Case History

Aahana is having pain in her right shoulder, and chest. It is like nerve swelling. Wherever there is pain that part dysfunctions. She is having a painful sensation that feels like it’s coming from a body part that’s no longer there. Neurologist did many tests but found nothing. He diagnosed fibromyalgia. Later she found it is not so. She took second opinion and found it might be related to nerve damage, central sensitization, or brain remapping. Sometimes she is having shifting pain that originates in one area of the body and then moves to another location, often while disappearing from the initial site.

She feels tired. She is not able to sleep in the night so taking sleeping pills. She tried different methods to sleep what people suggested. Since college days, when she was 18 years old, she has insomnia. She is having chronic pain, fatigue and cognitive difficulties.

She went to Nainital to attend a workshop for Inner Engineering in 2021 from that time pain triggered again. There she got to know that only cotton clothes are good for her health to wear. She must stop eating onion and garlic. She is following that. In 2022 she relocated to Pune from Mumbai. She was able to sleep peacefully first time after so long. After one week she lost her sleep as usual. This time pain was like shifting pain.

She is a spiritual person. She is generous and humble. She loves nature. She also likes to paint. She is an author and written books on spirituality, wildlife and nature. She is also running an NGO for destitute, abandoned and needy people. She has a loving family.

After history taking, I was hopeful that she could be benefitted from PLRT. Aahana knows the process how it works so I started with her sessions.

I assured her the oath of confidentiality that whatever transpires during the sessions would stay between us. She consented.

Past Life I

T: What do you see? Where are you?
C: I am a sardar ( sikh ). I am travelling from Pakistan to India by train in 1947 during partition.
T: What is the reason to visit India?
C: I am hiding in the train coach behind the dead bodies lying all around me. I am wounded and bleeding.
T: “I am sorry that happened”, Where is your family?
C: My family was killed in the riot that has broken up in Pakistan.
T: “I am sorry to hear that”, How do you feel?
C: I am very weak, hungry and also traumatized due to blood shed that had happened. some people are hiding behind me.
T: “I can understand”, Who are these people?
C: They are like me.
T: What happens next?
C: It is giving me a little ray of hope and a sense of relief that I am travelling with some alive people. I am not alone.
T: Good! (Client looks scared and alert) What is happening? Are you alright?
C: I am hearing some horsemen who are riding along the train.
T: Who are they?
C: These are rangers from Pakistan. They are carrying riffle.
T: What do they want?
C: They want to kill the people who are survivors in the train. They want this train to be filled with dead bodies.
T: What happens next?
C: Horsemen are trying to get inside the train. I am feeling some kind of power inside me. I want to kill them to save us.
T: Can you talk more about the power you have got?
C: I don’t know where did I get the courage, like 10th sikh guru taught us to become a saint soldier. I am a young boy who is devoted. So, I am a saint. Guru’s teaching got into me and soon as these rangers enters the coach, I do hand to hand fight with them and the only thing on my mind is to push them out of the train. I don’t have that much energy. Somehow, I manage. I am pushing them out of the train. Ranger’s rifle fell down.
T: Okay! What happens next?
C: I am carrying the riffle on my right shoulder. That rifle is reassuring me that we are safe. I am confident that we will reach safely. I am weak so because of the weight of the rifle, I have a lot of pain in my shoulder and neck. I am already wounded and bleeding.
T: “I can feel the pain you feel”, Take some deep breathing in and release the pain. Where is the train now?
C: The train is arriving at Attari station. The train is stopping. There is a lot of chaos here. Many people have come to receive their loved ones, but all they see is dead bodies all around. It is very painful. Seeing this, I am feeling a power inside me.
T: “That must be really hard for you”, What kind of power?
C: I have already lost my family, but the dead bodies lying here also don’t have anyone of their own, so I have a desire to cremate them, whom I don’t even know.
T: “I can imagine how that must feel”. What happens next?
C: I am cremating hundreds of the dead bodies with other people.
T: “I can relate to that”, What are your thoughts?
C: Only anger. Anger is turning into hatred for the political leaders. I feel they are responsible for this brutal partition. I feel like killing them. Someone is saying they are in Delhi.
T: Okay! Allow yourself a little ahead in time with the count of 1 to 3. Take some deep breathing in and release the anger. Where are you?
C: I am in Delhi. I have procured a pistol to kill them.
T: What happens next?
C: I am in front of Gurudwara. I am God loving person so after seeing Gurudwara, there is some change inside me and I stopped at the doorstep of the Gurudwara. I sit there and thinking about my family. (Client cries). A thought is in my mind.
T: It’s okay! What do you think?
C: I am the Sikh of Guru so how can I even think of killing someone. I am getting up going inside the Gurudwara and placing the pistol at the feet of the person who is reciting the lessons there (Paathi).
T: What is his reaction?
C: I am asking him to tie a white turban on my head and whatever thoughts of violence have come to me, of doing it to anyone, should go away and I should dedicate my life serving the people.
T: What he says?
C: As I say this, the Paathi ties a white turban on my head and I promise that I will dedicate my whole life to serve destitute, needy and abandoned people.
T:” I appreciate this”, Allow yourself to go a little ahead in time with the count of 1 to 3 and see what happens next?
C: I have started langar (the community kitchen of a Gurudwara) to feed them. The stove in my house runs whole day. Food keeps getting cooked for whoever comes to my doorstep.
T: Do you do this alone?
C: I have an adopted son. He helps me.
T: I am taking you to the last day of your life with the count of 1 to 3. What is your last wish?
C: I am telling to my son that the fire should never be extinguished, people should get food. He has to continue the service. There is one more wish to meet my family and a lost friend in the next life.
T: When I count from 1 to 3, at 3 your spirit will have left your body and you will be able to look down upon your body and tell me how are you feeling, when your soul left your body?
C: Peaceful and satisfied! I see beautiful white light.
T: What are the lessons learnt by you?
C: “There is no greater good other than surrendering yourself completely to the almighty.”

