Its taken me 4 months to complete this book and every second invested in this read is worth it.As i was reading through,at various stages i realized,“this is what i have read in the workbook” given to us during the workshop.
@venu @Neha you have done a commendable job in putting together ,the content for the work book with the gem by Winafred Blake as foundation and topped with your experience.
Why would i recommend this book?
Inspite of the workbook having the content from this book,the content in the workbook is concised.So when i read the book,i was able to understand that its in a elaborate form with depth/reason for what we do in the 15 stage process adapted by Amarantos.I was able to get a glimpse of perspective of different authors which has been beautifully compiled by Winafred Blake Lucas.There are whole lot of cases to read through.
Its a must read for every Amarantian if you are looking into the depth of the 15 stage process we practice.
@sarandha so true! It’s like the holy book of PLRT. I keep coming back to it all the time. All the content is so educational and it’s full of tips and insights. Everytime I read it, feels like new discoveries

because you are doctor you could finish it in 4 months, else it takes time for non health professionals like us. I took more than a year for the first iteration, but my joy was infinite as where ever I had got stuck earlier practicing PLRT, could be cleared from the techniques listed in the book. we will be going back to this book again and again and every time we do, we will come out with something more precious…

Where it seems like we can read it for free, but I remember there being two parts to this book, and the scribd site I think only has part one available, and I can’t find part 2 at all, so does the book one which u read have 632 pages in total? Or is this link having both books in one? 
Woa woa the first iteration? Sooo… it’s not that the book has two parts, it’s just that the second version is revised version or something? 
Volume 1 does have more than 600 pages

I’m still reading it. Some chapters are re-read for sure and I take a pause to understand and try to repeat the concepts and play scenarios in my mind. Very in depth book. Reading doesn’t mean understanding it fully, at least in my case, I always come back to it. But highly recommend, good investment for therapists and I believe in actually holding the book and read! But pdf version is free and you can print out relevant pages!

Coming to the book, the Digital version only has Volume 1 and somewhere there is no volume 2 available the digital form. But that shouldn’t worry any of you from the spark batch as you can read it after a year actively practicing PLRT, because the workbook and this forum has everything you need.
