HISTORY TAKING
Mr.Kan is my very first client when I learnt and started PLRT sessions in 2018. He is very cooperative and interesting too.
Being born in a family of doctors Kan had a pain in his left feet when he was in class 10 where no diagnosis could show the reason for the pain. During our first PLRT session in 2018 he saw himself blind and he was explaining even little sounds he heard like someone writing with chalk in a board kind of sound. In that lifetime he was tortured by someone piercing a sharp object in his left foot exactly where he had paid in current life time. Post session the pain started coming down and totally gone till date.
In another PLRT session he was a tribal remembering his name(his parents in current life confirmed that he used to tell that name till he was about 4 years when someone ask for his name) where he got rid of his claustrophobia.
We had quite number of sessions where Kan could release lots which had roots in his past lifetimes.
Kan is attached to his family as he grew up in joint family. Regarding family, school, college, friends Kan has no issues at all. He is a well mannered person and loved by everyone.
When he moved to Australia for his Master’s ( away from family first time) with his Undergrad friend he felt traumatic as his friend had personal issues. Kan missed his family a lot. Now about 5 years away from family he is fine . Health wise he is absolutely fine.
Strengths : social, extrovert, good listener and very kind.
Weakness: Overthinking
feels bad when someone close to him suffers
Out of his capacity he helps others and feels not valued for that
THEME:
Kan told me that he always expects validation from his boss or others in his workplace . He feels not being acknowledged for his work .
He wanted to explore on his expectation of validation and his career.
Pain level:
Before sessions 7 (Oct28)
After plr session 3 (Oct29)
I followed all 15 stages of Amarantos.
- Kan being my client already entered hypnotic state very easily (score10/10). He is a person who is a combination of VAK . He easily senses everything and just disclose only what he wants the therapist to know. He is very clear in that from my very first session in 2018. So always I wait for his IMDR during session.
As a therapist I always feel it is clients decision to disclose or not. I value his privacy always. Kan is always a cakewalk for me.
***Kan is a devotee of Paramhansa Yogananda and Mahavatar Babaji who guided him throughout his sessions.
Day 1(Oct 28)
I guided him to relive his happy memories till in-utero experience( he checked with his mom)…
Kan felt very happy and relaxed when he EMERGED.
Day 2(Oct29)
Started with Dave Elman, progressive relaxation ball of light , garden and crossed the river in a boat and entered his past where this expectation of validation from others started (root)

###ABREACTIONS:
Breathing consistently in a normal pattern
Very few times body movements like crossing legs, tension in forehead
###RECOMMENDATIONS:
Kan is a follower of Paramhansa Yogananda and Mahavatar Babaji from young age introduced through his parents.
I just told him to be connected with them and remember the messages given to him through the Master’s. He meditates from childhood.
###FEEDBACK OF CLIENT POST SESSION ON HIS LEARNINGS:
The session gave me a new sense of appreciation for myself. I realized that I’ve carried qualities like courage, empathy, and perseverance across lifetimes and they’re not things I need to earn, they’re already part of who I am. This awareness has helped me rebuild my self-confidence from a more authentic place. I’m learning to see myself through a lens of compassion rather than criticism, to celebrate how far I’ve come rather than focus on what’s missing. There’s a deeper peace now and an understanding that my worth doesn’t depend on external validation, but on the quiet knowing of my own journey. I left the session feeling more grounded, self-assured, and grateful for the person I have become.
###FEEDBACK OF CLIENT ABOUT SESSION AND THERAPIST POST SESSION:
I had a truly profound experience during my past life regression session. The environment felt safe, calm, and supportive, which made it easy for me to relax and trust the process. Your voice and guidance were gentle yet grounding, helping me go deeper into the experience without any resistance. I appreciated how the session was paced as there was no rush, and I had time to explore what surfaced naturally. Overall, it was a deeply healing and enlightening experience. The throwing away worries from the cliff made me feel lighter and more relaxed.
