Healing is not a one time event

A little heart-to-heart with you all..…

There is something I really want to share with you all..…

Something I myself had to learn slowly, patiently…..

Healing is not a one-time event.

It’s not that one breakthrough..…

that one realization….. that one “aha” moment after which everything changes.

Because if you’ve noticed..… even after understanding so much about ourself…. we still feel the same sometimes.

And then that thought comes..…

“मैं समझती हूँ….. फिर भी ऐसा क्यों महसूस हो रहा है?”

If anyone of you have ever felt this then please know..… there is nothing wrong with you.

This is how we are wired.

Insight happens in the mind..…

but healing happens in the body.

And the body doesn’t change through knowing…. it changes through repeated safe experiences.

For me, the biggest shift came when I stopped seeing healing as something intense…. and started seeing it as something daily .

Like brushing our teeth….

like taking a bath…

Not because something is broken.… but because we care.

“healing कोई emergency process नहीं है….

यह daily thought है।”

This is exactly why I tried creating this daily framework.… not as a strict routine….but as a gentle way of being with oneself.

( I know many of my friends here are already practicing it , but still…)

Simple things.… but deeply transformative when done consistently…

  • सुबह खुद से जुड़ना… बस नोटिस करना कि अंदर क्या चल रहा है…
  • दिन में अपने emotions को नाम देना… बिना analyze किए…
  • थोड़ा लिखना…. बिना filter के…
  • Body को move करना..… क्योंकि वही सबसे ज़्यादा hold करता है.
  • एक छोटा सा different response choose करना…
  • और रात को reflect करना….. बिना judgement के.

It’s not about doing everything perfectly.

It’s about staying in relationship with ourself.

And very honestly…

The most important part of healing is not the technique…it is how we treat ourself.

Are we judging our reactions?

Or

Are we trying to understand them?

Do we push ourself to change?

Or

Do we allow ourself to learn?

Because healing doesn’t respond to pressure. It responds to safety.

आप खुद के साथ जितने safe होते जाते हैं… उतनी ही healing deep होती जाती है।

Also remember healing is never linear.

Some days will feel light…

some days heavy…

Some days we will feel like we have grown so much…

and suddenly, same old pattern again.

But look closely…..you are not going backwards, you are just coming back with more awareness.

And this awareness changes everything.

Over time something very subtle shifts…..

The effort reduces.

The awareness becomes natural.

The pause becomes automatic.

And one day we realize…..

Healing is no longer something we are “doing”…. it is simply how we are living .

So today… I just want you to pause for a moment…..and gently ask yourself…..

“आज मैं अपने लिए एक छोटा सा care कैसे दिखा सकता/सकती हूँ?”

“किस pattern में मैं आज थोड़ा अलग respond कर सकता/सकती हूँ?”

“कहाँ मैं खुद को थोड़ा ज़्यादा समझ सकता/सकती हूँ… judge करने के बजाय?”

You don’t have to do everything.

Just begin.

Because healing does not ask for perfection. It only asks for your participation.

And maybe this is the most important thing I want to leave you all with…..

Healing was never something outside you.

It is always…..

“आप खुद से कैसे मिलते हैं.… कितनी softness के साथ.… कितनी ईमानदारी के साथ.…”

And from this moment.… a completely new relationship begins.

My dear @kobrakulsh Didi i loved reading this and like very much. I too agree with your points and resonate very well.

This is the most simplest guide that we can follow, more simple it becomes more it becomes as a breathing coz breathing just happens.

Very much correct, earlier, when I was in meditative pattern and slowly when it started breaking coz old pattern comes, i usually get panicked and doubted myself.
However, when I realised that when I am in stillness and it is expected to have this stillness lasts sometimes little longer or shorter and vibrations of mind comes back and it’s totally normal, I don’t panic or doubt myself. Rather, when the old pattern comes I am able to fully aware of its raise and acknowledging it , it subsides also.

