My Permit to peace - Group Sessions at my organization9

Dear All,

I have been conducting employee wellness programs for staff over the past 11 years in my previous organization i was working for, and I continue to do so in my current organization as well. I have also been working as a counsellor for more than 11 years.

After being trained as a Past Life Regression Therapist, I have conducted three group sessions so far, each with around 30 to 50 participants. Using light induction techniques such as progressive relaxation and the “ball of light,” I facilitate 2.5-hour sessions that begin with an introduction to the mind and hypnosis.

As a yoga teacher, I also incorporate concepts from the Panchakosha model, along with some physical asanas and pranayama practices. Many participants have shared profound experiences, including a deep sense of peace and a release of emotional baggage. A few have even reported deeply spiritual experiences.

I reach 30 mins before sessions start and ensure that the audio system and are working fine.
I Burnt camphore using an electronic device to bring in a holy temple like feeling in the room.
I used Ashaneen’s Deep Peace as induction music.

Workshop Usefulness
Participants gained understanding of different levels of self-awareness, such as mind, body, and soul.
Practical exercises like belly breathing and EMDR helped manage stress and promote inner peace.
The sessions provided techniques for calming the mind, focusing on the present, and using relaxation tools.

Two Major Takeaways as mentioned by participants

  1. Mindfulness and Breathing Techniques: Learning how to use breathing exercises and mindfulness to handle stress and maintain calm was repeatedly mentioned as a major benefit.

  2. Self-Awareness and Emotional Regulation: Understanding self-awareness—recognizing the impact of thoughts, feelings, and positive thinking on well-being—was another key insight.
    The workshop equipped participants with practical techniques for relaxation, stress reduction, and maintaining balance, leading to improved mental clarity and emotional well-being.
