"This is the remarkable story of Naina’s third session, which I’m thrilled to share with my soul family. I was deeply moved by the profound healing that unfolded, and I’m still in awe of the Masters’ extraordinary healing magnificance.

Naina reached out to me directly, curious about what would emerge during this session. Since we needed a specific focus, and considering the Master’s guidance from her previous session to ‘Let go of anger,’ we decided to explore her ‘excessive anger’ as the theme for this session."

We prayed to the Almighty to have a successful session.

After guiding Naina into a deep trance using the Dave Elman technique and Progressive Relaxation, I helped her climb down the staircase into the healing garden.

Naina was then guided to an ancient temple, where her spirit guide might be waiting for her. As she approached the temple. Naina bowed down and offered prayers to Lord Shiva.

Then she was gently guided her through the temple’s corridor, towards the steps that descended to the entrance at the base.

Therapist: What is coming to your awareness?

Naina: I can see a very bright light at the end of the corridor.

Therapist: Please go closer and see what it has for you. Is it saying anything? Has the light taken a form?

Naina: Yes, It’s a man. But I can’t see his face. I think he wants to take me somewhere.

Therapist: You can go with him. See where he takes you. 3,2,1

Naina: We are in front of a big water body, very big.

Therapist: Just look around maybe you will find something or someone of importance.

Naina: No, The man in the white light wants to take me into the water.

Therapist: Okay. Go along. 321. Where are you now?

Naina: I am walking into the water. He is holding my hand. It is so bright in the water

Therapist: How is it so bright in the water.

Naina: The man in the white light is in the water. The white light man has lighted up the whole water I can see the fish swim by. I can see everything I can see the water, I can see plants in the water, I am scared.
Therapist: what makes you scared Naina
Naina: There is something behind the plant (fearful expression crying) I don’t want to see (For once, I thought she will come out of trance, panic stricken). There is something, I don’t want to see what is it I am scared.
Therapist: The higher being is there with you Naina. there is nothing to be scared of. He protects you. you are safe. Just go ahead and check what is it.
Naina: I don’t want to see.
Therapist: There is nothing to fear. It was all in the past. The higher being in the white light has brought you here to a moment of atmost significance. He will let no harm come to you. He has brought you here because you need to be aware of this. He wants you to heal. That is why “The man in white light”(I also addressed HIM as Naina was addressing him.) has brought you here there is nothing to be scared of.

Naina: (crying) it’s a girl. Somebody tied something heavy to her feet and made her drown.

Therapist: Do you recognise this girl maybe you can go closer.

Naina: (crying) I don’t want to.

Therapist: (after calming her) maybe you can ask the man in the white light, who she is.

Naina: (crying a lot) she is my child. Why? Why?

Therapist: maybe at the count of one you reach where you lived with your child 3,2,1. What is coming to your awareness

Naina: (Calms down) I am at home with my daughter she is playing with something

Therapist: What do you call her?

Naina: Meera (she has always loved this name)

Therapist: Look at your feet.

Naina: I am a man

Therapist: What are you called?

Naina: Sam.

Therapist: Which place is it Sam? Where do you live?

Naina: Abroad, Sweden. We live in Sweden.

Therapist: Which year it might be?

Naina: 1982

Therapist: Who else is there in your house?

Naina: No one else. I live with my daughter.

Therapist: Maybe at the count of 1 you may move ahead in time when Meera goes missing. How did she reach the water bed?

Naina: (crying) Helpless expression.

Therapist: What is making you cry Sam?

Naina: Robbers, in my house. I am not there. (angry and crying)

Therapist: What are they doing?

Naina: They are doing bad things to my daughter.

Therapist: how old is Meera?

Naina: 6 or 7 years old

Therapist: Where are you Sam?

Naina: I am not there. I don’t know where I am. (irritated with herself)

Therapist: okay, maybe you can go back in time and reach the moment when you were with Meera and you were about to leave her. 3,2,1.

Naina: (crying again) I had gone to answer the door, so they hit me. I died. I could not protect her. I should not have opened the door. I should have been more careful.

Therapist: Are you floating above? Can you see your daughter (after a long Pause)

Naina: They took her. But. Why? In the water she is much older.

Therapist: How old is she in the water?

Naina: 13, 14

Therapist maybe you can see who put her in the water 3,2,1

Naina: A man

Therapist: Do you know this man?

Naina: No.

Therapist: Did Meera know this man 3,2,1

Naina: Yes, he was a store guy. I don’t know what all she went through…

Therapist: after you died?

Naina: yes (agitated)

Therapist: Was she all alone?

Naina: Yes.(agitated) It was my responsibility to take care of her. I did not protect her.

Therapist: could you protect her?

Naina: I should not have opened the door.

Therapist: Could you have known there were robbers outside. Could you?

Naina: No I did not but I feel guilty I should have been more careful.

Therapist: Could you have acted otherwise?

Naina: I should have known. I should have been more careful (crying)

Therapist: Can you let go of the guilt of not being able to protect your daughter?

Naina: I don’t want to.

Therapist: What is the point of feeling guilty?

Naina: I should have known better. I should have been more careful.

