Pain Level Before the Session- 10/10

So her question was-
“How long must I endure this pain? Each day my body reminds me of its limits, aches, stiffness, the sharp reminders of arthritis, the fluctuations of diabetes, the weight of other ailments. Pain has become a constant companion, uninvited yet inescapable. when will I feel even a fraction of ease in the life I continue to carry forward?”

Having read her history, finally understand the 10/10 pain level, and even her question reflects the intensity

and she started crying and saying Masters kicked her out of the garden and they said there are more sufferings for her, I tried to console her but she was visibly upset

I asked her to take a few deep, long breathes, offered her water and told her that ‘I am here for you and I care deeply’, hugged her and asked how can I help? She said she needed a break to process everything so I left her alone in the room for 10-15 mins and then went back to check on her. She seemed a bit better and thanked me for everything. But she felt severe pain in her legs and making even the smallest movement was very difficult. This discomfort was so severe that she was unable to walk or stand, each attempt to shift her position only worsened the pain. I decided to take her back into the time where she was stuck in the snow so she could revisit and disassociate herself from the pain. The intention was to help her release the deep-seated memories and emotions associated with it, thereby bringing relief to the discomfort she was expecting in her legs.

I love love loove the way you consoled her, empathizing fully with her situation, and quickly realized how the leg pain needs to be dealt with immediately by using psycho somatic bridge

She emerged successfully with no pains in her legs and she could finally move her legs and stand up, that was a very big relief for both of us. We hugged each other.

was told to do regular meditation, meet new people, don’t stop trusting people, have new experiences, I must not complain, but don’t change myself (big relief ), do charity and with practice I will be successful in becoming a therapist (YAY!!)’
