How I pitch the therapy in a group- Introduction to PLRT

When I meet a new group or introduce myself to potential clients, I begin simply:

I’m a Past Life Regression therapist I help people understand and heal fears, health issues, or life patterns that seem to have no logical cause. I help you uncover their roots — often hidden deep in your subconscious mind

This opening naturally invites curiosity. Most people respond with, “But how is that possible?” That’s when I explain that our mind holds vast information — memories and imprints not just from this lifetime but from the unconscious archives of our past lives. Through guided regression, we can access and heal those memories.

The Story Behind My Belief

I always share my personal journey because it connects authentically with people. My faith in past life regression isn’t theoretical — it’s personal, spiritual, and experiential.
As a Jain, I’ve always resonated with the truth of karma and the soul’s continuity.

But it was during my college years in hospital postings that my belief became real, I often saw patients suffering — physically or emotionally — even though their medical reports were perfectly normal. It made me realize that not all pain originates in the body; some stem from unresolved experiences stored deep within the mind and spirit. That curiosity led me to explore the subconscious and the field of Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT).

My Personal Healing Journey

I don’t just practice PLRT — I’ve lived its power.

For years, I struggled with stress-induced asthma. It was so severe that I would get attacks almost six times a year.
No medicine offered real relief.

Then during my past life regression in the workshop, I revisited a lifetime in Kerala, where I was strangled to death after an intense argument. In that moment of regression, I actually felt breathless, as if reliving the final sensations of that life. The trauma of being unable to breathe — both physically and emotionally — had followed me into this lifetime as asthma. Once I understood and released that memory, I have been completely free of asthma for over three years.

I also carried a lifelong fear of dogs — so intense that I once climbed a tree just to escape one.
During a regression, I revisited a past life in Scotland, where I was imprisoned in a dark cell and left as punishment with dogs released upon me. They attacked me, and after my death, my body was cut into pieces and fed to the very dogs.

That terrifying memory explained my irrational fear in this lifetime. After processing and releasing that memory, my fear of dogs completely disappeared.

These experiences were life-changing — they didn’t just heal me, they gave me a profound understanding of how subconscious memories shape our current realities.

Results That Speak for Themselves

Over time, I’ve worked with more than 80 clients, and I’ve witnessed remarkable transformations. Many have found relief and closure from issues they had battled for years — from chronic fears to physical discomforts — once they accessed and healed memories from a past life.

Through regression and subconscious reprogramming, they were able to release karmic patterns and reclaim a sense of peace and freedom in their present lives. This consistent success reinforces my belief that when the mind heals, the body follows.

So when I speak to people now, I tell them:

“Healing isn’t about fixing what’s wrong — it’s about remembering what’s unfinished.”

That’s what Past Life Regression Therapy truly is: a journey from fear to freedom, from confusion to clarity, from suffering to peace.

My Message to Fellow Therapists

As therapists, our most powerful tools are authenticity and empathy. I encourage my peers to:

1.	Authenticity: Speak from your personal conviction and experience.
2.	Clarity: Explain the process in simple, relatable terms — people are drawn to what they can understand.
3.	Connection: Share stories that show results and healing.
4.	Trust: Create a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore their inner worlds.

Ultimately, our role is to bridge science and spirituality — helping people understand that healing can come from beyond the physical realm. I hope this helps to connect better with potential clients.

In my next post, I’ll be sharing the step-by-step process I follow — from the very first enquiry to the final session — and how this approach has helped me gain more referrals and returning clients from those who have experienced complete healing.

@Karishma_Telesra I read your case history last year and was horrified by the intensity, it was so brave of you to relive and release the pain of past lives.

you have explained it so simple and beautifully. You are right, connection is everything, when people feel it, they do open up and it becomes easier for both the therapist and client. I am looking forward to your next post. :folded_hands:t2:
