My go to meditation for relief

My dear loved ones some of you might find solace in this meditation which was so beautifully formulated by Dr. @NishaRani (how much I wish all my Amarantians got to meet her, the rarest of the diamonds :gem_stone: emerald… I’ve had the divine privilege of knowing. )

Sit in a posture that feels comfortable.
As your attention rests upon the Divine Charna (Feet) of Shri Krishna, allow your breath to flow gently in and out.
With each inhalation and each exhalation, softly Chant His Divine Name.
A deep sense of blessing will arise within you and even your negative thoughts and emotions will begin to transform, guiding you toward positive support and inner harmony.

What more can be beautiful than Krishna’s lotus feet ??!! I will definitely give it a try.
