37yrs old married for 7 years, love marriage for convenience she said.
Has a son 6. He has blood related chronic condition, keeps bleeding here and there.
Bad marriage, verbal abuse, sometimes physical, no physical contact last 6 years living in the same house. He hates me…He wants me to pay rent, I cook.No love no intimacy nothing.
Fear, fear, fear…
Fear of physical abuse, father is going to kill me, , fear of losing life,
To get rid of IBS which has been there since age 11, severe burning in the whole of my abdomen, burning in anus, rectum, urethra alternating constipation and loose motions ever since I was a child of 11… Aggravated after marriage…Conceived within 2 months of marriage.
Want to come out of this unhappy marriage peacefully, it has killed my existence.
Mother died when I was 10…father remarried…Father used to abuse mother…I have a brother…And 2 half sisters…
Had a tough time with new mother.
I love my half sisters.
(In history taking she had mentioned she was abducted by someone in late teens, but returned home in 3 days, with no harm to herself but felt unloved and uncared for as father didn’t even ask her where she was or what had happened)

I’m just seeing memories with friends…
Now i am feeling tense, heaviness in head

Her son is 4 or 5 years younger than me…She is that old…but she was good…Things changed when she was living with a guy…I never judged but ppl used to talk bad things…Her husband used to abuse her physically and mentally…
C:I used to feel bad and take care of her…
C:One day my husband ( that time we were not yet married) called me…
My phone was not ok… so I used her phone to call him back…Later they both became so close and physically got involved…My husband was not committing to me…

C: I am watching from above…
Feeling her pain …

C: Village okay…Small village…Morning…Sing song and wake up people…

C : This vasudev did something to that girl…

My lower body is burning…

I think it’s a lady…
I know the girl is me…
That female is trying to kill me…
There’s something wrong with me…I look very beautiful…
That lady is married to the person who loved me…
The wife…She knows her husband loves me…
She’s chasing me…Pushing me in the fire… choola…
She pushes me on it…My stomach catches fire…
I die…
I am burnt…Charred…

That female is laughing…
Vasudev watching from the window and not helping…
I have left my body…All black…

When I think of the girl I feel so much love…

I grow up big…He dies…Then I start living in that house alone and then all that happened…
C: I m seeing a person who looks like my father…Yes he is my father from this life…
He’s trying to kill a baby…
Oh my God…That is me…This old man Z comes and prevents and takes me…
C: My father thinks I’m born to his wife through another person…
C: He hates me…He beats me…

C: There also he’s putting me in cooking kitchen fire…From there Z saved me…
My mother is crying…
Same father from this life…
I am 3 years…
My mother is confessing that I’m not his child.
I feel the mother connection…With S…She cheats on my father…Gives birth to me…

I’m dressed like a warrior…

Hilly area…Big Shiva statue…Going on horseback…
There are few ppl chasing me…Valley…They are behind me…
I’m young…15,16…
They are behind me to chase me…
All men…
Dressed differently.
I am wearing white…
They wear different…
I have something valuable…
There’s a map…There is some treasure below statue…
Only I know about it…
I don’t want to give it to them…
They chase …
So I jump into the valley with that valuable thing…
Into the fire…
This is thousands of years ago…
I’m Shiva devotee…
I’m part of the sainya…Very brave…
I don’t see my parents…
In the army I hear people talk about breaking the statue…I don’t know from where I got these papers…
I look like warrior…
Silence…
T: Do you see any connection to this life…?
C: this strong need to save the child, save the house…Save something very valuable…Very precious…
Something valuable…I try to save and lose my life…
I jump into that valley which is going to end my life…
I don’t want to explore any more…I just want to heal…
( She’s tired, so I plan to bring her out)
T: What do you want to do…To heal…
C: I want to forgive myself…For going through all this…
T: it happened way way way back…
Is it true now it isn’t…
Memories…You know they are memories…Of a different lifetime…But you are now in a different new body…
T: You don’t have to suffer because they made you suffer…
You are a beautiful being…
T: You don’t need to punish yourself because you were an illegitimate child…You don’t need to punish yourself because your mother cheated…Because your father used to beat you he wanted to kill you…Because somebody burnt you to death…because you couldn’t save the valuable…
C: I have to forgive hat mother for abandoning me…
And my father for all that he did then…And the Sannyasi…
T : Do you remember him from this life? Look into his eyes and see who he reminds you of.
C: (shaking with emotion.
Crying)…Husband…My husband…
I can’t forgive him…
T: but you want to free yourself from all the pain and disease in this life…Look at him from that life…What would you want to do to heal that…
(She starts speaking to that man )
C: You must have had your own reasons…I knew you could have …I set you free because I want to heal…I really really want to heal…I want to release that lady also…
May be she still has affair with my husband …
(Wants to forgive,I give her time, and tell her to indicate when done)

C: I want to only feel love now…I know these bad feelings are killing me…
T: feel that deep centre in your heart…feel the love in your heart…It is so so huge…so benevolent so compassionate…
Do you see that they are suffering…
Can you help them to free themselves…

T: You are so generous P…you have such a beautiful heart…
C: I forgive him but I don’t want to go back to him…
(Becomes aware of her Resentfulness…)
T: You don’t need the ibs…
Now visualise yourself on a hill top…You are going to
bundle all that you do not want to hold on to in side a big double bed sheet…tie it up…Big bye bye to all that… Dumping into the valley…
C: I am always in threat for life…
Someone’s up to kill me…
Breaking me away from my baby…
T: That whole bundle becomes smaller and smaller and disappears out of sight…
T: : Feel your body now…Is there
pain anywhere…
Colour, size…Smaller smaller… and disappears…
(Through guidance I say the following words…
You are a Shiva devotee…Use Shiva’s trishul to stitch up the cloth that Shiva gives you…thats your Protective shield…No one can harm you now…)
