Case History

Tanish has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), though outwardly he may not appear ill. Many MS symptoms can be invisible to people around you or hard to notice. He suffers from optical neuritis (sight issues), which affects his vision. One of his eyes twitches in a random direction, causing him to believe something is beside him. He is rapidly losing weight and lives with constant pain. His skin often becomes so sensitive that it feels as though it is on fire, as if he’s being poked with hot needles. He describes sensation of insects are crawling all over him. He is often paranoid that his house is infested with fleas, though it isn’t. He experiences MS Hug, a symptom that feels like being tightly squeezed by an invisible force. Sometimes he experiences dizziness when he stands up quickly, and when looks down, he feels as though he is towering twenty feet above the ground. Sudden movements cause him to stumble and fall, as if intoxicated. He explains that while everyone gets tired, MS fatigue is overwhelming, “turned up to eleven.” Even after a perfect night’s sleep, he wakes up feeling completely drained. Fatigue exacerbates all other symptoms, especially in hot weather. Cognitive symptoms include severe brain fog . He describes his head as feeling “full of cement,” and often struggles to retrieve words that feel just “on the tip of his tongue.” He suffers from depression, feels sluggish, empty, low, and unable to concentrate or make decisions. Emotional regulation is impaired, with episodes of uncontrollable laughter or weeping. He reports loss of sensation and difficulty with speech. Tanish expressed that although he doesn’t always look sick, people around him often fail to understand the depth of what he is going through.

I assured him of the oath of confidentiality that whatever transpired during the sessions would remain between us. He consented.

Past Life I

T: Tell me what you see, what you sense, and feel?

C: I’m in Egypt,

T: You’re in Egypt!

C: I feel the need to go help.

T: Okay! What do you see?

C: They look like worshipers. They’re all looking at Isis. I need to help with the ceremonies. I am a priestess of Isis.

T: You do? Okay, let’s move and see how it is that you help with these ceremonies. You are one of her priestesses! What does a priestess do?

C: We help prepare those around us. This is from Isis, to make sure they’re ready.

T: Ready to do what?

C: To honour and follow her

T: Okay!

C: Especially for those among us who are deceptive.

T: What does that mean?

C: Jealousy

T: What does this place look like?

C: I’m in a room with a fire and a central chalice.

T: What else is there?

C: Others are around. They are below me.

T: What do they do?

C: Preparatory work for me, like gathering the herbs, the oils that are needed for ceremonies. A lot of cleansing materials.

T: How is it used?

C: For those who feel there are curses on their villages, or for those who have done harm and seek assistance. It’s given to them in tea form.

T: Okay! let’s focus on you. I’m curious what do you look like?

C: I have very long brown hair and wear gold jewellery. I am dressed in a long, flowing silk gown. Others are jealous of my rank within the Isis centre.

T: How did you become a priestess?

C: Royal Blood from the bloodline.

T: What other duties do you have as a high-ranking priestess?

C: To help the initiates understand that this is not a game, that this is serious, and you are to take your tasks seriously. Many just want to follow, they want to feel her power and use it for their own will, but it’s not that they have to give their life to this.

T: I’m very curious about your relationship with Isis. Let’s explore that, okay, Perhaps you’re seeing a beautiful scene with you and her. Tell me what you see, sense, feel, hear, what else?

C: I feel as though it’s being blocked to give the direct link.

T: Okay! all right! Do you see her?

C: No, she’s not here right now. She’s coming back from another place.

T: Okay, let’s go ahead and move to an important day we’re going to move to an important day when something significant is happening in this exploration. We’re moving there now, one, two and three just be there now.

C: She’s very sad. She is worried. I feel the trembling through my body. I am losing balance. I am scared.

T: Relax, I am right here with you. Take a long, deep breath and exhale the fear. Are you uncomfortable right now?

C: Yes, it’s just because of what is going on around. I don’t understand.

T: Alright, just take a nice deep breath, and allow yourself to just remove all discomfort. Let it dissolve, you can just focus and observe. Being the observer, you can talk about it.

C: Very cold, it’s dark at night time, or hidden. They’re coming after her.

T: Who is coming after her?

C: We don’t know. A summit of higher powers. She had a side, but it’s so cold here.

T: It is! Where do you think you are hiding?