Therapist: The higher being in the white light took you to your daughter in the water. That was her body. May be she is in the light. She is safe now. He wants you to heal that is why the higher being, the man in the light brought you into the depths of water. That was her body but she might be in the white light. Yes?

Naina: (Calms down) Hmm

Therapist: Maybe now you can enter the white light?

Client: Hmm

Therapist: 3,2,1 What is coming to your awareness?

Naina: I am in the white light. He held my hand and brought me in.

Therapist: Just look around. May be you can find Meera there.

Naina: (peaceful) Yes she is here.

Therapist: Can you go to her and hug her

Naina: (crying) hmm. But she might be angry with me.

Therapist: Ask her if She is angry with you.

Naina: I am scared to ask also.

Therapist: then don’t ask. just say sorry to her for all that she has gone through although it is not your fault.

Client: Crying but at peace.

Therapist: Is she hugging you?

Naina: hmm

Therapist: just hold her for some time (calms down, satisfied look)

Naina: (after a long time) she was waiting for me I told her to come back to me she said she will (silence) I want to go now.

Therapist: At the count of 1 maybe you will reach the garden 321. Are you in the garden

Naina: yes

Therapist: How does the garden look?

Naina: Describe the beautiful garden. Complaints of two of her fingers to be Numb)

Therapist: The white light is there inside you in and around you. it will heel you.

Naina: I don’t want to go anywhere I don’t want to see anything else.

Therapist: Okay, be in the garden for some time, till you are ready.

(when I was trying to bring her back to awareness through the tunnel of light she couldn’t visualize the light in the Tunnel. it was all dark but the bright light appeared again and wanted to take her somewhere through the tunnel. she passes through the tunnel along with the white light).

Naina: It is raining, the light has brought me to the first life where I buried my child.

Therapist: What else is coming to your awareness?

Naina: I don’t live here anymore

Therapist: Maybe, the light will take you to the significant moment 3,2,1. what is coming to your awareness?

Naina: After a long time, starts crying again.( continuous pain management was done) reminded that it was all in the past it cannot harm her anymore Master has brought her here to heal her.

Client: I have a good life now. I am just scared. I am at home sitting with my wife (her present husband recently. She has recently re-married). We are talking. I am scared all of this will go away.

Therapist: How old are you?

Naina: 40, 45

Therapist: Who are you talking with.

Naina: My wife. She is a good wife.

Therapist: At the count of 1, may be you can move to the next significant moment in that life 3,2,1. What is coming to your awareness?

Naina: We finally have a baby boy.

Therapist: Can you recognise your baby from this life?

Naina my little brother (silence)

Therapist: Maybe at the count of 1 you reach a moment in time when your child grows up.

Naina I wasn’t there I died in an accident

therapist maybe at the count of one you reach the last moment when you met with the accident 3 2 1 what is coming to your awareness

Naina: they can’t leave me alone, my ex wife and the boyfriend. (Her ex-husband-wife and her own father- wife’s boyfriend, who had left her child to die.)

Therapist: what causes the accident ?

Naina they pushed my horse carriage off the hill. I don’t know why?

Therapist: How old are you?

Naina: 55 – 60. My kid was young when I died. Why? Why?

Therapist: Are you floating above?

Naina: Standing

Therapist: Where are you standing?

Naina: Where they pushed my carriage off the hill. They are standing there too.

Therapis:t what made them push off the hill?

Naina: They don’t like me being happy. what did I do why can’t they see me happy.

Therapist: Maybe you can get your answer from the master, who has brought you here.

Naina: He says, some people are just bad.

Therapist: What did you learn from this life.

Naina: there is no forgiveness for choices. I will cut them from my life.

Naina was slowly brought back to awareness. Tears welled up in her eyes. “I’m scared to live,” she said… “I’m scared to have a life, in case those bad people hurt me again.” She also said she felt a deep sense of security, knowing her spirit guide, the man in white light, was always with her.

My repeated reassurance soothed her soul, reminding her that she was safe, and a brighter future awaited. Tears of relief streamed down her face as a weight lifted off her shoulders with a renewed sense of hope, she embarked on a journey of healing.

As we delved into Sam’s life, a startling realization dawned upon her. Sam had passed away in 1982 in Sweden, leaving behind a 6-7 year old daughter, Meera. However, when the Master guided her to Meera’s body underwater, she was 13-14 years old - a haunting 7-year disparity.

This revelation led to an even more astonishing discovery. Naina, born in 1989 to her present parents in India, was the reincarnation of Sam, reborn exactly after Meera’s tragic demise.

This epiphanic moment illuminated the transcendent bond between parent and child, a connection that defied the boundaries of life and death. Sam’s spirit, consumed by guilt and anguish, had lingered, yearning to ensure his daughter’s safety. The Master’s revelation was a testament to the profound healing and redemption that only the spiritual realm can provide.

As I bore witness to this extraordinary unfolding, I was awestruck by the Master’s benevolence and compassion. The veil of ignorance had been lifted, revealing the intricate tapestry of karma, reincarnation, and the eternal love that binds us across lifetimes.
