True I need to show little compassion to myself, as it is ok and take a pause to breath-in.

It’s pure unconditional flow and sometimes I cannot stop the flow also. As it is like a breath.

In fact I am not very active , whenever the moment comes to flow/share some thing I does and that too is not in my hand , sirf Bhagwan ka pass mein.

Yes, every day I am feeling it. not drastic change, but awareness about ourselves is much clearer, and after that moment, it is on a different level

I’m really glad you asked this…..

When we say “feeling safe with yourself”… it’s not something abstract….. it’s actually very lived…. very real.

Safe का मतलब यहाँ ये नहीं है कि life में सब perfect हो जाए…

safe का मतलब है

“जो भी मेरे अंदर उठ रहा है.… उसके साथ मैं खुद को allow कर पा रहा/रही हूँ….. बिना डर, बिना judgement.”

For example…

earlier when sadness came or anger came….

what did we do?

we resisted…. suppressed….. distracted…..or judged ourselves

मुझे ऐसा feel नहीं करना चाहिए”

और वही moment unsafe बना देता है…..

because now we are not just feeling pain…..

we are also fighting ourself.

Safety begins the moment….

जब आप खुद से ये कहना शुरू करते हैं कि

“ठीक है… ये feeling आई है… मैं इसके साथ बैठ सकता/सकती हूँ… मुझे इसे तुरंत बदलना नहीं है.”

I’ll share something very real….

there was a phase where even after doing so much inner work….suddenly old anxiety patterns used to come back….

Earlier… I would panic

“इतना काम करने के बाद भी ये क्यों आ रहा है?”

But slowly something shifted….

I stopped questioning and just sat with it….

No fixing… no analysing…

बस observe करना… breathe करना…

And for the first time…

I realised

feeling passes faster when we stop resisting it.

That is safety

So beautifully explained! It takes a while to get there by once you are there, you live in the bliss and other things seem so meaningless. Surrender and let it flow, come what may, it will be taken care of itself. The moment is magical :folded_hands:t2:
