INTRODUCTION
Aakash and his family approached me to find out the reason for the imminent threat to his property (land+building) and his job by a close relative ; the solution and if he can start his own business. They were all under stress/strain/anxiety. The session was done the very next day.
Day 1
7 September 2025
First Session

Stages 1 (Therapist’s Introduction), 2 (Non Verbals) , 3 (Pre Talk) , 4 (Contract), 5 (Client Assessment) followed as per the defined protocol.
STAGE 6 - CASE HISTORY
Aakash could trace his earliest memory to a time when his younger sister and Mother went to another town. Later his Father also went to the same place leaving Akash alone in the house with the joint family. He felt that he got left behind and everyone went away.
He feels that others are always preferred over him and that he gets the blame. In comparison to others, he has to work harder to achieve something for himself. If Aakash is desperate for something he doesn’t get it. The moment he doesn’t get desperate, he gets the things.
Aakash spent his childhood in joint family. Over the years, his two uncles shifted on other floors in the same house. For a major part of his lifetime, he had been under larger than life influence of his elder Uncle in whose company he works. The Uncle had tremendous reflection on Aakash’s personality like way of talking, lifestyle etc
In Class 7th, Aakash had Chicken Pox in-between his half yearly exams owing to which his half yearly grades were low. This impacted his marking in the Final Exam and he was detained. Vice Principal then told him :-" You should have come to me and let me know your problems". Aakash started having FEAR OF FAILURE due to his demotion in Class 7th. He started feeling that if he works slightly less or get relaxed, he will fail yet again.
He had expected a son but when he got the news of a Girl Child, he was upset for 15 minutes and he thought :-" Why did this happen to me ?" Now he loves his daughter the most.
Aakash feels that the future is secured of people around him but why did God left him incomplete ?
So to satisfy his ego, he resorts to show off like buying expensive iphone, staying in good hotels etc. At the back of his mind remains the feeling that the society shouldn’t look down upon him.
He has firm belief in God that how much is the problem, in the end God will rescue him nicely. Whatever tests of life he is subjected to, God will always help him out.
Aakash says he didn’t have much relation/interaction with his Father who is no more and he has no Complaint with his Father.
There was a last emotional interaction between Father-Son on his death bed.
Aakash feels God fulfills all he requires
Aakash works in his Uncle’s company. He likes his job. But knowingly he is pulled down to elevate other people. He doesn’t get any credit for his hard work. His merit gets discredited .
He is driven by the thought that he has to prove himself else he will be left behind - [FEAR OF FAILURE]
He feels he require :- Will power and has to believe in himself
The Uncle for whom he works has his office over Aakash’s entire building and plot. His Uncle eyes the same and thus wants Aakash’s Mother to divide the plot into three parts and give two parts to his son and one part to Aakash. Aakash feels that the purpose of that land was for the marriage of his sister. Aakash’s Uncle once told him very clearly :-" Mera tum log se Paise ka rishta hai, Neki ka nahi" ( My relation with you all is just about money and not about righteousness). His Uncle occasionally makes him realise that he did so much for Aakash !!
Aakash says he is passionate about things (Shauk Hai) but not greedy.

- He feels alone. He has no support system. He can’t go to anyone to share his problems. He feels even if he goes , no one will help him.
The Client is known to me and the first thing that came into my mind with tears in my eyes after the Case History was that Master Venu is so very right when he says :- "Who are we to judge?’
STAGE 7 - RELAXING COGNITIVE FATIGUE
After the Case History, Client was overwhelmed with emotions and had urge to smoke. I politely told him that I can understand what he was feeling deep inside. I then suggested him to watch a video in my drawing room ( The Great Bell Chant ) with me. Soon I left him alone to watch the video. After the video, Client asked me if he can see the video normally at his home. I answered in affirmative and understood that he was feeling slightly better.
Thereafter, I had Lunch with the Client in my house to solidify our Rapport.

Aakash emerged with a Smile on his face that gave me immense satisfaction. This is the smile which I always wanted to share with my knowledge of PLRT. He was in a state of joy. His Pain level had reduced to 0 from 10 .
[Since it was my first case and Client accessed Past Life in Second Session itself, I was advised by Master Venu later that very day during our monthly forum call to proceed with the remaining stages in the next session for the purpose of gaining practical knowledge ]
After this session Client felt very light, relaxed and reported of good sleep.

On the port, Aakash met his late Father. His Father blessed him and asked him to work hard. He gave blessings to other members of the family and his message to Aakash’s Mother was -“Raho Abhi” ( Stay here as of now). When Aakash asked his Father about the property in question the reply was -“Rehne do, ho jayega” (Leave it, it will happen). “Bina matlab ka tension le rahe ho”(You are taking tension without any reason [Later Aakash’s Mother confirmed in the presence of Aakash that his Father used to speak in the same way].
I asked Aakash to share his inner feelings which he could not share with his Father when he was alive. In the end, Aakash hugged his Father, touched his feet and waved him good bye.

Aakash could relate to his fondness for Marathas. He gets goosebumps and feels excited when watching films with Maratha background and upon hearing dialogues like -“Mee Marathi”

Though Aakash is very peaceful but he can now relate to why before the sessions whenever he used to see some wrong happening, he instinctively felt like giving him two nice slaps ??!!

Immediately after the second session (First Day/PLR), he felt as if a big burden has alighted from his head and he felt very light.

Thereafter, he felt very light for 7 days till he went on a business trip and caught up with usual day to day issues.

The perception of Aakash has changed towards looking at other people.

Aakash now feels that faults seen in a person is due to that person’s situation and circumstances.

From trying to be ‘elite’ , he now believes in ‘equality’. He has overcome his ‘Superiority Complex’.

Earlier he used to consider himself extra worthy (Apne ko zyada qaabil samajhna), now he has overcome this feeling. Sometimes, if this feeling comes back, he quickly corrects himself

Akash told me now he has courage to speak truth on the face of other people and doesn’t believe in hypocrisy now
10)Aakash felt difficulty in climbing the Cliff during Reframing process but felt very light and joyful while coming down.