C: In a secret room that leads to her section. No one knows about it. There are four others with me.

T: Very good!

C: I know we’re here, of course, and I feel the coldness shaking through my body.

T: Let’s just remove any discomfort from the nerves, release and let go. Remember, this isn’t happening to you, and you can just observe it. Where is Isis now?

C: She’s gone for her safety. They sent her away. She’ll be back within a week. I hear people looking for us, so that we can give the whereabouts of where she is. We will not betray her.

T: What are they saying?

C: They’re using our families against us, saying if we don’t obey, our families will die. But Isis told us that won’t happen. She won’t allow it.

T: What happens next?

C: We’re waiting. She should return any day now.

T: Did they leave?

C: They’re searching other parts of the palace. They’ll never find us.

T: I’m curious about this secret room that you’re in. Can you describe what it’s like?

C: That needs to be when you walk and you walk and you walk feels like we’re walking forever, but it leads to a place in the mountains. That’s why it’s so cold, so dark. Yet we can hear them. They didn’t think we would hear them from her room, but we can because of how she set it up to amplify the noise.

T: Very good! So, what happens next? Does she return?

C: No, she doesn’t return. Because she’s on a mission.

T: What do you do to eat and drink? How do you survive down there?

C: There is storage in the ground. It’s so cold that the food she has stored there is preserved for situations like this. Sometimes she even goes in there herself to get away.

T: What can you tell me about Isis and her powers and abilities? What makes her so special?

C: She is kind and beautiful. She just wants everyone to be happy and to know their power. She wants us to understand that we’re all the same and that we’re all worth more than we think we are.

T: What does she look like?

C; Fine black hair. She’s very tall. She’s not slender.

T: What else do you notice about her?

C: She has a beautiful aura, so trusting, loving, caring and admiring. I don’t have a mother; she died. So, I look at Isis like a mother.

T: I’m sorry to hear about your mother! How old were you when you came to the Palace?

C: 23.

T: How did that happen? (Counted 3 to 1 to take him in that significant event)

C: I refused to be with the person my father chose for me. I knew I was meant to be polar. He was not happy. He beat his labourers with a hunter and me too. I have pain in my nerves. I feel numb.

(At this point the client became extremely restless and emotionally overwhelmed. He did not respond to any suggestions and exhibited violent behaviour. His eye colour changed momentarily, and he attempted to intimidate me. He grabbed my neck, threw the table and tried to break the chair. He shouted and yelled at everyone present, unable to process his emotions or listen to anyone. Fortunately, I was able to redirect the session by reminding him of who he was in his past life. When I said,” I believe you.” It had a calming effect. He apologised for his behaviour and promised to cooperate and manage his emotions by trusting me. It took approximately one hour to calm him down. He practiced deep breathing. The client requested to hold my hand to feel safe during the remaining session. I hesitated due to the earlier incident. But he explained that this suggestion came from Tanya (Isis). At that moment, I understood whose eyes I had seen earlier. I expressed my gratitude to Isis.)

With his parents’ agreement, I continued the rest of the session.

C: Many days, he kept me hungry and thirsty along with other labourers, and I didn’t know what else to do.

T: My heart is with you in your time of sorrow. I can imagine how difficult that must have been. What happens next?

C: He is throwing me into the lake. I am shouting, but nobody is helping me. Everyone is scared of him. Anyone who tries to help gets beaten to death. Oh my God! He killed a small labourer’s child. He is an animal. I am dying.

(Client cries in anger and pain. After deep breathing, he gradually returns to a calmer state.)

T: I am so sorry you are going through this! How are you feeling now?

C: Better!

T: That’s good! He is throwing you into the lake, and nobody can save you. What happens next?

C: Some animal grabs my leg and bites me. I feel severe pain in my nerves. My leg is covered in blood. Something is happening in my head. I can’t sense anything. My vision is Blurry. I feel like I am losing control of my body.

(Client remains silent for a long time, but at this point, tears were flowing from his eyes, and he was feeling a lot of pain all around his body.)

T: You are capable of overcoming this! I am here for you! Allow yourself to be an observer, where you will not feel any pain or discomfort. Just remember, this was your past, so all these pains and aches were there at that time. Are you alright?

C: Yes, feeling better. Isis is here. She saved me. So I went to Isis, she helps me and protects me. I know that if my mother were still alive, she would never have allowed this. I’ve only just begun to tap into my true power.

