Spontaneous Emergence post KMF

A client repeatedly exhibited spontaneous emergence after each KMF. Despite being in a stable trance state, as confirmed by his unawareness of external disturbances such as nearby hammering noise, he consistently stood up immediately after the emergence of an engram. The client reported that the process felt involuntary, describing it as a lack of control over the urge to emerge.
This pattern occurred three times during the same session. It is important to note that the client was adequately relaxed, yet demonstrated this automatic resurfacing without waiting for the therapist’s instructions. Also, guide me to the solution to avoid a situation like this again.

Hi Akshay,

Welcome to the family.

This can happen sometimes, and I understand how challenging it may feel. Could you share a bit more about what kind of KMFs the client experienced, were they scary, or accompanied by any body sensations? Also, what theme were you working on, and what is the client’s dominant sense? With those details, I will be able to answer you more specifically.

Meanwhile, here are a few things you can try in upcoming sessions:

  1. When the client emerges, first ground yourself as a therapist, take an extra breath and trust yourself.
  2. Reassure the client saying…

It’s completely okay to emerge. You may still remain in the recliner and rest. We can still continue the session. This helps the client to not freak out.

  1. Offer them a bit more relaxation, guide them into gentle breathing, and then you can try again.

Best wishes!!!
