Inter-generational Guilt Healed

Day 1, Session 1:

Theme – Frustration because of Type1 Diabetes
Name: VihaGender: Female
Date:31-Oct-2026
Vitals & Test Results:

Hypnosis score: 8

V / A / K: 9 / 3 / 3

Eye roll: 2

Pain level (of Guilt) before: 8

Pain level (of Guilt) after: 3

Client History:

Viha is a 14-year-old girl currently studying in Grade 9. She is a bright student who performs well academically and enjoys going to school. She is attentive in class and actively engages in her studies.

Apart from academics, Viha enjoys listening to music and dancing during her free time. Dancing is not just a hobby for her but also an effective stress reliever. She makes an effort to dance for some time every day, as it leaves her feeling refreshed, energetic and rejuvenated.

She also enjoys playing badminton. However, owing to her demanding school schedule, she had to discontinue her badminton coaching when she was in Grade 8.

Viha is social person with a wide circle of friends. She is often the go-to person among her peers and enjoys being surrounded by friends. She loves spending quality time with them, whether it is going out together, hosting them at home for an entire day or organising overnight stay at home. She is generally the one who takes the initiative to bring her friends together and create enjoyable experiences. She also likes to spend time with her extended family and enjoys their company.

Viha is diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when she was 12 years old. It has been around 2.5 years since she has diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. She is on insulin.

Usually doctors say that there could be mainly 3 reasons for a child to suffer from Type 1 diabetes-

1. Child has gone through extreme unhealthy and disturbing atmosphere at home

2. Child having very bad and unhealthy eating habits

3. It is present genetically in the family

However, in Viha’s case, all these 3 conditions are not present. She has grown up in a very happy, healthy and loving family. She was not exposed to junk food during her early childhood and in fact had very healthy food habits. And diabetes is also not present genetically in her family.

Her parents tried to understand the root cause of her diabetes from many angles- they visited the best of allopathy doctors, ayurvedic doctors and also took homeopathy support. But nothing really helped to reduce/reverse her health condition. Many occult science practitioners mentioned that her diabetes health condition has some past life karma connection. However there is nothing done as such on this aspect so far.

Day 2, Session 2

Date: 1st Nov 2026

Time: 11 am to 12. 45 pm

Duration: 1 hr 45 mins

Topics completed: HM, Closures (Hypno drama), Inter-generational trauma release

Script part 1: Dave Elman, followed by progressive relaxation, followed by ball of light script. [It was quite inherent that client has already gone in Trance by the end of Dave Elman script]

Script part 2: Garden walk- revising happy memories. Viha could recollect couple of happy memories. She shared those memories with therapist.

Client: [one of the happy memories] I feel so blessed that all my immediate family members, my uncle, aunt, first cousins, my friends have taken out time to visit at my home on weekday to celebrate my birthday along with me and my parents.

Therapist: Looks like you really enjoyed your birthday celebration

Client: Yes. More importantly, I felt so good that I am surrounded by people who love me, who like me and who have taken efforts to visit my place on weekday for such a special birthday celebration.

Therapist: That’s great. Could you please allow your awareness to bring back that happiness in your current life in your current situation.

[Client asked some questions regarding how to do that and then responded that she could bring back that happiness in current life]

[Client was feeling safe to climb up the hill to go to cliff, hence cliff script was completed after garden happy moments]

[During cliff script- client could comfortably put all unpleasant past memories in bigger wooden box. Before moving on to smaller wooden box, to check if there is any inter-generational trauma, therapist asked one question, narrated below]

Therapist: Now that you have put all unpleasant memories and unpleasant emotions attached to those memories in bigger wooden box… could you please allow your awareness to let you know if there is any unpleasant or painful emotion which you have been carrying for no specific reason. There is no specific memory, no specific reason, but still your awareness thinks that you are carrying some painful emotion?

Client: [Pauses for a moment, thinks and responds with a lot of clarity] Guilt.

Therapist: You think you have been carrying Guilt, and you or your awareness is not aware of why you are carrying this guilt with you?

Client: Yes

Therapist: Could you please allow yourself to put this guilt emotion into bigger wooden box, as it doesn’t belong to you and you don’t need to carry that heavy weight of being guilty of anything.

[Client put Guilt emotion in bigger wooden box]

[Similarly, client could fill smaller wooden box as well and client could comfortably push both these boxes in the ocean]

[Then client was brought back to garden. She was sitting at the centre of the garden on a bench, enjoying the surrounding]

Therapist: How are you feeling now?