Session III

(Conducted on 16th March, 2025)
Duration: 4 Hours

Past Life II

T: How does this pain make you feel?
C: It’s sharp shooting pain. It increases and decreases then disappears. It feels in the nerves.
T: How do you feel when you get this sharp shooting pain?
C: It makes me dysfunction. I can’t use that part of the body. I can’t hold anything in my hand.
T: When you can’t use that part of the body, when you can’t hold anything in your hand, then how do you feel?
C: Helpless and not able to explain.
T: What is that one thing in your life which you are not able to explain?
C: The abstractness and blankness I feel.
T: What do you mean by abstractness?
C: It’s not understandable.
T: What could happen if you would understand this?
C: It’s something that you just know it. You can’t describe. It’s like as it is, it is not. Like it is everywhere and nowhere.
T: Like your pain, it’s everywhere and nowhere?
C: Yes, my right ear is ringing.
T: Take a slow deep breath, in this right ear whatever is causing this pain will come out now. Tell me what is your first thought? Whatever is there in your right ear will come out with the count of 1 to 3. (Counted 1 to 3).
C: It’s taking the shape of some face. It’s Ganesha! (Surprised)
T: Ganesha! No problem! Let it come out. What is he doing in your ear? Who worships Ganesha?
C: I am wearing the pendant of Ganesha.
T: Okay! So, has Ganesha come out?
C: He is standing in front of me.
T: Abstract!
C: Yes, I am not clear. He is there or not sometimes.
T: Ask Ganesha to take the entire form.
C: It’s again ringing. It’s sharp.
T: What is ringing?
C: Sharp sound.
T: Take a slow deep breath and remove it with the count of 1 to 3. Release everything from your ears.
C: Okay! Done.
T: Is the ringing sound gone?
C: Yes
T: Good! What is in front of you?
C: As such nothing but white light is in the shape of Ganesha only.
T: See beyond it. Please be ready to see what you can see. It can help you.
C: Dead bodies!
T: It’s okay! Go beyond it. What do you see?
C: I am not sure; I am an eagle or owl. It is a battle field.
T: What are you doing in the dead bodies? Are you up, down, inside any body or part of the dead body? Who are you?
C: Right now, I am watching from up.
T: Look at yourself! Which body you are in?
C: I am not able to distinguish eagle or owl.
T: That’s alright! Allow yourself to take a slow deep breath in and breathe into the body of the eagle. As an eagle, what do you feel? Do you feel comfortable in the body of an eagle? Where are you as an eagle?
C: No, I am owl.
T: Okay! You are an owl. Allow yourself to take slow deep breath in. Breathe in the body of the owl. Are you comfortable in this body?
C: Yes
T: Now as an owl where are you sitting?
C: On a branch of a tree.
T: Allow yourself to go back with the count of 3 to 1, just before to everything dies, before it becomes so many dead bodies, what was there?
C: It was a battle field.
T: So, there was battle and got finished?
C: Yes
T: Go back with the count from 3 to 1 and start seeing the time when the battle started?
C: I don’t feel like I am owl anymore. (Client becomes restless)
T: Great! So, what are you now?
C: I am among them who are fighting.
T: Take a slow deep breath, I am with you in this journey. Just take a slow deep breath in. In these people who are fighting, what is your role?
C: I am a king. But the owl is sitting on my right shoulder.
T: That’s okay! Owl can be your power animal. Right now, you know that you are a king.
C: But I am fighting. (Overwhelmed)
T: Yes, it’s okay! So, feel yourself in the body of the king. What do you see?
C: I am a king. I am fighting. I can see my toes. It’s looking like I am in torn shoes. Brown warrior boots. Torn from the bottom.
T: What’s the material of the shoes? How did the shoes get torn?
C: Leather. It get torn due to falling.
T: What clothes are you wearing? What are your arms and weapons? How do you look?
C: Indian king from Delhi. Not able to see clearly.
T: It’s okay. Whatever you see that’s good enough. You are wearing a leather boot which is torn. You are a King. Allow your gaze to travel up, what are you wearing in the battlefield?
C: A long hat on my head, brown armor and a spear too.
T: It must be heavy! Can you feel the weight of that?
C: Yes, I am tired of fighting, there are so many people. I can’t fight all of them.
