Rising From the Shadows: Meditation as Solace

Very well documented my blessed @hc2101
Further to what Amarantians have shared,

I too experience this even after so many years of practice, but after watching the documentary “The Surgeons Cut” I understand it’s not our weakness, it is our intent to deliver the best for our client. A preparation if you will.

To anyone else who passes through life making them feel weak, here is my mantra that helped

strength is life, weakness is death. Strength is felicity, life eternal, immortal; weakness is constant strain and misery: weakness is death.
—Swamiji (Swami Vivekananda)

Several moments (of our own making, past karma ) will come to belittle us, but we must not let go of His feet and act with all our might which will result in a breakthrough. (again my humble experience throughout life.)

So whether we feel weak or we are told we are weak, don’t accept it. You are strength, you are the glorious Atman, nothing less than anyone else who walked/walks this earth.

I’ve witnessed several such instances where man’s little will comes logger head with the Almighty’s and a temporary relief comes in to be lost again…

Hence we should not be adamant, we should surrender to Him… Again based on personal experience, when ever I’ve set my mind on something, I’ve been blessed with it, but I was more miserable every time my wish was fulfilled

Like one of my acquaintance said, there are only two happy moments when you have a yacht, one is the day you buy it and then the other is the day you are relived of it (sell it).
:innocent:

The key to this session’s success is in being able to address this

this was your first PLRT session my blessed Harmeet, but I’m sure that by now you understand why this doesn’t qualify as a theme.

very good,
we can even suggest, “What might you find in this light?” instead of

Calibrate your suggestions to client’s dominant sense which is A.

As therapists we must remember that in trance their reality is different, they are in a different dimension. The Masters’ saving grace and your dexterity in suggesting are sufficient to manoeuvre through any circumstances.

Those emotions which were suppressed (repressed) for eons, finally found an avenue to express themselves and a shut them off, it would have been appropriate to have them come out after the stress management.

based on what transpired, this might not be what is apparent. It could be resistance, because we again see this,

As you get more experienced you will see how the exact opposite of this will happen after the 15-Stage process.

this is how much she’s been identifying with the pain-body…
You have a great potential my blessed Harmeet, this was only your first session and despite all the odds, pain level plunged from 10 to 3! Isn’t it awesome.

PLRT is tough and I’m glad you got a first hand experience of it as a therapist, but you will surpass all this and become an exceptionally great PLR therapist. Mark my words.
