Stage 1 : Therapist Introduction
Client came for session. After offering tea and given some time to be comfortable, I took her approval to give my introduction to explain about my journey in meditation and healing. I cleared some of her doubts concerning hard time concentrating while meditating also best time for meditation and so on.
Stage 2 : Observation & Non verbal
She was energetic while asking the questions and excited when she could relate to the answers. She seems to be lively and listening with lot of interest.
Stage 3 : Pre Talk
There was no need of much free talk as she has some knowledge and trust towards PLRT process. She also mentioned she googled it and read many articles about PLR therapy and its benefits. After the pre talk I asked the client about her decision to going through the session and whither she is ready for it. She said YES with lot of excitement.
Stage 4: Client Agreement
We finished the agreement process and I gave the agreement copy to the client and assure the confidentiality of the upcoming sessions.
Stage 5: Client Assessment
When I explained about the assessment procedures and how these assessments help therapist to achieve, the client to go deep in hypnosis state. She said she read all these somewhere and she is happy to get into the experience.

Stage 6 : Client history Taking
Client is working in a leading IT firm and achieved her goals when it comes to her career side of life. She is the only child of her parents and his father was a success full central government retired employee. Mother is a housewife and she has friendly equation with her daughter. Her concern was the delay in marriage and not getting interest or trust the guys who are talking to her as a marriage proposal. She never been into any relationship so far and maintained the self-discipline naturally. She really wants to get marry and to become family. For that she wants to know any reason behind delay in marriage which is related to her past life.
Session 2:

Stage 7 : Relaxing Cognitive Fatigue
Client came for session. After an initial short discussion explained her about the video which is going to play and just watch with relaxed state of mind. She was watching the video without any emotions but told it was relaxing her.
Stage 8 : Theam Finalization
I explained her the importance of theme finalization for the session and we arrived the theme.

Stage 9 : Check List
We did a quick glance on the check list to make sure any points or step left before getting into the session and made sure everything covered as per the process.
Stage 10 & 11 : Induction & Virtualization
Before starting the prayer, we concluded the IMR and asked her comfort level of the cushion, AC temperature and the lighting of the room. She asked to increase the AC temperature. I did the same and checked her comfort again before starting She said she is comfortable now…
We done a small prayer and I started with Dave Elman induction and then progressive relaxation, Staircase to Garden and affect bridge.
AFTE MAKING SURE HER RELAXATION THROUGH HER FACE EXPRESSION.
Me: a beautiful bridge created by you waiting for you to step in and experience your beautiful child hood memory. Or where ever your subconscious mind taking you as a significant memory, while you reach the end of the bride…
Are you on the bridge?
Nisha : “ Yes. I m looking at the brige”
Me : are you ready to walk on the bridge?
Nisha : “Yes”
AFTER A FEW MINUTES SILENCE…
Me: Did you reach the end of the bridge?
Nisha : “ No. Im walking with my father. He is asking me to walk slow”.
Me : Is he your father in this life?
Nisha: “ yes. He is taking me pond near by, I am so happy im going to play there”.
Me: How is your father feeling?
Nisha : “ he is so happy too, He is telling mom would have come with us .”
Me :You mother is not there?
Nisha: “ no she is stayed back home and cooking.”
Me: can you tell how old are you?
Nisha: “ 6 yrs”
Me: Did you reach the other end of bridge?
Nisha : “ yes”.
Me: what can you see on the other side?
SILENCE FOR FEW MINUTES, HER EYE BALL ROLLING LIKE SERACHING AROUND…
Nisha: “I m seeing a rice field”
Me: where is your father?
Nisha: “No one is here”
SAYING THIS HER EYE BALL IS ROLLING AGAIN LIKE SEARCHING.
Me: Can you see yourself and tell me how you look ?
Nisha: “ am wearing a pink colour half saree and I am walking in the path of the field” I could see a big stone house in a distance”
Me: Can you able to go to that house?
