My guess is Anegan (2015) — the Tamil film starring Dhanush.
And this time I’m not just guessing from the vibe: the filmmakers themselves confirmed that Many Lives, Many Masters by Dr. Brian Weiss was used as an important reference for the story connecting the different timelines, and that the book is deliberately visible in one of the shots around Madhu’s room.
So that circled book was basically a PLRT Easter egg hiding in plain sight.
