Ques 1 . can we split four sessions on four days as sometimes it is too heavy to conduct two sessions on same day ?
Ques 2. a client who identifies his problem from this lifetime , got the solutions in induction and relaxation , pain level reduced from 10 to 5 but still wants to carry on with therapy for calmness he gets from induction and dave elman . should i carry on or deny the session ?
the client now clearly knows his problems and further solutions but still has a feeling of being used for monetary benefits and misguided by earlier psychiatrists , therapist and psycholgist. does he needs a session for this feeling to go away or therapist part is done? can we call it a successful case? as the pain level is reduced but no past life is accessed?
In my HO- Yes, it can still be considered a successful case. The core intention of PLRT is healing and transformation, not necessarily the recall of a past life. Since the client’s pain level has reduced, it indicates that a release and resolution occurred at a deeper level, even though no past lives were explored, may be his issues related to present life only. Sometimes, the healing itself is the message.
@sunita.chems 1.Yes, split the sessions if needed.
The case is successful…pain reduced and insight gained. Further sessions only if he wants relaxation otherwise not required.
Q2…
@Sunita …
Your client has already achieved
insight and substantial reduction in symptoms, so, the therapy has already worked.
Past life access is not the success marker… relief, regulation and clarity are.
If he wishes to continue it may not be about the problem anymore..… it may be about trust repair and emotional safety. When clients feel previously “used,” they often need a relational healing experience. One or two integrative sessions focused on closure, autonomy and empowerment can be very therapeutic.
So yes, you can call it a successful case.
Now the work left is less regression..… more therapeutic completion and trust restoration
