A little heart-to-heart with you all..…
There is something I really want to share with you all..…
Something I myself had to learn slowly, patiently…..
Healing is not a one-time event.
It’s not that one breakthrough..…
that one realization….. that one “aha” moment after which everything changes.
Because if you’ve noticed..… even after understanding so much about ourself…. we still feel the same sometimes.
And then that thought comes..…
“मैं समझती हूँ….. फिर भी ऐसा क्यों महसूस हो रहा है?”
If anyone of you have ever felt this then please know..… there is nothing wrong with you.
This is how we are wired.
Insight happens in the mind..…
but healing happens in the body.
And the body doesn’t change through knowing…. it changes through repeated safe experiences.
For me, the biggest shift came when I stopped seeing healing as something intense…. and started seeing it as something daily .
Like brushing our teeth….
like taking a bath…
Not because something is broken.… but because we care.
“healing कोई emergency process नहीं है….
यह daily thought है।”
This is exactly why I tried creating this daily framework.… not as a strict routine….but as a gentle way of being with oneself.
( I know many of my friends here are already practicing it , but still…)
Simple things.… but deeply transformative when done consistently…
- सुबह खुद से जुड़ना… बस नोटिस करना कि अंदर क्या चल रहा है…
- दिन में अपने emotions को नाम देना… बिना analyze किए…
- थोड़ा लिखना…. बिना filter के…
- Body को move करना..… क्योंकि वही सबसे ज़्यादा hold करता है.
- एक छोटा सा different response choose करना…
- और रात को reflect करना….. बिना judgement के.
It’s not about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about staying in relationship with ourself.
And very honestly…
The most important part of healing is not the technique…it is how we treat ourself.
Are we judging our reactions?
Or
Are we trying to understand them?
Do we push ourself to change?
Or
Do we allow ourself to learn?
Because healing doesn’t respond to pressure. It responds to safety.
आप खुद के साथ जितने safe होते जाते हैं… उतनी ही healing deep होती जाती है।
Also remember healing is never linear.
Some days will feel light…
some days heavy…
Some days we will feel like we have grown so much…
and suddenly, same old pattern again.
But look closely…..you are not going backwards, you are just coming back with more awareness.
And this awareness changes everything.
Over time something very subtle shifts…..
The effort reduces.
The awareness becomes natural.
The pause becomes automatic.
And one day we realize…..
Healing is no longer something we are “doing”…. it is simply how we are living .
So today… I just want you to pause for a moment…..and gently ask yourself…..
“आज मैं अपने लिए एक छोटा सा care कैसे दिखा सकता/सकती हूँ?”
“किस pattern में मैं आज थोड़ा अलग respond कर सकता/सकती हूँ?”
“कहाँ मैं खुद को थोड़ा ज़्यादा समझ सकता/सकती हूँ… judge करने के बजाय?”
You don’t have to do everything.
Just begin.
Because healing does not ask for perfection. It only asks for your participation.
And maybe this is the most important thing I want to leave you all with…..
Healing was never something outside you.
It is always…..
“आप खुद से कैसे मिलते हैं.… कितनी softness के साथ.… कितनी ईमानदारी के साथ.…”
And from this moment.… a completely new relationship begins.
