History taking
Raunak is a 25-year-old man who lives with his mother. Music is Raunak’s passion. He works as a music producer and DJ and enjoys creating new tracks every week.
He has no connection with either side of his extended family. His father played a limited role in his upbringing; although present during Raunak early years, he eventually left the family. His mother became the sole breadwinner, working tirelessly to support him.
During his school years, Raunak endured severe bullying, which left deep emotional scars. He struggles with depression and can sometimes display aggressive and negative behaviour. He often feels misunderstood and has a strong dislike for therapists, despite having seen several over the years without much progress. One of his coping mechanisms is talking, he enjoys speaking at length and finds comfort in expressing himself.
Raunak has a tender side and can be very loving, but he tends to become aggressive during full moons, new moons and some other festivals also. Afterward, he usually reflects on his behaviour, recognises his mistakes, and apologises sincerely.
The loss of his father and maternal grandfather were the most painful moments in his life. These events intensified his emotional struggles and left him with unresolved grief. He has the feeling that everyone he loves died.
Now, Raunak seeks change. He wants to be successful in his career and, more importantly, he wants to overcome his anger. His main goal in therapy is to find peace within himself and build a future where his emotions no longer hold him back.

Session 2
Past life 1
July 14, 3 hours
Dave elman, Progressive relaxation, ball of light, garden, happy childhood, affect bridge.
During childhood, the client saw himself as a toddler wearing a cute hat. His parents couldn’t find him after leaving him with the maid, but eventually they discovered him sitting on top of a cabin. He also remembered being with his maternal grandfather, who was very kind to him.
Going in past life the client began describing a vivid and profound experience. He saw his celestial bodies, he saw so many things: stars, lights, energies. They were all around him.
At one point, he repeated, “They were like celestial… all kinds of celestial things I’ve seen.” His words painted a picture of a vast cosmic landscape, alive with movement and mystery.
As the session deepened, the client witnessed a supernova, an explosion of light and energy. In that moment, he also saw his father and Lord Shiva. He was fully immersed, seeing everything. The presence of Lord Shiva brought a sense of divinity and protection, while the image of his father stirred deep emotions.
Yet, not everything was peaceful. He encountered a few negative forces, energies that seemed to block or stop him. He felt like something was trying to hold him back,” he described a sensation of resistance.
Still, the celestial vision remained strong. He saw many celestial bodies,” he repeated, as if the memory was etched into his soul. “All kinds of celestial things… they are everywhere.”
The experience was both expansive and intimate, a journey through the universe and the self, filled with light, shadow, and the presence of something greater. After that, he went to a past life where he was on a submarine called Elara. The whole crew died, but he survived, and he felt very guilty for still being alive.
Past life 3
11 September, 4 hours and 15 minutes
Dave Elman induction, progressive relaxation, Ball of light, staircase, garden and the client went automatically into past life.
T: Describe your beautiful garden. What do you see? What do you experience?
C: There are colourful flowers. A butterfly is sitting on my hand.
T: Oh, nice. And what colour are the butterflies?
C: Not a very unique yellow, more traditional. Another one, I think, is pinkish purple.
T: Pinkish purple. Beautiful!
C: Yeah. And others are different colours, with patterns I couldn’t recognise. One looks kind of greyish golden. I’m trying to let it sit on my finger, but the butterfly is not coming. Now it’s starting to rain.
T: How is the rain?
C: There are black clouds. And now I’m seeing a waterfall.
T: Okay. How is the waterfall you’re seeing.
C: The water is dark, dark green. I’m going into that water, into the fountain water.
T: Okay. Now allow yourself to notice a path and start walking along it. As you walk, try to notice a white marble bench and sit on it. Let me know when you see it.
C: I’m sitting there.
T: Now, mentally request the universe for your spirit guides to come and sit beside you. Keep asking with love until you feel their presence. Your spirit guides are eager to connect with you. One or more may come, you might see them, hear them, or simply feel their presence. Just nod your head and let me know when they’re with you.
C: One female spirit guide came. She kissed me, I don’t know why.
T: Do you recognise this female guardian?
C: No. She picked me up and is carrying me. But my own guardian was also there. He was holding me too, they’re both holding me.
T: Are they both female?
C: No, a male and a female. He was standing near her. She kissed me and then picked me up like a baby. I’m in her arms, and she’s carrying me.
T: Wonderful!