Few seconds she started acting like walking fast and gasping.
Me: Don’t hurry… relax and walk slow.
IN COUPLE OF SECONDS, HE LOOKED NORMAL GASPING HAS GONE.
Me: can you see anyone around the house?
Nisha: “ Yes. There are many people outside the house, horses and horse karts”
Me: Are they seeing you? Do you recognise anyone ?
Nisha: “They all are wishing me and bowing their head, they are calling me “Chinnamma”. This is my house”
Me: how you know its your house?
Nisha: “My father is sitting there with many people in the hall and they are discussing something seriously”.
Me: can you understand what are they talking about?
Nisha: “ They are talking about Ramu”, they are saying ramu is dead. I’m feeling bad.
Me: Who is Ramu? Do you know him?
Nisha: “yes he is son of my trainer, who is the one my father appointed to teach me horse riding”
Me: oh ok. So Ramu also train you?
Nisha : “No, he also learn riding along with me”
Me: can you check what happened to him? Why he died?
Nisha : “I cant believe he is no more, He is very good and smart guy”
Me: you liked him ?
Nisha : “he told he likes and loves me”
Me: When did he say?
Nisha : “at my birthday feast”
Me: How old are you?
Nisha : “ 18 yrs”
Me: ok. Can you see what’s happening there?
Nisha : “ his mother crying looking at me, She is saying “ You killed my son”
Me: then?
Nisha : “my father is yelling at her”,
“your son has no brains, who asked him to develop love on someone he can’t get it”
“If one more time if you say, your son died because of my daughter, then I will kill you and send you wherever you son is now”
Me: what is she or others saying around?
Nisha : “his mother crying and showing a paper from her hand to the people around saying, “ my son only written this and started reading loud,
“I’m killing myself because of my love towards chinnamma, she refused to accept my love fearing his father. I don’t like to live. The reason for my death is chinnamma and her father. I like to take apologies to my mother for my act. Pls forgive me amma”
S AYING THIS NISHA STARTED CRYING…
Nisha: “I never know he is this serious and it’s not my mistake. I never looked at him with any other intension. How can I be reason for his death?
TEARS ROLLING FROM HER EYES. HER BODY IS SHAKING.
Me : Relax… can you follow me? Can you listen?
take a deep breath… In hale …… Exhale…
STILL SHE IS SIVERING LIKE with an EMOTIONAL PAIN.
Nisha: “How can I accept anyone’s love when my parents are alive and they know what to do for me and my life, How I’m wrong?”
SHE IS SHAKING HER HEAD LIKE NOT ABLE TO BELIVING WHATS HAPPENING AND HELPLESSNESS…
Me : TRYING TO COACH BREATHIN AGAIN… Relax… you are not the reason for anything. Be Calm… Breath deep… will count 1 to 5 and each time I could in hale and exhale…
AFTER FEW MINUTES OF COACH BREATHING. HER BODY REACTIONS BECOME NORMAL AND SHE STARTED BREATHING NORMALLY.
Me : can you able to go FURTHER in that life time?
Nisha: AFTER FEW SECONDS SHE REPONDED “ Yes”
Me : what can you see now?
Nisha: “ im traveling in the horse kart”
Me : “ Who is with you
Nisha: “My Husband and we are happily laughing”
Me: where are you going?
Nisha: “we are going for picnic to a water falls nearby”
Me: How old are you?
Nisha: “26 yrs”
Me: do you have children?
Nisha: “No. We just married this year”.
Me: What is the year. Can you check?
Nisha: “I cant check we are traveling”.
Me: can you ask your husband?
Nisha: “YES”
Me: what did he say?
AFTER FEW SECONS…
Nisha: “he says his birth year is 1823”.
Me: ok. Are you still traveling?
Nisha: “No. we stopped near falls. He is going to swim near falls”.
Me: what are you seeing now?
Nisha: “I’m sitting near the kart and watching he is going near the falls. He is happily running”.
Me: you are not going?