T: Now, take a long, deep breath and visualise all the injury, losing control of the body, blurry vision, heaviness in your head is vanishing with each breath you take, and once again you are feeling rejuvenated and healthy. Any remaining cellular memories in those areas are all released. Allow yourself to see that all the bitterness is going away and there is only love.

C: Yes, all of this is completely gone, and I am feeling even lighter from within.

T: That’s wonderful! I am really curious to know what is the eye colour of Isis?

C: It’s black which symbolises fertility and rebirth. But when needed, her eyes change. It becomes red, blue, green, white and yellow.

T: Fascinating! What do all those colours represent or associate with?

C: Red is associated with Isis’s powerful magic, fiery nature, and life-giving blood. Blue connects to her role as sky goddess. Green symbolises life and rebirth, white is associated with purity. Yellow represents her divine essence. She can enter my body to stop me from revealing certain things. As I told you, we were three. Isis is Tanya in this life, my sister.

T: That’s incredible! (I understood it was Isis. Her eyes were yellow when she intimidated me earlier.) What’s your name as a priestess? In your knowledge, what’s the greatest accomplishment stemming from your healing that you are most proud of?

C: Monica. Teaching the new initiates, letting them know that you don’t follow what others tell you. You follow what you feel. All of your power is within you.

T: Wow! Thank you for sharing that. Allow yourself to go ahead to another important day when you come out of hiding. let’s move to another important day when something significant is happening. One, two and three just be there now.

C: It’s my initiation day into the higher ranks.

T: Tell me all about it.

C: We are in the mountains. He thought he could stop me, but he will never have power over me, no one will. Some fear me because of my power, but I never want to hurt anyone. I just want to help them, and it’s the fear of higher powers that people are so scared of, but there’s nothing to be afraid of. Some of us are here to help the higher, some to help the mid, and some to live this life, not as a higher prevalence. That doesn’t mean anyone is better than anyone else. We all have duties. Some are higher, but we’re all one people. I can smell the mirth burning.

T: Describe this initiation celebration. Tell me everything you see.

C: We are getting ready because this is the high step. Isis is very proud of us for how we’ve endured the hard times. We didn’t allow the darkness to take us because there was a big test where we had to face the darkness. Some didn’t make it through.

T: What did the test look like?

C: We’re not allowed to talk about that. It’s sacred.

T: Okay! So, let’s go back to the initiation.

C: We are pampered, dust fruit, fresh fruit all around, goblets of boiling liquid, very cheerful flowers. It’s beautiful. The wind is blowing. It’s a warm day, but not too hot. Everyone is excited because this doesn’t happen often. Many don’t make it this far. Those who make it this far become leaders for those who follow her cult. We’re the ones they look up to the ones they come to. Not everyone is allowed to go directly to her. They must to go through different people, different steps. Those of us higher ranks take their concerns to her about how she would like to handle them.

T: Let’s move ahead to the actual initiation with the count of one, two and three. Be there now, tell me everything you see, what you’re experiencing?

C: It’s a grand festival, everyone in the palace is stressed out. There’s gold everywhere. Not everyone looks human, it’s like the ancient texts because we’re not all human. I sit across the table in the very back, off to the right. To the left, there’s water in the middle with flowers and candles. I’m so excited I didn’t know if I would make it this far. The darkness was heavy, but I made it through. Only three of us out of the five made it.

T: Three, okay! What happens next when does Isis appear?

C: She’s already here. She’s sitting above at the higher table. The others are from the village they sit more towards the outside, like bleacher- style seating. They’re allowed to witness the ceremony, but they can’t join in the festivities. The celebration is for the higher ranks. But the village will celebrate later, a feast will be prepared for them. No one is left out. There is still initiation that is kept secret from them. So, they’re part of the ceremony and the welcoming, but they’re not allowed to participate in the inner festivities.

T: How does the ranking work? Is there something that signifies your rank, like amulets? Where do you wear them, around your neck or wrists?

C: It has turquoise rubies. I had it the hardest because my role here is higher than those around me.

T: Very good! Is there anything else that happens on this very proud day? Anything else that you need to explore or understand?

C: I feel that we are as powerful as we are across the lifeline through her will and other lives.