T: You are tired, right! Keep on repeating that you are tired of fighting.
C: I am tired of fighting. (Started crying loudly). I am not able to save people.
T: “I can understand”. Allow yourself to feel the pain.
(Client is crying loudly)
C: My owl and I are looking at each other that we are losing it all. We are not able to fight it any more.
T: Then what happens?
C: Owl is telling me let’s go. It’s not in your hand anymore.
T: Go! Where? When the owl said that it’s not in your hand any more, how do you feel?
C: It’s okay. It’s not in my hand. I can’t fight so many people. Ah! Someone pierced me on my chest.
T: Allow yourself to look into the eyes of the person who pierced you. Is he from your current lifetime? Look deep into his eyes? Who is he?
C: I know him. He is Rayan from this lifetime.
T: Who is Rayan?
(Client hesitates)
T: It’s alright if you don’t want to say. But have you got your answer?
C: Yes
T: Now the person who killed you, is he from opposite side?
C: Yes, he is British. (Crying with pain)
T: What is happening in your chest?
C: There is a lot of pain. It is going inside. I am dying.
T: “So sorry you have to go through this”, What are you thinking, when you are dying?
C: I can’t do anything.
T: Rayan kills you. What do you hold in?
C: No grudges. He is from opposite side. We are less and they are more.
T: How do you feel when you lost the battle?
C: Helpless. I can’t save my people.
T: Exactly, you can’t save your people. What do you feel?
C: I couldn’t fulfill my duty.
T: So, when you couldn’t save the people, couldn’t fulfill your duty and feeling helpless. Then what do you think of yourself?
C: I need to have more power to help people again and again.
T: In order to have power what do you do?
C: I need to take many births.
T: Take a slow deep breath and allow yourself to float up into the light of your higher self. You couldn’t save the people, couldn’t fulfill your duty, you were less and they were more, so you want more power. What was the year of your death in that lifetime?
C: Around 1690
T: Take a slow deep breath. What was the main lesson you had to learn in that lifetime?
C: I need to have more people to help others.
T: If you are not able to help others then what do you think about yourself?
C: Not fulfilling my duty.
T: If you are not able to fulfill your duty then you are?
C: Then I am powerless, helpless, alone.
T: Keep on repeating, which one is the most powerful thought? Where do you think is the strongest charge?
C: It’s in my chest and flowing through my body. Helpless.
T: Take a slow deep breath and keep on saying, I am helpless. Where do you feel it in your body?
C: I am seeing bright light in my third eye. The pain is in the chest but my third eye is very bright.
T: Understood! Allow yourself to float into the white light and look down. What happened to your body?
C: My owl is helpless. Eagles are eating my body. (Restless and crying)
T: Okay! Who is this owl? How is it connected to you?
C: (Laughing) I feel like my life is in this owl. I kept my soul inside it so I don’t die. We performed some ritual to do so. We are connected.
T: Allow yourself to go back with the count of 3 to 1 and see, what was the ritual done so that your life goes to that owl? How does it happen?
C: I am doing Yagya (offerings to the sacred fire).
T: Who all are there in the Yagya?
C: Parents from current life.
T: Who are they in that lifetime?
C: They are ministers.
T: Who else are sitting there?
C: A priest with beard and in orange attire, two ministers, owl is in front of me.
T: Allow yourself to go back with the count of 3 to 1and see what is the reason they decided to put your soul in the owl? What is the thought behind it?
C: To look after even if I die.
T: To look after whom?
C: Around everybody.
T: How can an owl look after everybody?
C: It’s soul and my soul are connected; neither its soul has gone anywhere nor mine!
T: What is the benefit of this connection?
C: To forward some message to someone.
T: Okay that’s the connection with owl happened! Allow yourself to go ahead before this battle, what is the reason of the battle?
C: For land.
T: Didn’t you know that you were less and they were more that time?
C: I had a feeling but we had to fight anyways to save our land.
T: So, in order to save your land, you had to fight. Now you died and you are looking down, you are seeing the dead body.