Client: I am feeling very light. I am feeling as if something has changed within me. I am feeling happy and light.

Therapist: That’s beautiful. Are you comfortable to proceed further?

Client: Yes

[And then client had to take a washroom break]

[We tried to continue with the session for 4-5 minutes after washroom break, but it was quite apparent that client had come out of trance state. And hence, we stopped our session here]

Note:

1. a lot of SMT was given to the client as and when needed. There were couple of times, stress was observed on client’s forehead, eyebrows and around eyes, hence SMT was given accordingly

2. Client was deliberately asked to confirm or reconfirm multiple things using her fingers to ensure that client is with the therapist while the session is going on

3. At times, local language was used for conversation

Day 2, Session 3 & 4:

Date: 1st Nov 2026

Time: 4 pm – 6.30 pm

Duration: 2 hrs 30 mins

Topics completed: Dave Elman, In-utero, Inter-generational trauma release, Past life access, Engram access, PDE, LT, PD, (probably) LBL, CO, Resolution, Integration

Script part 1: Dave Elman, followed by progressive relaxation, followed by ball of light script. [It was quite inherent that client has already gone in Trance by the end of Dave Elman script itself]

Therapist: If you are comfortable, can we now proceed to the topic for which both of us are here for this session?

Client: Yes

Therapist: That’s nice. So, Viha, could you please allow your awareness to let us know how it feels to know that you have been going through Type 1 diabetes heath condition?

Client: I often think- “Why me!”

Therapist: I completely understand. But any specific emotion that you go through when think of this health condition?

Client: I feel angry

Therapist: Okay. Any particular body part where you are feeling this emotion at the moment?

Client: In my hands.

Therapist: Okay, you are feeling this anger in your hands at the moment. Can you allow your awareness to remember any past memory when you felt the same anger?

Client: [Thinking, but not able to recollect any memory]

Therapist: [Trying to use different words and sentences to check for any past memory, but of no use]

Therapist: Could you allow your awareness to trace the origin of this anger from where it started?

Client: [Thinking, but not able to recollect anything. Client was simply not able to see or recollect anything]

Client: I am feeling frustrated now, when I think of this type 1 diabetes

[Therapist tried to fetch any past memory or incident related to frustration emotion. But it was of no use. Client was not able to see or recollect anything]

[Therapist asked client to do some deep breathing, accompanied client to do so]

Therapist: Viha dear, are you feeling okay now?

Client: yes

Therapist: That’s good, now that you are feeling normal, can we please proceed further?

Client: Yes [using finger]

Therapist: Can you please allow your awareness to go back in time when you were in your mother’s womb?

[Client asked some question regarding how to do this, therapist explained as per client’s need]

Client: Yes, I am in my mothers womb now

Therapist: What do you see there?

Client: I don’t see anything. But I am feeling extremely safe here. [There was a smile on client’s face]

Therapist: That is so amazing to know. I know you are feeling safe. Could you please allow your awareness to know if there is any other emotion that you are going through while you are in your mother’s womb?

Client: I am very happy. I am extremely happy. My mom is also very happy. I am feeling so safe here in my mother’s womb and I am feeling so very happy that I am here. [continuous smile on client’s face]

Therapist: It so amazing to know that. Could you please allow your awareness to bring back that safe feeling and that happiness in your current life?

[Client again asked some questions regarding how to do that and finally could do it]

Client: [Took some time for integration to happen] Yes, I am able to bring back that safe feeling in my current life. I can see that I am surrounded by yellow colour light while I was doing that.

Therapist: Wow. That is so amazing to know. Could you also allow your awareness to bring back that happiness in your current life?

Client: [was smiling all the time. Took some time for integration to happen] Yes. My body was surrounded by red light when I was bringing back that love here.

Therapist: Viha, I am so happy to know that.

Therapist: Are we good to proceed further now?

Client: Yes [with fingers]

Therapist: Now, could you please allow your awareness to go back in time, where were you before coming to your mother’s womb?

Client: [Taking a lot of efforts to see] I cans see quite (grand mother like) old lady. She is very angry. I don’t who she is. But she is very angry.

[Client started crying here. Though, as a therapist, we have been taught to not physically touch the client, since client was a kid, as a therapist, I was not left with any option but to sooth the client by giving SMT and by holding her one hand and patting on her forehead. It took some time to make client feel comfortable]

Client: I can see one small boy. He died.

