to tell you something. Please listen to him.
C - Ok.
The client repeated the following after her father.

ईश्वर ने unique बनाया है। - I love God and completely surrender to him.
- I use the power of positive thinking and
affirmation to reach my goals and solve my problems.
T - Would you like to tell your father anything?
C - I will get it done. Thank you.
T - Would you like to know anything else ?
C - No.
After the session, the client asked me to bless her and tried to touch my feet. But, I didnt allow her to touch my feet, and I told her, "Thank the masters and Lord Ganesha and feel gratitude for them. Its all their plan. I am just a medium."