(The client was not permitted to see the last day of that particular life. He shared that he died due to jealousy. His co-workers poisoned him, which affected his nervous system. He passed away after one week.)

After a long silence and some deep breathing, he appeared to be in a state of acceptance, acknowledging that those who harmed him were his own people. He choose to forgive them and ready to release this past to free them from all the karmic obligations.

T: How to use these potentials in your current life, where you are Tanish, not Monica?

C: Again, those around me make me feel less than what I am. But I understood I am so much more. I know a part of it, but I want to keep reminding myself. I must not let moments of downtime pass me by. I must not let the fear of being right or wrong hold me back because even if we are wrong, we are not wrong. It is my duty to share the messages, the healing and the educational experience I can offer to others.

T: What is the purpose of this life of Tanish?

C: I have many things to give. I will always be a Healer, whether it’s with elixirs, the herbs, crystals as a protector. I am here to empower to those around me, to help them and not to hold back.

T: Thank you, Tanish! How are you feeling? Is there any pain, fatigue or discomfort?

C: I feel that what doesn’t kill me makes me stronger. I now understand that I must take care of my body. I have taken ownership of this illness. I am feeling relaxed, very calm and for the first time in my life, I am feeling fresh after waking up. There is no pain and no discomfort now. I am surprised. I hope it stays this way.

T: Wonderful! Are you ready to forgive and release the man who pushed you in the lake?

C: As I have come to know that the man who pushed me in that lifetime was my father in this life. It’s difficult to accept because in this life he loves me more than my mother. So, I choose to forgive.

T: That’s powerful! Once you feel that complete forgiveness is achieved let me know.

(It took time for him to achieve this)

C: Yes, this is done. And I am feeling much lighter.

T: Great! And what about the animal that bit you?

C: I will forgive. I feel that the incident and my low self-esteem are connected to my MS in this lifetime.

(Achieved)

T: What’s your learning from the life of a priestess?

C: I learnt that healing power is within us. We must leave fear and trust our abilities.

T: Great! “Allow yourself to view this life from a different perspective. As you continue to relax more and more deeply, you can imagine a sense of calm and harmony flowing through every part of your body. Focus on a feeling of deep peace, a peace that goes all the way down to the cellular level within you. Your body knows how to heal itself; it is designed with an incredible capacity for regeneration and strength. You can begin to visualise or just sense your body’s cells working in perfect harmony, like a well-coordinated team, strengthening, renewing, and restoring balance. Every cell is vibrant with energy and vitality, supporting all of your body’s systems with strength and endurance. Allow this feeling of deep, inherent strength and health to be your new, natural state of being, growing stronger with every breath you take.” Once you are feeling this completely, just let me know.

(This is re-scripting the events that the client has undergone)

C: I am feeling much calmer, relaxed and fresh.

T: That’s a nice feeling! Let this positive feeling amplify into all the levels of your existence completely.

C: Yes, this is done now. I can feel more relaxed, fresh and good about myself.

T: Great! Follow your hopes and not fears. Accept what you can’t control and set achievable goals for daily activities to prevent feeling overwhelmed. There is no shame in feeling sad, angry or frustrated. The only disability in life is wrong attitude. I believe you, whatever you say. MS is what you have, not who you are. Your identity isn’t defined by this disease. It’s a reminder of the inner fighter you are. I hope that from now on, you will take care of yourself. Don’t stress, it’s just a little MS. Thank you, Tanish. It was a lovely session.

(Completed stages 10 to 15)

Integration and Closure:

I was initially unsure about the outcomes, but I started the session and felt the presence of masters, and with their blessings, everything went well. There was a moment of concern when the client’s eye colour changed and he grabbed my neck. However I was able to manage the situation calmly and safely. After the session the client expressed remorse for his behaviour and was deeply satisfied with the experience. He felt relaxed and at peace. Tanish shared Isis had intervened to stop him from revealing certain sacred details about their cult and practices. He no longer remembers what those details were. Tanish admitted he never believed PLRT could help him, but his doctor recommended it. After the session, he was surprised by the emotional and physical shift he experienced. The client chose not to see his last day in the past life. I respected his boundaries, especially considering his history of depression and his statement that he is not allowed to speak about it.