[Therapist was continuously using EPE while client was narrating the incident. Client was also crying a lot while narrating]

Client: I can also see one man. He is also very angry that the boy has died. I think that old lady was angry for the same reason that boy has died. Both of them are screaming and shouting and what not. That old lady went away somewhere. I don’t know where she has gone. [EPE excluded while scripting this narration]

Therapist: Okay. What are you doing there? Any idea?

Client: No. I don’t know what I am doing there and why I am able to see this scene [client crying] [SMT, EPE was constantly given to the client]

Therapist: what do you think what was the age of that old lady?

Client: she must be little older than my dadi [current dadi]

Therapist: It means probably that old lady was around 75 years of age?

Client: Could be

Therapist: What do you think what was the age of that boy who just died?

Client: he was younger than Yansh [client’s first cousin] and older than Anav [client’s another first cousin]

Therapist: it means probably that boy was around 4 years old?

Client: Yes

Therapist: Could you please allow your awareness to know what are you doing there? Where are you in this scene?

Client: I don’t know. I cannot see that.

Client: Wait. There is one more lady. I think that lady is that boy’s mother.

Client: I think I am that lady. Yes I am that lady. Her son just died.

Client: that old lady was very angry on me, because that boy died.

Therapist: What had happened to that boy who died?

Client: I am not able to see that. May be, he fell down in well. But I don’t know. All I know is, boy was playing and he fell somewhere and he died. [client constantly crying. SMT was given appropriately to client]

Client: That man is yelling at me. He thinks that lady (I am) responsible for boy’s death.

Client: That man was constantly shouting at me and now he is gone. He has gone somewhere. I am alone now. That old lady is gone, this man is also gone. I am also feeling abandoned.

[There were 2 major painful emotions- Guilt and being abandoned]

Client: Oh my god. That boy is Yansh [client’s first cousin] and I am his mother.

Client: That old lady is my great grand mother [client’s father’s grand mother] [Client has never seen her great grand mother in reality. But she could still recognise that old lady is her great grand mother]

Client: Yansh died [client started crying uncontrollably]. I am his mother.

Therapist: Are you able to see exactly how that boy died?

Client: No I am not able to see that. All I know is, he was playing and suddenly something happened and he died. And that man and old lady are thinking that he died because of my carelessness. [client crying. SMT was given]

Therapist: Its okay dear. Calm down. You don’t know how that boy died. Please allow your awareness to not take it on you.

Therapist: Is it possible for your awareness to connect with that boy?

[Client asked how to do that. Therapist guided the client]

Client: [Paused for some time] I spoke with that boy. I spoke with Yansh. He does not think that I am responsible for his death. He does not have any ill feelings for me either. He still loves me.

[Client was constantly crying] [ Client had reported in earlier session that she always feels Guilt and she does not know the reason for it. Probably client was carrying this guilt from this lifetime where her 4 year old son died and her close people made her responsible for his death]

[After sometime, client slightly calmed down, after talking to her then son]

Client: That old lady has also returned now. She is consoling me. Now, she is telling me that she does not have any ill feeling for me and she does not think that I am responsible for that boy’s death. That old lady is hugging me.

Therapist: Okay. And do you still see that man who was yelling at you?

Client: No. I don’t see him. I think he is gone. He left us.

Client: Both boy and that old lady told me that I am not responsible for that boy’s death.

Therapist: Okay. In the earlier session, you had mentioned about painful emotion of guilt and you don’t know where that guilt is coming from.

Client: Yes

Therapist: Now that you know that you are not responsible for that boy’s death, could you please allow yourself to remove that guilt completely from your current life.

Client: [Paused for sometime] Nodded as yes. [Client was letting this thought sink in, in her current life that she does not need to carry that guilt. She needs to remove that guilt]

[Client had calmed down a lot]

Therapist: What is happening now.

Client: I and that old lady, we live together. Old lady loves me a lot.

Therapist. That’s good to know. You had also mentioned that you were feeling abandoned sometime back when that old lady had gone somewhere.

Client: Yes

Therapist: Now old lady has come back and staying with you. Do you still feel abandoned?

Client: No

Therapist: Okay. Then, could you please allow your awareness to know that you no longer feel abandoned? Could you please allow your awareness to bring back this feeling of not being abandoned in your current life?