C: After that, I don’t know… I saw my eternal body. It was like I had received power. I see my father i am angry. He left, and I was trying to push him away. That’s when I felt the power. I literally felt like I had God-like power, eternal power.
T: I guided the client to the past life.
C: I am in the Milky Way, in space. The universe is very bright, like a glowing light. It’s as if someone placed a balloon bulb in a rocket. It’s so, so colourful. That kind of solar system. And I’m there, standing and watching it.
T: Okay. I want you to look at yourself. Describe how you look.
C: I’m wearing long, white clothes. I’m standing there, and I have feathers. I have a crown-like and wing, like angel’s have. I’m moving with the clouds. Something is in front of me, and it’s moving now. I’m also wearing a pendant.
T: Can you describe the pendant?
C: It looks like it is a Rudraksha in a golden chain. And some Rudraksh beads are also there, on which something is written in Sanskrit, but it’s not Sanskrit, it’s written in a divine language, God’s language.
T: What does the material of your clothes feel like on your body?
C: It feels more spiritual than physical.
T: What do you mean by this?
C: Most of the spiritual people are wearing cloak-type robe with design.
T: Very good. Look around you. What else do you see?
C: Stars. Higher dimensions. Supreme dimensions. Other Gods, powerful beings, guardians.
T: Can you recognise any of those gods?
C: Yes, but some I don’t know by name. I saw Narad Muni, I think. I saw a sitar and Rudraksha beads.
T: Okay. Are you carrying anything?
C: I’m just standing there, but I think there’s some kind of xylophone-like object nearby. I’m not sure what it is.
T: Is there anything important you want to tell me before we move on?
C: The Gods are cheering. I’m walking past them. They’re standing like in a stadium or podium, like a colosseum. I’m walking through, like a parade.
T: What happens next when you arrive?
C: I’m travelling on a big cloud-like spaceship. Behind me, I see a bluish light, another universe.
T: Do you recognise anyone there besides the gods? Look into their eyes.
C: I see warriors. One of them feels familiar, like I saw him long ago. I think, l fought with him and injured him.
T: Now go inside the colosseum. Look around and tell me what you see. What’s happening?
C: Many beings are standing there. They’re cheering for me. They want me to grab a knife. I think they want to sacrifice someone, but my hand is shaking. They want me to stab him to release him, but my hands are trembling. Instead, I placed him on a sacrificial stone, very deep. In ancient times, we had traditions like this. If someone wanted to sacrifice for God, we would lay them on the stone and take their life.
T: So, they want to sacrifice that body on the stone?
C: Yes, they want to. But I choose to carry his body with me.
T: So, you’re carrying the body?
C: He’s losing energy. He tells me, “You can.” Now I see a flame of fire near that room. But I need to stab him.
T: Do you stab him?
C: I need to, but I don’t want to. If they make me do it… I stabbed the stone beside his body. Then I dropped the knife. I’m crying, and my hands are shaking. He stands up on the sacrificial stone.
T: What does he say to you, since you didn’t stab him?
C: “You were being tested. You passed the test.”
T: How do you feel, knowing you didn’t kill him?
C: I was crying. He hugged me. He gave me a key.
T: What kind of key is it?
C: He showed me a big white door. He told me to go there. My hands were trembling as I tried to put the key into the lock.
T: What do you see when you open the door?
C: Bright light. At first, I saw something black, but then it became full of bright light. I’m going towards it.
T: Go closer to the bright light. As you stand in front of it, tell me what happens. What do you see?
C: I see myself as a warrior. I have a sword in my hand. There’s danger, so I started fighting. My sword is full of blood.
T: So, you are a warrior. You have a sword in your hand, covered in blood. Describe the sword.
C: It’s one-handed, but larger than usual.
T: Tell me what happens next when you are fighting.
C: I’m wearing pyjama, like pants. Some kind of warrior dress. I’m shirtless. I have big muscles. I’m standing with my sword, covered in blood. My whole body is stained with others’ blood.
T: As I count from 1 to 3, allow your subconscious mind to bring into your awareness the place where you were fighting and where the blood came from. Now what is happening?
C: I ran toward the king and stood before him. He was a very greedy king, too greedy. I had come to fight. I told him, “What you’re doing is wrong. You’re torturing your people. You always want more and more. Stop. You must pay for this.” But he didn’t listen.
