I have realized that sometimes the biggest healing doesn’t come from finding answers, it comes from simply giving someone the space to finally feel what they have been carrying for years. When emotions are acknowledged without judgment, the subconscious begins to soften on its own.
Thank you for reading it so deeply and for sharing your beautiful reflections.
I really feel grateful. Kavya was deeply willing to trust the process, and I think that openness made all the difference. Once she felt truly safe, the journey unfolded almost on its own.
Honestly, I don’t consciously follow one particular relaxation method while working. I usually begin with the basics, but after that I let the client’s body guide me. Whatever I notice in their breathing, facial muscles, body language or emotional state, I simply talk to that.
Over time, in my experience, the subconscious responds more to safety than to any fixed script. So many of these suggestions come spontaneously in the moment. They are less about the technique and more about creating an experience where the client feels, *"*I don’t have to do anything… my body already knows how to relax."
Maybe that’s why every session ends up sounding a little different.
Absolutely, Nidhi… even I felt the same in that moment.
She was completely frozen, and I felt she didn’t need another technique, she needed to know she wasn’t alone anymore. “मैं हूँ यहाँ” came very naturally at that point.
Sometimes it’s not the words themselves, but the presence behind them that helps the client feel safe enough to let go.