Nisha: “No. He said not to come because water flow is aggressive today”
Me: Ok. What can you see now?
Nisha: “Noooooo”… SHE IS SCREMING WITH FEAR AND SADNESS.
Me: what happened?
Nisha: “He skipped while running towards the falls… he lost his balance and fell down inside the river”.
SHE STARTED SHOUTING “any one around?.. Pls save him” “ I’m going”.
Me: where are you going?
Nisha: “to save him… I have to save him. No one is here”…
SAYING THIS SHE STARTED BREATHING HEAVILY AND GASPING LIKE RUNNING…
Me: what’s happening?
Nisha : “I cant see him he gone inside the water force. I’m going to jump in the water”…
SHE WAS VERY LOUD and HER HEAD nodded left and become silent.
Me: Where are you now? Can you able to reach him?
NO ANSWER FOR FEW MINUTES.
Me: do you hear me? What are you seeing now?
Nisha : “I feel like floating but there is no water. I could only see light brighter than anything”.
I UNDERSTOOD THAT SHE LEFT THE BODY.
Me: what else you can see? can you see your husband?
Nisha : “No. I can’t find him here”…
Me: Can you see anything around?
Nisha : YES.
Me: what are you seeing?
Nisha : “Ramu… He says he came to take me along”.
Me: where is he taking you?
Nisha : “he is taking me towards the light, we are floating”.
Me: can you ask him where he is all these years?
Nisha : “he says he waited for me”
Me: Ask him where is your husband?
Nisha : “he is smiling and saying he is safe”.
“He also saying happy to meet me again… he is Smiling and happy”.
Stage 12 & 13 & 14 : Identification & Integration & Closure
Me: Do you remember what he written about you in his letter before he died?
Nisha : “YES”.
Me: Are you willing to take apologies and show your curtsey for his death?
Nisha : “YES”.
Me: then I suggest you to do it if you feel this is the right time.
Nisha: “Yes I will tell him”.
Me: Did you tell?
Nisha: “Yes”.
Me: what did he say?
Nisha: “he is crying… I don’t know why”
Me: Ask him why he is crying?
Nisha: “he says he did a mistake. That’s not my fault…”
He says now also he did a mistake pulled my husband and me to death…
Me: ask how is he is the reason for you and your husband death…
Nisha: “he is not replying but just crying, Saying his love for me is eternal and he wants to marry me and live happily”…
Me: what you want to reply to this? You can deny also if you don’t want…
Nisha: “No. I would accept his love”.
Me: Then Tell him.
Nisha: “I told him. he is holding my hands and taking me near light. We reached”
Me: Are you Happy?
Nisha: “YES very much”.
Me: Be there and enjoy this feel of happiness…
SILENCE FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUES. HER FACE IS SMILING.
Me: do you want to be there some more time or you want to go to any other significant life time?
Nisha: “No I m fine. I got the clarity”
Me: what clarity?
Nisha: “He will come to me. We will ger married and be happy soon”.
Me: good. Can we go back to garden?
Nisha: “Yes”.
I BROUGHT HER DOWN BACK TO GARDEN AND DID EMERGING, COUNTING FROM 1 TO 5 TO BRING THE CLIENT BACK FROM TRANCE, GRADUALLY TO HER SENSE. SHE WAS LOOKED SO SERIOUS AFTER COMING BACK FROM TRANCE AND WENT SILENCE FOR MORE THAN 30 MINS. I GAVE HER SPACE TO EVOLVE WITH THE PAST LIFE MEMORIES LEVING HER ROOM ALONE.
Stage 15: Reports & Recommendation
- Client realised the connection between this past life happenings and her delay in marriage.
- The reason behind why he could not able to connect with guys or fall in love with anyone still.
Recommendations:
- Asked her to be open minded while talking to marriage proposals without any pre judgments.
- Recommended for yoga and meditation to keep her motivated with healthy life style
- Asked her to visit to places to socialise and connect with new friends.
