History: -
Svara, an engineer and the elder daughter of her family, grew up with little emotional attachment to her parents. Her younger sister lived with their parents but Svara spent her first 15 years with her strict grandmother in Bangalore. Her granny’s rigid discipline, heavy workload, and insistence on learning Carnatic music made her childhood difficult and traumatic.
Her mother, who passed away from cancer in 2014, was much like her grandmother in personality. During her career, Svara met her husband, and they dated before marrying while her mother was in her final days. Soon thereafter, her husband received a posting abroad. Although Svara wanted to join him, she stayed back to support her father as her sister was leaving for higher studies. This decision led to continued emotional strain, and their long-distance marriage fell apart. After eight years of separation, Svara is now going through a divorce, wondering why her love life has been so challenging.
For the past decade, Svara has been battling severe backpain. Despite months of medication, she hasn’t found relief. Her fears of driving, swimming, and water only add to her struggles, leaving her searching for answers and a way to heal from her pain—both physical and emotional.

Past Life: 1
In 1945, in the mountain village of Kudremukh, Chikmagalur, a young brown calf named Gauri lived with her mother, Ganga, a white cow. Though surrounded by peaceful nature, Ganga refused to feed her.
By 1958, Gauri had grown into a strong cow under the care of Hanumappa, a kind villager. One November day, Gauri fell ill. Following the advice of another villager, Hanumappa gave her medicine from a white bottle. Moments later, Gauri collapsed, foam bubbling from her mouth. The bottle had contained poison—a cruel trick by a villager who wanted Gauri for himself. As Gauri died, the villager stood at the gate, laughing. Hanumappa, devastated and betrayed, cried out in anguish and then disappeared
[This villager, who tricked Hanumappa into poisoning Gauri, is her mother’s brother [Uncle] in her present life]
T- So, what is the reason you were born as a human, and he came as your uncle in this life?
C- I want to take revenge because he killed me. Right now, I have filed a complaint against them
[In her present life, the client filed an FIR against her uncle for attempting to seize their property.]
T- Give yourself a moment to experience leaving your body, what occurred after that?
C- Tied, they dig a hole and they put that cow in and buried it.
T- Now that the body has been buried, what happens to the soul?
C- Roaming around the mountains like how the cow used to graze, soul was roaming around. Maybe happily roaming around that nobody could see.
T- What is Gauri feeling after being killed like this?
C- Sad, frustration, Anger, she could not take his laughter because he was standing and laughing while taking the last breath. That laugh is not good when somebody is dying. You should never laugh. That is the reason I think I came into my mom’s womb. I wanted to take revenge on him. My aunt in present life, was my mother in my past
[The white cow- Ganga] - both were not good. [Uncle and Aunt]
T- And now allow yourself to observe what this feeling did to you: the feeling of sadness, revenge, frustration, and anger.
C- Stress on the back
[The healing was done thereafter]
Past Life: - 2
The client saw herself as an older male elephant with strong tusks, around 50-60 years old, leading a small herd through the jungle under the harsh sun. Alongside him were other elephants, his wife, and three playful calves. While guiding them through the barren forest, an old tree suddenly fell on his back. The elephant screamed in pain and fell to the ground. He urged his calves to flee, but they stayed by his side, while the rest of the herd, including his wife (who resembled the client’s husband in present life), ran off, leaving him to bear the weight and pain alone.
The fallen tree symbolized the burdens of responsibility, expectations, and struggles he had carried throughout his life. The elephant struggled but could not free himself. As his strength faded, he searched for support, but none came. In his final moments, he looked at his children before letting go off the pain and burdens he had carried.
[Last moments]
T- What happened after you closed your eyes?
C- Maybe other elephants came and saw me, so, they left me. My soul is flying in the air.
T- Now that your soul is floating above, what thoughts come to your mind?
C- It is looking at its body there and then it saw that all the baby elephants also gone. That’s all… Free
T- Take a moment to scan your body and let me know what exactly you are feeling right now.
C- Slight pain here [In the Back]
[Revisited the incident and the healing was performed]
T- Do you need some water?
C- No
T- How is the pain now?
C- No Pain… Free spirited now
Past Life: - 3
The client visualized herself in the 18th century as Kamla, a village woman carrying water on her head from a mile away. As she walked, she injured herself falling on the sharp stone. Hours later, 3-4 villagers passed by, took her home, and treated her wound with haldi and a cloth, but there was no one to care for her further.
She recalled her childhood—her parents had died, and there was no school. She played with other village children, including a 3-year-old girl who resembled her present-day sister. After playing, Kamla went home to find food but there was no food. Then she discovered an elderly woman, who had cared for her, was sick in bed. The woman later passed away, leaving Kamla alone. Unable to marry due to poverty, Kamla survived by chopping and selling grass.
After her fall, the same girl, who resembled her sister in this life, brought food to Kamla’s hut while she was bedridden.
T- Let’s go to the last moment of your life—the moment you were about to leave your body. What was your last conscious thought?