C: I am stuck in the owl who is looking at my body.
T: Where is your soul? In the owl or your consciousness is stuck with owl? As your soul went to the higher self.
C: I feel like I am going towards the white light but I stuck in the eyes of the owl, who is looking at the dead body. Owl also died.
T: Go ahead and see the death of the owl?
C: Something was tied to its legs so it was unable to fly and got injured. It fell down and died.
T: Look down from that light of the higher self, as you look down, what happens to your body?
C: Eagles are eating my body. Only bones are left.
T: What happens to the bones?
C: Buried in the ground.
T: Take a slow deep breath. It’s over. That life ends now right! Take a slow deep breath, as you exhale, call those eagles back who ate your body. Tell them to give your body back. Take your bones, blood, flesh and energy back. Once it is done let me know.
C: Done
T: Good! You said somebody pierced you on the chest. Remove the knife. Remove it from your hand. Allow yourself to breath in to repair it. Your body is back to what it was before somebody killed you. Say that it’s over now. It ends now. It was just a life and it got over.
C: Done
T: Very good! Now honour your body. Do you want to bury or cremate it?
C: Bury
T: Honour the body. There were so many people who died. Call your people and ask them do they know they are dead?
C: All of them are with me. They know they are dead.
T: Tell them to exit and go to their ancestors.
C: Yes
T: How did Rayan died in that lifetime? Float above and look down.
C: He died in the same battle. Just after I died.
T: Who killed him?
C: One of my soldiers.
T: Is it over? Does everybody know that they are dead?
C: Yes
T: Allow yourself to invite the light of the Sun and you are going to cleanse every aura, every place, every nook and corner of the battle field once and for all. This place is clean and clear. Releasing all the cellular memory of this battle field. Breathe out as you do that. Let the souls go back to their souls of origin. To their ancestors. Honour their body. Cremate or bury them as per their wish. It was just a battle for a piece of land.
C: I am feeling peaceful.
T: What is the connection of that life time to this life?
C: I am feeling like everyone is stronger when they are together.
T: What is the reason you are carrying that pain in this lifetime? Look into the eyes of your people tell them I didn’t fail as a King. We were outnumbered and it happens.
C: Yes, I am floating above.
T: Are you feeling better? So, you can call your people they can also float with you. Was there anything in that lifetime you have done differently? Was there a choice?
C: Door was not strong.
T: Which door?
C: The door of my fort.
T: What if the door was strong?
C: Even though there were fewer people, we could have saved ourselves by staying inside.
T: Okay! Take a slow deep breath in and even though life didn’t happen the way it did. Allow yourself to imagine that if the door was strong how the life would have been different?
C: Be able to make a better strategy.
T: You have made the strategy then what happens?
C: I have discussed it with my ministers before but not got time.
T: Suppose door is strong you have got time then what happens? How the life would have been different?
C: We handled the people on the other side from a distance. People were not needed to prevent the door from opening. The door has been repaired. Everybody took their position. We can battle from a distance. We have killed half of the people. We survived.
T: Even though it didn’t happen this way you always had a choice. Right! You just need to choose to exercise the choice. Now you didn’t have choice in that lifetime. What choice you need in this lifetime to change?
C: I should have more confidence on my decision.
T: Take a slow deep breath as I count Aahana from 1 to 5. What was the lesson you had to learn?
C: Confidence in my decision and built a community.
T: What kind of community do you want to build?
C: To help destitute, abandoned and needy people.
T: Take a slow deep breath in and exhale. That you are building a community for the welfare. Feel it. Allow this to expand. Feel that you are doing good work with your community. You don’t need to have pain in order to do so. It’s not necessary to always have a choice. You can always exercise the choice. You are more confident now.