Concluded the session with breathing and affirmations. Due to his MS, I conducted the sessions in short, manageable breaks. My learnings from the session, MS symptoms appeared when Monica was in a cold room waiting for Isis, as she felt coldness, shaking, trembling, loss of body balance, and fear. Then, when she was with that man, and when a water animal bit her leg, she felt severe pain in her nerves, numbness, loss of body control, blurry vision and lastly, when her co-workers poisoned her. It affected her nervous system.

Recommendations:

To support the client’s healing and daily functioning, I suggested the following:

Break down large tasks into smaller, manageable steps throughout the day. Schedule regular rest periods and sleep hygiene.
Reduce screen time and caffeine before bed.
Engage in low-impact activities like walking, stretching and light exercises.
Maintain a healthy, balanced diet.
Set realistic and achievable goals.
Stay socially connected with supportive individuals.
Practice mindfulness, meditation, and deep breathing exercises.
Try to identify triggers. Maintain a diary for it.
Consult your doctor and physical therapist always in need.

I have emailed all the relevant reports, recommendations and an audio tape to the client to listen to relax his mind.

Wonderful session, Dimple! You exceeded my expectations!
I really liked the theme and the way you conducted it.
The client tried to intimidate and unsettle you, which could have been quite scary. But you handled him with patience and compassion.
Your explanation of reframing, forgiveness, and rescripting was clear and impactful.
Great job. Well done. Truly impressive, always something to learn from you.

WOW Dimple!

Further to what @Jackie has shared in highlighting you patience and compassion in handling the intimidation—that was truly the defining moment of the session and a great observation.
@archana.singh.gupta let me begin by saying how impressed I’m with the way you handled this otherwise dreadful case with such courage, dedication, and clinical expertise.

Moving such a client from a pain level of 9/10 to 0/10 in a two-day intervention is a staggering result. The aggressiveness of a CEO. Dealing with these animals (and unfortunately i’m also one in my day job) on a day to day basis, I can imagine how aggressive they can become. that along with the helpless,

  1. due to debilitating condition like Multiple Sclerosis
  2. optical neuritis,
  3. burning/pin-prick sensations
  4. MS Hug,
  5. severe fatigue,
  6. brain fog,
  7. emotional dysregulation
  8. along with all the relationship issues!

In the history of Amarantos this case will standout for how a therapist should handle such severe test for presence and composure.

  1. the level of complexity,
  2. intense abreaction
  3. emergence of a protector entity (Isis/Tanya),

Your ability to remain calm, redirect the session safely by appealing to the client’s core identity (“I believe you.”), and then continue the work is the hallmark of a master therapist. You truly went above and beyond, and the final outcome had to be such a great reward.
Hats off to you Dimple!

Just a few tweaks for PLRT mastery …

  1. The theme could have been more emotional and not more than two words, despite that, the
regression revealed a clear pattern of trauma linked to neurological/physical symptoms.

  2. Tanish being a visual processor you could have calibrated the sessions for Visual instead of using the blanket statement (which adversely impacts trance and rapport, because it sounds automatic and not bespoke)

instead it could have been on seeing their eyes flutter, would you like to tell me what you are seeing?

avoid such blanket statements.

  1. Fine tune your suggestions to be indirect and without mind reading

PL1 – Monica – Royal-blooded Priestess of Isis, betrayed by jealous co-workers, poisoned CO as nervous system related issue in this life, hid in a cold, secret room.

PL2 – 23-Year-Old Daughter – refused forced marriage, beaten (on a lighter note gave back to you what he had received  ) by her father (who is now her current life father), thrown into a lake and bitten by an animal. Experienced severe nerve pain, numbness, and blurry vision and loss of body control to the trauma of being attacked by her father (who in this life is a loving father, showing the karmic shift.

very well empathised

so profound, my heartfelt Pranams to Goddess Isis
just read this about her, “The goddess Isis is one of the most enduring and revered deities in the ancient Egyptian pantheon. Known for her profound strength, magical prowess, and deep compassion, Isis played a central role in Egyptian mythology as a goddess of motherhood, magic, and transformation. Her legend, intertwined with the story of her husband Osiris and their son Horus, continues to inspire those seeking resilience, healing, and empowerment.”
…

Remember we are not following the traditional hypnosis but the Ericksoian one, and avoid any mind reading. as “you will not feel any pain or discomfort”
and this has to be elicited from the client instead, "Just remember, this was your past, so all these pains and aches were there at that time. Are you alright?tell me how how would you be able to do it?

what must’ve been his relief isn’t it! Truly worth all the effort and a bit of the beating as well  I hope no other clients beat my children, may this be the last one, else I’ll include a penalty to sponsor a full Europe or America trip in 5 star and business class

  1. Manage stress as and when it emerges and now that has become some important for the client’s safety as well isn’t it!

You navigated sacred, personal, and potentially dangerous terrain with the highest professional standard.

