A potential client asked, what’s the difference between happy and safe place?
What if they don’t want to pick garden, beach or forest etc as their safe place ?
If they think of a safe place to go to during visualization, they think of going to their room in the house they lived in during childhood. So they want to know if that can be their happy/safe place surrounded by few of their favourite people?
One of the important considerations for selection of music or the studio or our visualisation or our dressing are what Dr Weiss refers as Tabula Rasa being a blank canvas on which the subconscious mind can draw whatever it wishes. so keeping that principal in mind the happy place is the visualisation that we choose as part of stage 10 and 11 which is sterile or non-suggestive, non-leading, non evoking any other feeling than that of relaxation.
However In case a client is unable to visualise any of these kind of places. In such a case, we could fall back on a safe place to engage the Anthakarna.