After deep breathing I guided her to gently open her eyes.

(Completed stages 12 to 15)

Client was feeling calm, relaxed and happy after the session. She was extremely satisfied with the session. She said that a lot of questions were answered like why she is not interested in marriage and dedicated to serve people. She said, “The real independence is liberation from the cycle of birth and death.”

Recommendations:

To try gentle exercises like manual stretching and mobilization techniques to improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension. Walking, swimming and yoga to reduce pain.

To try stress management techniques like meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness to reduce tension in the body.

To establish a regular sleep schedule, ensuring a comfortable sleep environment to improve sleep quality.

A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grain to support overall health and follow the doctor’s advice.

I have emailed all the relevant reports, recommendations and an audio tape to the client to listen to relax her mind.

Integration and Closure: After the session client told me that she has got answer of her pain issue but there were some more questions in her mind like why she has born on 15th August in current life. From her first past life she understood and got the answer of that. She has the same parents in this life who were in the second past life as her ministers. She had adopted son in the first past life who is her sister in the current life and the lost friend from that life is her ex- husband in this lifetime. In all the lifetimes seen by her she was unmarried and in the present life she is divorced after two years of her marriage. She had seen in both the lives that she was serving the people. In the first past life she was serving destitute, abandoned and needy people. In the current life also, she is doing the same. Aahana decided to focus on the positive aspects of life and finding purpose despite the challenges to overcome the condition where symptoms are often unseen and misunderstood.