Client: Yes. [Client was quiet, probably visualising something, she took some time for integration in current life]

Therapist: Now, could you please allow your awareness to go a little further in time, time where you are about to die as that lady? Time just before your death?

Client: [Took few seconds to go there] Yes

Therapist: What do you see?

Client: I am doing household chores. Now I a staying alone in this home. Probably that old lady died.

[Client took washroom break at this time. Therapist was worried that client must have come out of trance. But surprisingly, we could continue with the session and client continued to respond, client was still in Trance]

Therapist: [Some efforts taken to check if client is still in trance]

Therapist: Okay. You are at a time when you are about to die. What is the lady thinking at the moment?

Client: Nothing. She is washing utensils at home. It’s a old style home

Therapist: Are you sure, you are the moment just before that lady’d death?

Client: Yes. I don’t think that lady was facing any health issue. She was fine, doing household chores. I think she died suddenly.

Therapist: Okay. Any last emotions or painful emotions that lady is experiencing just before her death?

Client: No. That lady is happy. She is doing her routine work.

Therapist: Okay, can you allow your awareness to see that lady dyeing now?

Client: Yes. That lady died. She was doing household chores and suddenly she died.

Therapist: Could you please allow your awareness to know where it is at this moment?

Client: awareness is in the room.

Therapist: Is your awareness still attached to this lady?

Client: No. That lady is died. Awareness is present in the room, looking at that lady. All her relatives are also present in the room. They came to see her since she died.

Therapist: Okay. What is this awareness experiencing at the moment?

Client: Awareness is feeling very light. Awareness is happy. I am also feeling very light.

Therapist: Is there any last thought this awareness has before moving further?

Client: No. Awareness is very happy. It was a happy death

Therapist: Okay can you allow your awareness to move a bit further?

Client:Nodded as yes

Therapist: Where are you now?

Client: I met that boy, in the sky. Both is us are in the sky. I am so happy. That boy is also so happy. That boy is Yansh. We are simply hugigng each other. We are so happy. That boy does not at all think that I did anything wrong. I am so happy to know that.

[Therapist asked client to integrate that happiness in current life. Therapist also asked client to integrate and completely remove sense of guilt from current life]

[Client took some time for this integration]

Client: I could see brown colour of guilt going away from my body.

Therapist: That is so nice. I am so happy for you.

[Therapist took some efforts to take client to LBL. However client was constantly saying that she can see only herself and that boy in the sky]

Therapist: Now that you have met that boy and you are happy, could you allow your awareness to move a bit further. Time between when you met that boy and before taking new birth?

Client: [Thinking]

Therapist: Do you see anyone else around? Anyone else guiding you before you take next birth?

Client: No. Its just me and that boy.

Therapist: Could you please allow your awareness to know what are going to be your responsibilities in your next life?

Client: [Was thinking, but could not trace anything] I don’t think any responsibility is given to me. I felt abandoned and I was alone when I died. Hence I will want many people around me in my next life.

[As a therapist, I could not understand how to process this information. Hence I did not get deeper into it.]

Therapist: Okay.

[Sense of Guilt was never theme for this session. Hence pain level of Guilt was not taken earlier]

Therapist: What was the pain level of guilt when you spoke about it in earlier session and how much it is now?

Client: [Instantly] It was 8 earlier, and now it is 3

Therapist: That’s nice

[Deep breathing was done for sometime for client, before moving further]

Therapist: Now, since you mentioned that guilt level is 3 now. Could you please allow your awareness to trace any incident where this guilt still lies?

Client: [Paused- was thinking something] My awareness is saying that it is very happy at the moment and awareness wants to delve into this happiness for sometime. Awareness does not want to go to any memory or incident at the moment.

Therapist: [Shocked, that client is using this language] [Paused for sometime]

Therapist: Okay. You think you want to take a break here for this session today?

Client: Yes.

[Slowly client was taken out of trance]

Note:

1. a lot of SMT was given to the client as and when needed. There were couple of times, stress was observed on client’s forehead, eyebrows and around eyes, hence SMT was given accordingly

2. Client was deliberately asked to confirm or reconfirm multiple things using her fingers to ensure that client is with the therapist while the session is going on

3. Client was physically touched, mainly because client was a child, 14 year old

4. At times, local language was used for conversation

Summary of the case:

Client could reduce feeling of Guilt considerably. Client was very happy after the session and mentioned couple of times that she is feeling very light after the session. Client could recollect how she was experiencing different lights while integrating any emotion in current life. In current life, client actually has a very very close and emotional bond with her cousin who she saw in the engram which was accessed.

Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease. Which can be triggered by emotional trauma and other environmental factors, genetics also play some roles but It has nothing to do with food!

@purvamankar you did an amazing job of trying a successful PLR on a 14 years old, kudos to that :clap: she was able to go in trance and did explore a past time and found the connection for the unexplained guilt she has been carrying on. You were extremely caring and supportive towards her and it clearly shows in your question framing, stress management and navigation when your client felt stuck. You didn’t rush and let the session flow naturally and that comes with practice and patience and you seem to have that feature inbuilt in your approach already. Beautifully done! Keep up the great work :cherry_blossom::cherry_blossom: You are amazing!

Thank you so much dear Harmeet. I have a query regarding my own session with this client. After PDE, I tried a lot to take the client to LBL. However, she kept saying that she do not see anyone else apart from that boy. She also mentioned that she is supposed to get infinite love and caring people around in her next birth. However, i thought, probably i could have done something else to take the client to LBL. Could you please share your thoughts on the same?

I will try to answer that with my limited knowledge and experience. I may be right or wrong but I’m also a student.

There goes your clue! She kept on mentioning the boy so may be you could have explored her connection to the boy by asking gentle questions like- ‘what draws your attention to this boy?’ , ‘what connection you feel and notice any change in your feelings when you see him?, or ‘what do you need to understand about this?’. That would have helped. LBL is not a destination or parameter for a successful session. It’s all about feelings, how one feels in trance. And for receiving love and care, surrounded by loving people could have explored by asking the same- ‘how does it feel to be surrounded by caring people?’ And ‘how do you feel when you receive infinite love?’ , ‘what changes you notice in your body? ‘, ‘ what is this feeling trying to tell you?’ And things like that. Staying in the moment and trying to extract as much as you can is the key. Whatever is experienced in trance surfaced for a reason and we have to dig up gently and cautiously.

I’m not a pro or handled numerous cases, but I’m also trying, learning, failing and trying again. At the end of the day I just surrendered and realized that sessions have their own mind and flow. I do my best but things go as they are meant to. You just try to be a good navigator. You are doing really great, so have faith in yourself and keep going. If you think something could have been done differently then go for more sessions with the client. Hope this helps!

The Emotional Trajectory of Loss, Guilt and Reconnection

Purva JI, thank you for sharing such a detailed and deeply engaging case report.

What caught my attention was not merely the regression experience itself, but the emotional progression that unfolded across the sessions. There are several layers here that I found particularly interesting from a therapeutic and observational perspective.

1. The Unexplained Guilt: An Emotion Before Its Story

Perhaps the most intriguing starting point was the emergence of guilt during the earlier session, even when Viha could not identify any particular memory or reason associated with it.

This raises an interesting therapeutic observation:

Sometimes an emotion becomes accessible before the narrative associated with it.

The guilt was not introduced as the primary theme of the subsequent regression session. It had already surfaced spontaneously during the emotional exploration.

I find this distinction important because it reminds us that the presenting concern and the underlying emotional material do not always emerge in the same sequence.

2. The Emotional Architecture of the Regression

The narrative that emerged during the regression contained a striking sequence:

  • Loss: The death of a young child.

  • Perceived responsibility: The mother figure appeared to believe that she was responsible for the loss.

  • External blame: The elderly woman and the man appeared angry and held her responsible.

  • Abandonment: Both figures eventually left her alone.

  • Emotional reconciliation: The child and the elderly woman subsequently communicated acceptance and affection.

  • Release: The earlier guilt and abandonment feelings appeared to soften.

What I found particularly interesting was that the emotional resolution did not come merely through revisiting the painful event.

It came through a change in the perceived emotional meaning of that event.

The child no longer appeared to hold the mother responsible. The elderly woman returned with affection rather than anger. The experience of being alone gradually shifted towards an experience of connection.

This suggests an interesting working formulation:

Perceived responsibility → Guilt → Fear of rejection → Abandonment → Need for acceptance and connection.

I would consider this an emerging emotional formulation rather than an established causal explanation.

3. The Most Significant Therapeutic Shift: From Blame to Acceptance

For me, one of the most meaningful moments was when Viha reported that the child did not blame her and continued to love her.

