SESSION 4
Date:
9 November 2025
Time:
11:20 AM – 3:30 PM
The client arrived in a highly enthusiastic and positive state, sharing two major insights from the previous session:
A. Realisation About Relationship Conflict
The scene [nit ever happened in the real life]with his father gave him a deep breakthrough:
-
He recognised that the miscommunication between him and his father was a mirror of the miscommunication with his wife.
-
He now sees his father’s unclear instruction as similar to how he sometimes communicates incompletely.
-
He also understood that his wife often struggles to interpret his thoughts — just like he struggled to interpret his father’s words.
Client’s Insight:
“My father was me, and I was my wife in that scene.
There is always a gap in communication, and I need to fill that gap.”
He felt relieved to finally understand the root of his relationship conflict.
This was a major therapeutic breakthrough.
B. Positive Money-Related Events
The client shared two unexpectedly positive incidents that happened immediately before the session:
Incident 1
-
A person who had owed him money for 3 months (a very small amount, but symbolically important)
-
Suddenly called him unexpectedly
-
And transferred the money immediately
Incident 2
-
Another client whose vehicle he repaired many weeks earlier
-
Sent a message promising to pay the overdue amount soon
Client’s Interpretation:
He felt these were signs of the money block beginning to clear.
He was extremely happy and hopeful.

-
Client took a long time to return from trance.
-
Upon emerging, he reported:
-
Complete loss of body awareness
-
Felt very light
-
Only aware of sound
-
No control over body
-
.
-
-
Integration
-
During the integration phase, the client described that throughout the session he was receiving only glimpses rather than continuous scenes, yet each glimpse felt meaningful and emotionally significant. He shared that the temple he saw appeared to be from another lifetime, an old structure with broken bricks and sand. He also expressed surprise at seeing the therapist as his sister in that lifetime.
-
The image of the white silk bed stood out strongly for him. He reported that this scene gave him an immense sense of peace, calmness, and serenity. He also shared an important personal insight: he has always felt an urge to leave his current life situation and move to a spiritual place, and he now wonders if this tendency may be influenced by impressions or lessons carried from previous lifetimes.
-
When asked about his pain level, he said he was amazed by the entire session and that his pain level had reduced to zero. He expressed that he now understands the deeper essence of PLRT and wishes to continue his healing journey.
-
He also stated that he wants to build a better life with his wife, strengthen communication, and live with more spirituality and awareness. He recognised that he now knows how to handle conflicts more calmly. He was also joyful that even before the session began, he had experienced signs of his money block beginning to open, and he considered this a positive confirmation.
-
He reflected that spiritual growth does not require repeatedly digging into the past or seeking forgiveness from previous lifetimes. Instead, he feels guided to focus on living his karma and responsibilities more consciously. Overall, the client was very happy with the session. He said that even the glimpses and lessons he received were powerful enough that he could confidently share the experience with others.
-
One of the strongest impressions for him was the mind–body disconnection he experienced — a new and profound sensation where he felt extremely light, without physical awareness of his body.
-
Follow-Up (One Week Later]
-
One week after the session, the client contacted the therapist on his own. He reported that his meditation practice had shifted to a much deeper level. He felt he could enter a quiet, centred state more quickly and easily than before the PLRT session.
-
He expressed great happiness about this development and shared that he had been reflecting on the insights from the session and actively trying to implement those learnings into his daily life. He felt that the session had opened a new stage of inner clarity and spiritual progress.
