Like to seek clarification for my understanding based on my PLR experience during our training and my analysis after that.
During meditation, we quickly soar into super conscious state, deeply relaxed, mind goes to Delta stage.
During PLRT, we reach same state, but in sub conscious state.
When relaxation done, I’m going to relaxed state quickly. But it pulls to super conscious state. May be this could be the reason for not fully going into past lives.
My clients mostly would be mostly having meditation experience. What should I do to keep them in subconscious state to do PLR?
Based on my last PLR experience with my candidate, the following is my understanding:
While we follow the process of Induction, as we constantly interact with them, with the body relaxing, it’s taking the candidate to a Subconscious state only
As we guide the candidates, they follow us, which lead them to the places
Allowing time and giving pauses, and with IMR, candidates stay with us.
*Understood, following the process is the key. Will get back again if i face any difficulties.
perfect beloved @arumugam.vembu
PLRT I feel most of the times an intervention for people who are yet to evolve spiritually.
As for a person of your caliber, when this life is a dream, what to say of the past lives and which is why your mind soars to the pinnacle of consciousness and the only memory of it which we can express of that state is “Ananda” (matchless bliss)!
Venu Sir,
After my first client session, I felt a long way to go… A lot of new revelations to me after my in-person PLRT class… A lot to learn from you, especially the humility.
I’ve so far handled 3 people who does regular meditation and trainers too. 2 were successful and 1 has resistance, planned to continue later.
My experience is that the response from clients depends on the pain level. For the genuine issues, I see divine help comes and client gets required assistance.
From our part, we need to follow the process and rest leave it to divine. Accept the results gracefully.
From your reports and my interaction with you, you have the heart and ability to work with clients for their benefit. So, in my view, you can handle any clients and proceed as per your heart’s guidance.
@arumugam.vembu Aru Sir, Thank you for your incredibly kind message It genuinely touched me. I trust the guidance that comes through divine help and work hard with honesty, openness, and compassion. Your faith in me is deeply appreciated Knowing that you believe I can navigate any client with heart-led guidance gave me a renewed sense of confidence and purpose. Thank you for acknowledging my dedication so beautifully yes I believe that clients who come to test you leave empty handed. So far I only got one who really tested my patience and sanity may be it was a sign to take a break and trust my instincts and not get desperate!!
Why did you have to go through so much pain my blessed @hc2101
I m concerned.
You are as precious as the client, please be compassionate towards yourself as well. Please
As for such clients we need to remember that we’d be clashing with several eons of samskaras.
Even the Almighty dreads this colossal task of transforming a jiva. ईश्वर अभिमान द्वेषित्वत्
They are also helpless and their behaviour is despite themselves. Hence we need to sense this by stage 3 and like they have the right to say no and or walk away. So do we as a therapist.
PLRT is a path of joy towards bliss
We need to enjoy every step of this journey and never something like what my buddies at Army school would say, “मजबूरी का नाम गांधी”
@venu thank you Venu Sir we are so blessed for you care and concern and i feel very lucky to have surrounded by my Amarantian family, specially you, who takes care of every small worries and concern, its like the safety blanket you provide to each and every one of us. Once we become a part of this family we are always loved and cared by you and I love that comfort. and for the clarification-I didn’t suffer much. He is a friend and I gave him and PLRT a fair chance and when nothing was coming out even after 2 sessions. I calmly (my type of calm ) showed him my frustration and exit at the same time then I realised it was a much needed lesson not to get desperate to entertain anyone and everyone despite having an open mind, I needed to set boundaries. Sometimes things cost you your time and sanity and I learned it in 2 weeks. I don’t give up and my reaction time is always delayed but this taught me to ‘let go’ and I cherish that experience now