This is a perfect example for Self reflection - Self awareness - Self consciousness. :hugs::ok_hand:t2:

It is always Inside

Having compassionate heart towards the beautiful ourselves.

Very true, often I feel and believe every other person coming infront of us is an another version of you, that’s why we say all and one are the same.

Key :old_key: is Having compassionate heart to all sentinents which include yourselves, through ourselves only we can heal the world :globe_showing_americas:

सच बोलूं.… you don’t sound wise…. you spoke from lived awareness*.*

so much wisdom in this.

यहीं पर most people अपनी journey छोड़ देते हैं… क्योंकि उन्हें लगता है “फिर से वही pattern आ गया”..… but they don’t see कि इस बार वो उस pattern के अंदर खो नहीं रहे….. उसे देख पा रहे हैं.

Sharing your own phase.… जब stillness break होती थी और panic आता था…. self-doubt आता था.…honesty…..is rare Santosh.

क्योंकि ये सब हम सब के साथ होता है..… बस हम accept नहीं करते.

But the shift you have described… awareness without panic .… is real evolution. Because healing का मतलब ये नहीं है कि thoughts या patterns आना बंद हो जाएंगे… healing का मतलब है — उनके आने पर हम खुद को खोना बंद कर देते हैं.

“I acknowledge it… and it subsides” ….

is साक्षी भाव in action. Not forcing… not fighting… just allowing… and witnessing…..

Very true. It’s the repeated safe experiences that slowly reshape us—one moment at a time—letting the body finally breathe. That sense of safety creates the hope, space, and emotional bandwidth we need, allowing us to gently process and work through what’s been sitting in the background.

Absolutely, healing is something we practice every day. And over time—through consistency and gentle repetition—it begins to feel more natural, almost like a second skin. What once required effort and awareness slowly becomes instinctive, woven into how we respond, care for ourselves, and move through the world.

This is where the idea of healing happening in layers really resonates with me. First, we process things logically, then we begin to feel them emotionally. Over time, that understanding deepens—the knowledge we gain slowly matures into wisdom, and that wisdom takes its own time to be fully integrated and lived in our everyday lives.

Well said. We often don’t realize how harshly we judge ourselves or how much pressure we place on getting everything “right”—even healing. Recognizing that conditioning is a powerful step, and gently learning to release the need for control and perfection becomes a whole chapter of the journey in itself.

This reminds me of the Phoenix Rising idea—especially when you picture it as a spiral. Transformation isn’t a straight path, but a continuous cycle of breaking down and rebuilding. Each “down” phase offers the raw material for a more evolved “up” phase. Growth, then, is about moving through these recurring layers of challenge, with every cycle deepening our wisdom, resilience, and sense of authentic self.

Exactly! So well written as always! A few days ago I got in to an argument with my kid about something and he said “ ain’t you supposed to be calm with all that meditation healing thingy you do?” And I thought what a misconception. Healing is not a miracle pill, it needs daily cleansing like we clean our physical body so sticking to a routine matters more than we realize. It doesn’t always feel exciting or life-changing, actually some days it feels repetitive, even heavy. And then there are daily triggers- emotions, memories, people, driving, kids and old patterns that try to pull you off track. The work is not in fighting them every time, but in learning to bypass them, to notice them without getting pulled in.

Because routine becomes your anchor when everything inside you feels uncertain. It holds you steady when motivation fades and moods shift. And slowly, in these small returns to what you said you would do, you build something solid—self-trust. The quiet knowing that even with triggers, you can still come back to yourself. So I reminded my son that this is my calm version with some software glitches occasionally :sweat_smile:

@Harmeet, what your son said..… I think this is exactly what most people believe about healing, that once we start meditating or doing inner work, we should become this permanently calm, unshakable version of ourself.

But what you shared….. is the truth nobody talks about.

Healing doesn’t remove our humanness..… it refines our relationship with it.

I love how you did not try to “prove” calmness to your son..… you owned your reality.

This is my calm version with a few software glitches” is not just humor, this is integration.