I’m watching him. I’m standing there. I took two small dagger-like swords. I was going to throw them, but I didn’t. I pointed them, then threw something symbolic. I was thinking about attacking, but I didn’t because God ordered me not to do so.
Now I’m sitting calmly. I have long hair. I’m wearing a headband. I’m dressed in black, like a warrior’s cape with a hood. I’m just sitting there, waiting. My family wants peace.
T: What happens next?
C: That king is eating grapes. He’s drinking some kind of liquor, or maybe it’s something else. I think he’s drinking a kind of mortal water, a water of mortality. I’m trying to stay calm. I stood back and said, “Don’t do that,” but I started walking away.
He stopped me from leaving. But I was so angry, I threw the dagger at his chest. I was furious. After that, everyone was scared of me. They told me to leave because the king was terrified. He was injured.
T: What happens next after you injure him?
C: Not exactly injured. I threw the dagger near his ear. Then I took my horse—my Pegasus and I ran. I returned to my place. I sat down. Everyone was preparing for war, polishing their weapons.
There was our ruler, whom the gods had appointed. He was a god. He was our general. Others were ready too. He said, “They’re bringing war. We already know what he’s going to do.”
T: War against whom?
C: The king. God told me, you must stay and fight.” But I didn’t want to fight. I wanted peace. I told him, “This will cost us.” But he summoned something a crystal ball. He said it would help us. If anyone tried anything, it would turn the whole kingdom to dust. It was a lethal weapon. There was a tower, the main tower. If the crystal ball exploded, everything would be destroyed.
T: What did God say?
C: The god stood firm. He said, “Do what you want. It’s out of our hands now. This is my order.” I wanted peace, but war was inevitable. I started preparing, putting on shields and armour. Then I flew. We all flew. I had wings. We carried the cradle and began the war.
At first, we flew toward the tower in the middle of the city. Arrows were shot from both sides. We split up, regrouped, and attacked again. We were furious. We started destroying everything.
The tower was ready. Our first victory came. The king had started this war. I was hiding, full of rage. We were like angel warriors. My friends and partners, we all charged forward with force. We stormed the palace and started killing without mercy. I was the leader. I started everything cutting them like slices of bread. They cried for mercy and died.
The king was hiding. I asked someone where he was. He tried to run. I grabbed his leg and pulled him up. He told me the king was hiding in the west. I was so angry. I didn’t kill him directly. I threw him, and his head split into pieces. Then I went after the king.
T: Where is the king hiding?
C: In the mountains, running along a road. I was furious.
T: Where did you feel this in your body?
C: I don’t know.
T: He said you would fight with God?
C: Yes. He said I would start a war. That’s why I was angry. We had the crystal and other powerful weapons. I took them and attacked. I started killing his army, his guardians.
I needed two swords. I took one, then another. I killed them all, one by one.
Then one of the guards fell. There were no men left, only dead bodies.
After that, I ran to another place. More soldiers came. I killed them all, one by one. I was so angry. I ran so fast.
T: So, you were angry because you were killing them and didn’t want to? Because the king insulted you?
C: Yes. We were all angry. He was doing something terrible. I warned him, “Don’t do this. Be a good man.” But he didn’t listen to me.
T: What was he doing that made you so angry?
C: He was torturing his people. He was extorting them. He wanted money and power. He was that kind of person. I was furious, so angry at what he was doing.
T: Can you feel that anger? Where do you feel it in your body?
C: That king only wanted money and extortion. He wanted to do bad things. Even the gods were angry. They told us, “Don’t let this go. Destroy them all.”
T: Where do you feel that anger?
C: In my heart.
T: Focus on your heart. Feel that anger in your heart.
C: I’m crying.
T: I’m so sorry. Allow yourself to release all the anger you have stored in your cellular memories towards the king. Now take a deep breath and let that anger dissolve. As you breathe in, let light energy enter your heart and dissolve the anger.
T: How do you feel now?
C: There’s a kind of transformation. Very colourful.
T: What colour is it?
C: Green, blue, something new. It’s spinning around like a clock.
C: I saw Jesus on a cross.
T: How do you feel now that you saw Jesus on the cross?
C: I don’t know why, but my body is in pain.
T: I’ll count from one to three. By three, I want you to go to the source of the pain in your body, when the pain began. What’s happening?
C: I think I’m in Persia. I’m on the streets. Everything is made of sand and brick houses. Kids are playing. There’s a market full of fruits and other things. I’m near the market, walking.
