Mutual Respect - A powerful choice

Dear Amarantos Family,

I am writing this with a deep sense of care for our collective journey and for this community we have been so privileged to share. We owe an immense debt of gratitude to the Master, who has poured genuine intention, time, and soul into building this platform. It was created as a safe harbor for learning, healing, and professional growth.

Lately, however, there has been a noticeable shift in the resonance of our forum. The recent wave of unnecessary arguments, sharp words, and unprofessional exchanges deeply concerns me. When we allow our egos to turn discussions into battlegrounds, we not only do a disservice to ourselves, but we disrespect the immense effort the Master has taken to provide us with this space.
As practitioners who guide others through soul-level healing, we must hold ourselves to a higher standard of communication. We navigate the deepest vulnerabilities of the human experience and our interactions with one another should reflect that same empathy and grace.

During our monthly discussion forums, we should value every minute of the Master and the members’ time by avoiding irrelevant topics. We are a community of healers, guides, and explorers. Let us ensure our words and actions here reflect the profound work we do. Thank you for reading, and thank you to our beloved Master Venu for continuing to hold this space for us.:folded_hands::folded_hands::folded_hands::folded_hands:

Ashish

@Ashish-Meher Beautifully expressed!! You’re pointing to something essential here. When conversations slip into ego, the space loses its intention and quietly shifts away from healing into proving. This work asks us to stay aware not just in sessions, but in every exchange. The way we respond to one another quietly reflects the depth of our own integration.

There’s also a subtle accountability in being part of such a space. It isn’t just about what we know or practice, but how we hold different perspectives, with steadiness, not defensiveness. When we choose presence over reaction, we protect the integrity of the work and the trust that comes with it. In the end, the space remains as elevated as the energy we bring into it.

Ashish…

I really appreciate your concern without judgment reflecting the very maturity you are inviting the rest of us to step into.

Somewhere, in between knowledge sharing and proving points, it’s very easy for the ego to quietly slip in wearing the mask of “rightness.” And before we realize, conversations that were meant to expand us….. start contracting the space instead.

And the irony is….. as you beautifully said.… we are the same people who sit with clients in their most vulnerable states, holding space with patience, softness and non-judgment. If this same energy does not flow here, within our own circle..… then somewhere we have disconnected from the essence of the work itself.

What I deeply appreciate is that you called everyone into awareness. Into responsibility. Into remembrance.

Because this space that Master Venu sir has created..… is not just a forum, it is a subtle energetic field. And every word we bring here either nurtures it….. or disturbs its harmony.

Your point about valuing time in the monthly discussions is very important. Sometimes the most respectful thing we can offer….. is relevance and presence.

I’ve personally noticed this in my own journey too whenever I feel the urge to react, to prove, to defend….. if I just pause and ask,

“Is this coming from awareness or from a wounded part?”

..… the tone automatically shifts. And this one pause can change the entire quality of an interaction.

At the end of the day, mutual respect is not just about how we speak to others..… it is about how aware we are of what within us is speaking.

Thank you for bringing this up with such clarity and grace, Ashish.

Sometimes we don’t need more knowledge..… we just need someone to remind us of our center*.*

Grateful:folded_hands::folded_hands: to be part of a space where such reflections can be shared openly :folded_hands:

Dear @Ashish-Meher

Thank you so much for bringing this up with so much clarity and humility.

Dear Amarantanians,

The above essence sums it up all.

From my end - as one of the Moderators , I would make all endeavor not to let through any such communication made by anyone. [ and would make an earnest request to the other Moderators as well ]

That would be some real service to our Master @venu and this sacred platform.

Lesson learnt the harder way !!

@Monesh_Bathre I completely agree with you. This would be real service to @venu and @Neha . @Ashish-Meher Thank you for bringing this up.

In my experience, there is no other place like Amarantos, where knowledge sharing and service are the priority, and nothing else matters to our dear Venu. Let’s walk in his footsteps or atleast try, let’s keep this space sacred and continue learning and sharing. Love and compassion have been the grounding pillars of Amarantos, and let’s be each other’s support system to fall back on on a tough day. Let’s take the oath once again.