Because earlier, triggers would take us away from ourselves….. Now, even if we get triggered, we come back faster… softer… with awareness.

N this is healing…
Not perfection.
Not constant peace.
But the ability to return..… again and again..… without abandoning ourself.

And honestly….. this version of you is more real, more trustworthy for your clients too. Because you’re not speaking from a pedestal….. you’re walking the path, every single day.

Dear @kobrakulsh Didi, I honestly share all my learning and experiences here in simple lay man terms. :folded_hands:t2: That’s all I have within and it took lot of efforts and challenges to understand what I have shared.
I am always transparent, you know it better didi.

:pensive_face: However, It’s time to stop sharing my experiences and I don’t want anyone who is reading my experience to have a misdirection in their life.
With my heart and soul only I share these and for these, it automatically comes and that too without thinking much, completely in meditative state.

I always love to learn more, assimilation is done by all the Guru and Bhagwan and is given in to me.

Healing is a constant process and we do get better. It’s like a journey and there are obstacles and rewards along the way. Consistency is the key! Change comes from within.

Honestly….. I always read from a space of feeling…. not just words because somewhere I know….. हर comment के पीछे एक real journey होती है..… a real person trying, healing, understanding….

And what you shared… ..is so grounded and real. Healing really is that journey..… with its ups and downs, pauses and breakthroughs, but जैसे you said..… consistency quietly changes us from within….. even when we don’t notice it daily.

this holds so much depth.

Because at the end life doesn’t shift by controlling situations…..it shifts when we soften, we become aware, we choose differently.

I can feel what you’re going through and I want you to pause for a moment and really hear this..…

तुम जो share करते हो ना…. वो information नहीं होती..… वो एक lived experience होता है और lived truth कभी किसी को misguide नहीं करता…वो सिर्फ उतना ही touch करता है जितना सामने वाला receive करने के लिए ready होता है.

I understand why you’re feeling this way….
कभी-कभी जब misunderstanding आती है या कोई हमारी intention को गलत समझ लेता है…..तो naturally दिल पीछे हटना चाहता है…..

“maybe I should stop…”

But ask yourself softly..… क्या तुम share ego से कर रहे थे या surrender से?..

और अगर जवाब surrender है….. तो फिर डर किस बात का…..?

You said..… “यह सब गुरु और भगवान की कृपा है… मैं कुछ own नहीं करता”

तो फिर ये flow भी उन्हीं का है Santosh..… तुम सिर्फ एक medium हो…
Medium अगर रुक जाए तो flow नहीं रुकता..… बस रास्ता बदल लेता है.… लेकिन कभी-कभी वही माध्यम किसी और के लिए exact वही message लेकर आता है जो उसे कहीं और से नहीं मिलता.

हाँ… discernment ज़रूरी है..…

हर जगह, हर समय share करना भी ज़रूरी नहीं….. पर अपने आप को completely बंद कर लेना सिर्फ किसी के misunderstanding की वजह से….. ये थोड़ा harsh हो जाएगा… अपने ही सच के साथ.

Your honesty….. your simplicity….. और सबसे important your non-ownership ये बहुत rare है Santosh…..

लोगों को problem अक्सर words से नहीं होती..… उनकी अपनी interpretations से होती है.

इसलिए थोड़ा space लो….. थोड़ा observe करो….. लेकिन अपने flow पर doubt मत करो.

तुम्हें हर जगह बोलना ज़रूरी नहीं है….. पर जहाँ से naturally आता है वहाँ उसे रोकना भी ज़रूरी नहीं है.

And remember this ..… तुम्हारा काम “convince” करना नहीं है..… तुम्हारा काम सिर्फ “express” करना है….. बाकी जो जिसे लेना है….. वो लेगा… अपने level पर.

I’m here and I see your intention very clearly . बस थोड़ा soft रहो अपने साथ…. यही सबसे ज़रूरी है अभी :folded_hands::folded_hands:
