Reclaiming Sleep: A Path to Improved Slumber

Thankyou so much! :pray:t2::blush:

Dear Monesh,

Thankyou so much for your kind words and detailed feedback!:pray:t2::blush:
I really appreciate you sharing your learnings. How beautifully you have pointed out every aspect of his experience :yellow_heart:

@venu Sir was talking about this theme, from stage 8. Yes, this is the theme we received after history taking, and my client agreed to the same.

Regarding the term Meditation, I do guided meditations myself and this whole process truly feels like a meditation, having the same impact.

Thanks again for your support! :blush:

Best Regards,
Harshita

Could you please give me an example for my better understanding?:pray:t2:
About pauses, I totally agree with you. I do take pauses during the sessions.

Thankyou sooo much @Swat for your kind words and encouragement!:heart: I really appreciate your support. It keeps me motivated! :blush:

My client witnessed a beautiful memory from when he was really young, but it was confusing for him. He couldn’t believe that he saw himself as a baby.
Our garden is the paradise of peace. Whenever there are any difficult, uncomfortable, confusing memories, we can ask them to come here to find comfort. While it’s important for the client to remember and explore, we don’t want them to feel stressed in any way.

It was such a beautiful moment for me to witness too! :heart:
I’m truly grateful to the masters & universe for making this happen🙏🏻

Thankyou for your suggestions!:pray:t2:
I will definitely keep them in mind for my future sessions.
I’d like to point out, that I did this slowly, and with pauses :blush:

Thankyou for your suggestions!:pray:t2::blush:

Thanks dear. But K is dominant. If K is 3 and above, it’s considered as dominant. And surprisingly, during the sessions, his second dominant sense was more V than A. That’s why, I tried to incorporate suggestions regarding all the senses.

Oh this is great suggestion. I’ll surely make a note of this for my future sessions.
All of my clients experiences have been so different. What works for one, definitely doesn’t work for another :smiley:
So I usually try and understand what works and what doesn’t in their first regression session, during integration. And then have my follow up sessions accordingly. So it’s a continuous learning process for me too.

All the best for your sessions dear. I know you’ll be amazing!:heart:

hahah :smiley: Thankyou for asking! :blush:
So after happy memories, we attempted age regression. We use the theme here, which we receive during history taking. The memory of when he was around 4-5 years old, of him feeling fear when he hurt his neighbor, was very intense, so much that he went and hid in his bathroom. This is the emotion I tried to intensify, so that he may go to a past lifetime where he felt the same way and find our solution. But since that didn’t work, I asked him to continue to relax in the garden.
During happy memories, and age regression, the clients are already in the garden itself. We simply remind them to relax.

It’s very important that we take this process slow and allow our clients to process their experiences and also let them relax and rejuvenate before we go ahead, else they may also feel exhausted. And since Venu sir always mentioned that happy memories are the prototype, so I always started with those. But we had explored enough happy memories by now, and wanted to try experience the engram. So after a break, we attempted that.