  • Thank you Dr. Venu for your unwavering support and invaluable advice. I am truly fortunate to have you as a mentor and guide. Your guidance has shaped my journey in ways I never imagined., I tried to maintain a calm, and non-confrontational demeanor using de-escalation techniques, and worked to understand the underlying causes of the anger by listening to my client without any judgement. I tried to behave like a patient and compassionate nanny here. Like this I helped the client to navigate through challenging times in the session by showing him that I believe and trust him completely.

thank you so much for sharing these pics @archana.singh.gupta, truly breathtaking to see that the research we had read about is come true right in front of our eyes.
By stalwarts such as Dr. Ian Stevenson

Enjoying a successful mainstream career with some

60 publications in the medical and psychiatric literature to his credit, he had

become chairman of the Department of Psychiatry and Neurology at the

University of Virginia in 1957. The following year, the American Society for

Psychical Research announced a contest in honor of William James for the best

essay on‘‘the topic of paranormal mental phenomena and their relationship to

the problem of survival of the human personality after bodily death.’’ Ian, who

had said when he interviewed for the chairman position that he had an interest in

parapsychology, had been intrigued by the concept of reincarnation and in his

readings had come across reports of individuals claiming to have memories of

previous lives, or‘‘apparent memories of former incarnations,’’ as he called

them. The reports came from a number of sources, such as books, magazines,

and newspapers. Ian analyzed 44 of them as a group in a paper that won the

contest and was subsequently published in 1960 (Stevenson, 1960a,b).

He was impressed with the similarities in cases from different countries and

different kinds of sources. As he told Tom Shroder years later,‘‘these forty-four

cases, when you put them together, it just seemed inescapable to me that there

must be something there. . . . I couldn’t see how they could all be faked or they

could all be a deception’’ (Shroder, 1999: 103). At the end of the paper, he wrote

that more study of the reincarnation hypothesis was justified and he asked peo-

ple who knew of additional cases of apparent past-life memories to contact him.

At the time, however, he was not planning to investigate cases himself; he was

too busy running his department, treating patients, and conducting other

research. After the paper was published in 1960, his plans changed when he

received a telephone call from Eileen Garrett, the head of the Parapsychology

just curious to know if there have been any changes in these marks after the PLRSession?

Standing ovation to you, dear Archana. Every word in your case study touched my heart and revealed not only your courage but also the depth of your compassion. You have truly become an inspiration to all of us. When the client held you by the neck and tried to intimidate you, you still chose to stay—with grace, courage, calmness, understanding, and empathy. That moment reflects the incredible strength of your heart and the quiet beauty of your spirit.

With gratitude for the loving wisdom our beloved father shared, I would like to add that when a client is in pain, we should allow them to feel it completely and move through the intensity. Only then does the pain dissolve into healing, and transformation begin.

Thank you for reminding us that healing doesn’t always need words—sometimes, a kind heart, deep compassion, and the silence of empathy are enough to heal.:heart::sparkles::blush::heart_hands:

Oh wow, Dimple… truly, this is exceptional.

What you’ve done here is not just “regression therapy” in a technical sense…it’s your art of holding a human being through his pain with presence, intuition and compassion. The way you moved between metaphysical insight and the client’s psychosomatic state shows a rare maturity. Your sensitivity to his emotional threshold, your calmness during the intense moment and your instinct to stay aligned with his medical safety is real therapeutic wisdom.

Your session did not just released emotions… it helped your client reclaim a part of himself. There’s empowerment, clarity, and a sense of coming home that is so visible in the outcome.

It is sessions like this that reminds us as therapists what Past Life Regression Therapy can truly be… when it is grounded, ethical, and guided with a heart that listens.

You should feel deeply proud of the space you held. This is meaningful, sacred work.
