20 January 2024: history taking for 3 hours as he had come for Homeopathic treatment and then he opted to go for PLR. Presenting the main points here.
History taking: He has multiple health issues, autoimmune diseases SLE and MCTD, hypertension, dilated cardiomyopathy, acute stroke right side of face, ischemia in middle cerebral artery. He has suffered fractures multiple times.
In his childhood he fell ill frequently. His father was a teacher in Gujarati medium school. Mitesh was in English medium school. His tuition sir was very strict, he cud not follow the time table of studies. He always felt neglected by his father for not guiding him in his studies and so feels he cud not study well, he felt a lot of pressure completing his studies. It was a shock when he failed in 12th science. He then did commerce in 5 years. Failure in 12th standard hurt him greatly, for father’s honor, feels very guilty and that he was left behind in career, all his friends went ahead in life, became lawyers, joined army, completed graduation. His friends got married, had children. He felt very insulted if people asked him what he was doing, so he stopped going to friends. He wanted to marry, have children. This hurt him a lot. In 2001 his friend commented on him near others, of he being an OBC. This comment infuriated him, he was boiling in anger, but cud not retaliate, he felt very very insulted. After this episode he developed obsessive compulsive disorder, of changing his clothes many times in a day, of washing his hands constantly, feeling dirty. He would become superstitious about time, according to clock time he would do things. He said “FEAR has become a part of my DNA”.
Very sensitive if friends say Tumhara shaadi nahin hua, hamare bacche ho gaye, feel majak udayegen, hasin karenge, insult karenge.
He has a elder sister, she is married, but she has come back to her home with a daughter. And he does not get along very well with both of them. His sister’s daughter is mentally challenged.