C- That wound that got hurt, no treatment, no medical facility, So, it became worse and died.
T- And what is it that you have carried from that life to this one?
C- I think that pain
T- What is it that you need to do to get rid of this pain?
C- Some medication
T- How did you feel after leaving the body?
C- Sad because nobody was there
[The healing was performed]
T- What are you feeling right now?
C- No, I am not feeling any pain
Past Life: 4
In 1918, Mrs. Shyamili Kapoor lived in a large haveli in Delhi with a joint family. A brilliant science student, she married at 21 to a man who resembled her ex-boyfriend from her present life. Together, they had two sons, Dhananjay and Vijay, with whom she shared a close bond.
In the late 1960s, Mrs. Kapoor, now 70, wearing glasses, a cotton saree with a red shawl, and holding a Japamala, boarded an Air India flight from Delhi to Kanpur. She was unsure whether she was going to or coming from a pilgrimage. The crew had instructed passengers to fasten their seatbelts because the flight was shaking, and suddenly, it crashed. A fire broke out, and smoke filled the air. The plane encountered bad weather and crashed into the mountains, causing chaos as people fell. Mrs. Kapoor fell on her back, hit a rock, and became paralyzed, succumbing to the pain, experiencing the same agony she had felt in her present life. She died along with 267 other passengers.
T- What occurs after the soul has left the body?
C- I am seeing a lot of other people lying on the ground, on the hill, mountain region, no houses, no support. Some are craving for water. Nobody is there.
T- Did your family find your body after that?
C- I don’t know…They are doing cremation, Burning, everyone in the family is there. My husband is also there, he is standing, feeling very sad.
T- Where are you currently?
C- In the air
T- How long has it been since you passed away?
C- Maybe four, five days
T- What happened to your soul after that?
C- I think it went off, at the same place where that flight had fallen, so many are there, Roaming there only.
T- How exactly does it feel when you experience this back pain?
C- Irritated, Frustrated, Anger, Helplessness
[Guided the client to re-experience the pain over and over until it subsides]
T- What resources are necessary for you to achieve healing?
C- Peace of mind… Mental peace… Too chaotic all the time.
T- How can you nurture and care for your body to promote healing?
C- Mental peace… A happy mind, stop taking stress.
T- What do you need to do to relieve stress?
C- Just go away from this family
T- Allow yourself to scan your body and let me know if you feel any pain now?
C- No pain, Nothing
Past Life: 5
[During history taking, the client mentioned a fear of driving, which revealed another root cause for the back pain.]
In the late 18th century, in 1895, Albert, a 55-60 Yo man, was well-dressed in a blazer, wearing a black shoes and dark brown shades, with a pipe in his right hand. He was driving an old Ambassador car through the quiet streets of Germany at midnight (12 AM). The car’s number plate was white with the number “CKD4581.” He crashed into a streetlight after misjudging a four-way intersection. Despite trying to brake, the car kept going, and Albert was knocked unconscious.
An old ambulance arrived, taking him to the hospital, where doctors discovered his spine was injured.
After resting, once discharged, he found himself walking with a cane, alone in his home, unable to move freely. Albert, an orphan raised in a boarding school, was a man of intellect, wealth, good manners, and high social standing. He was always surrounded by the hustle and bustle of parties and influential people. Though he was alone, he found joy in his daily activities. After a few years, he peacefully passed away in his sleep one night.
T- What could you have done to prevent this accident?
C- Maybe I could not take the decision. When I tried applying the brake. It did not happen, I should have checked the brakes.
T- What would you need to experience to let go of the fear of driving?
C- Start fresh… Drive again and see, just enjoy life, be happy, which I could not get in my previous lives. Have inner peace. I want to visit Mount Kailash once…. I got my answer… “Enjoy your serenity”.
T- Enjoy your serenity? Where did you get the answer from?
C- Mount Kailash
T- How do you feel after receiving this message?
C- Very good…. Happy…. Very eager to visit.
[Guided the client to float above, where she visualized Lord Hanumana]
T- What comes to your awareness?
C- Hanuman, I guess. He is just listening…. He is blessing you; He is happy seeing you, He is there to support you.
[My heart was full of gratitude and could experience only Anandam.]
T- Thank you, please convey my pranam to him… would you like to spend some time with Lord Hanumanji?
C- He went
T- What is it that you are feeling right now?
C- Feeling good
T- Do you have any remaining feelings or emotions about Gauri?
[Wanted to confirm whether the client still holds onto feelings of revenge.]
C- No, no revenge, just let it go
T- What have you chosen to learn from all these past lives?
C- All these things- To move on, being independent, strong, well educated, well mannered, have control on my angers or sadness or helplessness. I have to get through out of the pain, Pain management and also enjoy life, which I have missed out so that I can have Inner peace, Mental Peace.
T- Great, let yourself scan your whole body now, do you feel any pain or discomfort?
C- No, I am feeling light, Feeling Free
T- Would you like to explore a future life progression?
C- Yeah, sure