Notice the emotional contrast:

Earlier experience Later experience
I am responsible I am not being blamed
I have lost someone I am still loved
I am abandoned I am not alone
I carry guilt I can release guilt

The therapeutic significance may lie in the transition from perceived responsibility and rejection towards acceptance and emotional safety.

The reported reduction in guilt from 8 to 3 is encouraging. At the same time, it would be valuable to observe whether this change remains stable in subsequent sessions and in everyday situations.

4. A Particularly Interesting Observation: The Language of Awareness

There is one moment in the report that deserves special attention.

When asked to trace any remaining incident associated with guilt, Viha responded:

“My awareness is saying that it is very happy at the moment and awareness wants to delve into this happiness for sometime. Awareness does not want to go to any memory or incident at the moment.”

I found this response fascinating.

The client was no longer engaging with the process purely through the language of an event or an emotion. She was describing her awareness as something that could observe, experience and express a preference.

I would be interested in exploring this as a possible shift in her subjective experience—from being immersed in emotional content towards observing her present emotional state.

It also raises an important therapeutic question:

When a client expresses a preference to remain with a positive emotional experience, should we continue searching for unresolved material, or respect the natural pause and allow integration to take place?

In this instance, respecting her wish to stop seems like a thoughtful decision.

5. The Significance of Positive Resources

Another aspect I appreciated was the use of happy memories before entering deeper emotional exploration.

The birthday memory was especially meaningful. Viha did not simply remember a celebration; she emphasised feeling loved, valued and surrounded by people who had made an effort to be with her.

This gives us an interesting distinction:

The memory was about a birthday, but its emotional significance was about belonging.

Similarly, the in-utero experience was described through safety, happiness and warmth.

The yellow and red light imagery during integration also offers an interesting example of how this client represented positive emotional experiences.

These images need not be assigned universal meanings. Their personal associations may be more valuable than any predetermined colour interpretation.

6. An Important Question for Further Exploration

One statement deserves further attention:

“I felt abandoned and I was alone when I died. Hence I will want many people around me in my next life.”

This could potentially point towards a meaningful underlying need: connection, belonging and emotional security.

It may be worth exploring whether this need is also reflected in her present-life experiences, without assuming that the regression narrative establishes the cause of her current relationships or behaviour.

It would be interesting to observe whether her strong social orientation is simply a personality preference or whether connection also serves an important emotional-regulation function.

That remains a hypothesis worth exploring, not a conclusion.

7. A Few Professional Reflections

I would also like to mention a few points as learning opportunities rather than criticisms.

  • Type 1 diabetes: It is important to maintain a clear distinction between the emotional theme explored in PLRT and the medical condition. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune condition, and neither guilt nor an assumed past-life experience should be presented as its cause. Psychological work can support emotional well-being, but must remain complementary to ongoing medical care and insulin management.

  • Regression material: The narrative can be therapeutically meaningful without establishing that the events represent objectively verified past-life memories. Open-ended, non-leading exploration and careful documentation of the client’s own words are particularly important.

  • Working with a minor: Since Viha is 14, parental/legal guardian consent, the child’s informed assent, age-appropriate explanations, confidentiality and clearly defined physical-contact boundaries deserve particular attention. Touch should never be assumed necessary simply because the client is a child.

  • Follow-up: The remaining guilt score of 3 provides an opportunity for further observation. It would be useful to understand what that residual guilt represents, whether it is connected to any present-life trigger, and whether the reduction is sustained.

8. My Overall Takeaway

What I take away from this case is that the most valuable part of a therapeutic journey may not always be the discovery of an apparent origin.

Sometimes, the more important development is the change in the client’s relationship with an emotion.

In Viha’s case, the movement from guilt and abandonment towards acceptance, safety and connection is worth observing.

Purva, I particularly appreciate your detailed documentation, your attention to the client’s non-verbal responses, your use of positive resources and your willingness to stop when the client expressed a preference to remain with her positive experience.

One thought I would leave here:

Perhaps the real therapeutic movement is not always from darkness to light, but from a painful meaning to a more compassionate understanding of oneself.

Thank you for sharing this case. It offers several valuable points for reflection and learning.

This could be an interesting topic to explore, as we all know autoimmune diseases are a result of suppressed emotions. Is it possible to carry over all the emotional trauma and distress from a previous life as a body imprint? Which later developed into any autoimmune? I would really like to explore that. Type 1 has to be managed by proper medical care. No shortcuts. As @satishsinghthakur Satish Ji mentioned, only emotional support can be offered via therapy. Thank you!