T: What are you wearing?
C: Soldier-like clothes. I don’t know why my face looks like an Indian actor. I don’t want to mention his name. I don’t like that actor. I’m walking through the streets. I see myself. My face shape is similar, but I don’t look like him. My eyes are different.
T: As you reach the market, where are you going?
C: They’re coming towards me.
T: What do they want?
C: They want to terrorise their own country. They think they’ll bring peace. I watched them. I grabbed a cape and ran. They wanted to kill me. I’m running and taking them down.
T: Where are you running to?
C: I’m helping people. I have some kind of handcuff-like weapon. I start beating them with it, throwing it at their faces. Then I took a rifle or something similar. Ganache, we called it that. It’s a lethal weapon. I started firing bullets.
T: You’re firing bullets?
C: Yes. I’m firing the gun. I’m killing them all, one by one.
T: And what happens next?
C: The whole Jeep exploded. I was underneath a box, wearing a whole jersey.
T: And how old are you there?
C: Around 50, I think.
T: Are you married? Do you have kids?
C: No, I’m single. I’m an orphan.
T: Now, as I count you from three to one, allow yourself to go to the last day of your life in that life. Where are you, and what are you experiencing?
C: It’s over. I’m coming out. My teammates who helped me on the last day are gone. They’re dead. It’s nighttime. We arrived. One of us was injured. We took him to the base. Others came with soldiers.
They were hurting people. They brought a child to me. He gave me love, thanked me for saving. I praised him, saying he had a special destiny.
I created a bond with a small boy. He was happy. Then he left.
His parents took me away. I’m walking and seeing people. I have a walkie-talkie in my hand. Someone is saying, “Get them.” I’m happy, but I’m serious.
T: What is the reason you are serious?
C: Just a little bleeding near my ear. Scratches, nothing major. I was fit and strong.
T: Now go to the last moment of your life, just before you die. What’s happening?
C: I’m in a hospital. I signed a paper to donate my organs to good people. There was a boy, I donated my organs to him.
T: What are you dying of?
C: I helped someone in my final days. I didn’t have a family, but I helped that boy. My body is injured, and I am old.
T: Why did you help him? Do you recognise him?
C: I see his hair. He’s a young boy, smart. Maybe four or five years old.
T: Look into his eyes. Do you recognise him?
C: Oh… I gave my organs to the same child. I’m shocked. His face looks just like mine.
T: What happened to you? Why are you dying?
C: I’m very old. That was my last wish.
T: What happened next?
C: Blood. My body is cut into pieces. My intestines are out. I feel like vomiting. Please don’t ask me again, I’m going to vomit. My body is unrecognisable.
T: Take a deep breath. Remember, you are safe. You’re observing from a distance. Nothing can harm you. You are completely safe. What was the year of your death in that lifetime?
C: 1967.
T: What was your name in that lifetime? And what were the main lessons you learned?
C: I fought for justice. I fought for others. I fought for good. I fought with bravery. I brought happiness. It was my destiny to be a warrior, to stand against evil, and to do what others couldn’t.
T: Very good.
After that I counted the client back to the moment.
(Completed stages 10 to 15)
Integration and Closure:
In the garden safe place the client feel loved by both guardians who is a male and a female. He feels safe. But then he compared the power he got after seeing the 2 guardians, the eternal power to defend himself, with his vision when his dad came to him. This power defends him against his dad. He did not want his dad in his vision. That means he didn’t feel safe when Dad was around.
In his first past life, he needs to go through a test that he passed, but he is shivering to open the door because he knows what is behind the door. That makes him angry when he sees the King as an authoritative figure who is cheating the people and not doing a good thing, and doesn’t listen to him.
Then he sees Jesus carrying a cross, and Raunak whole body is in pain. He is carrying the sins of others. So, he feels that he is carrying the sins of others.
Then he jumped and went to another past life. In that past life, he was also fighting and fighting for the best and fighting back. He is not married and is an orphan. At the end of his past life, he donated his organs to a kid who looks exactly like him
As per my learning I noticed that there was a lot of anger and frustration. And I did Cord-cutting and inner child healing as his childhood was not that good. Clients mind was not at one place. From one theme to another theme he was switching continuously. I was confused the client was using contradicted sentences .
Recommendation:
Meditation to calm his mind and some physical exercise to release too much energy. After recommendation I ended the session.
